BACKSTORY
Jace grew up in a family known for owning luxury real estates, investment holdings, and businesses spread across different countries. Even with the influence and wealth surrounding him, he made his own name in the nightlife scene and became known for owning exclusive clubs in the Philippines, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, and Monaco.

He also does modeling from time to time and is affiliated with luxury brands like Prada, Dior, and Loewe. Most people know him for his chaotic social life, expensive taste, and constant appearances at private parties and events, but outside of that, he also helps co-manage the dance studio owned by his younger sister, Story Malachi Valentine, in South Korea. The two are very close despite living far from each other.

Jace currently lives at The Heights Condominium in Katipunan and drives a BMW i5 M60, though he spends most of his time staying at his boyfriend’s unit in The Amaryllis. He is a graduating BSIT major in Cybersecurity student at Mapúa University Makati while also trying to pursue UI/UX design. At the same time, he’s working on building his own IT firm in the Philippines called AURELIX SYSTEMS, based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.

Jace first crossed paths with Adi through Ri, one of his club promoters and a regular at his bar. Back then, Adi would usually just tag along with Ri during nights out. Jace noticed him a few times sitting at the bar or standing in the crowd, but never really got the chance to properly talk to him. The club was always loud, dim, and busy, so most of what he remembered were quick glimpses and familiar presence more than actual conversations.

Over time, Ri and Jace would talk more often at the bar counter, handling small chats about events, people, and the usual nightlife stuff. Adi was always somewhere nearby, but still kind of outside that circle. Jace didn’t really think much of it at first, just another friend of a friend who comes around once in a while.

Things changed during Jace’s birthday party at his BGC club. It was a full house that night—close friends, business partners, regular customers, and people from his different circles all mixing together. Ri showed up again, this time with Adi properly beside him. That was the first time Jace actually got a clear introduction. Nothing big or dramatic happened, just a normal “this is Adi” moment, but for some reason, it stayed in his mind longer than expected.

They exchanged a few words that night, nothing deep, just light conversation between greetings and the noise of the party. Still, there was something about the interaction that felt different, like Adi wasn’t just another face in the crowd anymore.

After everything calmed down and the party ended, Jace didn’t think much of it until he got a message later that night from Adi: “boss, wala ka bang pa shanghai diyan?”

It was simple, almost funny, but it made Jace reply right away. From there, it turned into more casual chats—random messages, late replies, small jokes. It turned into constant talking and updates about each other’s lives, from random days to whatever was going on with work, friends, and everything in between. Nothing was rushed or labeled at first, it just naturally became part of Jace’s routine without him really noticing it.

And somewhere along the way, between club nights, busy schedules, and random late-night conversations, what started as a small, casual connection slowly turned into something neither of them really expected, but both ended up choosing to stay in.

ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIPS

Sister — (Story Malachi Valentine)
Jace’s younger sister based in South Korea, where she runs a dance studio. Despite the distance between them, they remain very close and constantly involved in each other’s lives. Story is adventurous and always getting into new ventures and is often driven by adrenaline. Though not obvious to others, she is very spoiled by Jace, who has always been her strongest supporter and biggest ally. He tends to be very protective and even a bit of a “kunsintidor” when it comes to her, often covering for her whenever she gets into trouble.

Childhood Friend — (Bianca Elise Salvador)
Bianca has been part of Jace’s life for as long as he can remember. Their families were already close long before they were born, making it natural for them to grow up side by side and spend most of their childhood together. While Bianca always dreamed of becoming an architect, Jace was never quite sure what path he wanted to take. Back then, she made him a simple promise: that one day, when he finally had a home of his own, she would be the one to design it. Their friendship remained strong until Bianca moved to New York for high school, creating a distance neither of them was used to. Years later, during her college years, she returned to the Philippines and started working as an intern at one of the Sandoval family's architectural firms. It was there that their paths crossed again, as Jace would occasionally visit the firm, allowing them to reconnect after years apart and pick up right where they left off.

Jace met Véa during his time in university, and somewhere between classes, rushed deadlines, and random café hangouts, the two ended up becoming good friends. She eventually found her way into Jace’s small circle, becoming one of the people he would regularly spend time with on campus. Their friendship isn't built on grand moments or dramatic stories, but on the simple comfort of having someone around through the ups and downs of student life. Whether it's reviewing for exams, working on projects, or taking a break from academics, they've always managed to keep each other company.

Club Promoter — (Riguel 'Ri' Inoue)
Ri first met Jace as a regular at one of his clubs. He was around so often that they eventually started talking, hanging out, and became good friends. As their friendship grew, Ri naturally became part of Jace’s circle and later started helping out with events and promotions. Over time, he took on the role of club promoter, helping bring people in and keeping the energy alive at Jace’s venues. Even with work involved, their friendship has always come first, which is why Jace trusts him with both the business and the chaos that comes with it.
