LOVNDGRACE SALON POLICIES
- ALL APPOINTMENTS require a $10 deposit that will go towards the price of your set. I will not lock in your booking until a deposit is sent.
- If cancellations/reschedules are needed PLEASE do so in NO LESS than 48 hours. This is the only way your deposit will be refunded.
- While I do not charge late fees, please know that your appointment will be CANCELED if you are more than 15 mins late with no refund on your deposit.
- In that same vein, please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Please come with bare nails unless otherwise stated clearly in the booking (if a soak-off is needed, please let me know and know it will be extra)
- Please book accordingly as I cannot and will not rush my work. I can take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending.
- If you want a set that includes materials not seen on my feed, please let me know before booking so I can accommodate you!
- Also, if I know I cannot do a certain design you are asking of me, I will let you know when booking and ask you to pick something else.
- I work out of a shared home, so please no guests.
- I do not offer ANY pedicure services. No exceptions.
- It is recommended that you either wear socks or bring slippers to your appointment as I do not allow shoe-wearing in my household. If you are unable to, I can provide you with slippers to wear while you are here.
