A cognitive distortion are irrational thought patterns that are amplified by negative thinking and feelings! They are a huge thing that convinces our minds what we see as true. These thought patterns happen in out day to day life, which makes it hard to recognize when cognitive distortions affect our thoughts! But there are ways to decipher them!
