Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that is multi-purpose. It can be transformed from a single stroller to a double stroller by adding a second seat (sold separately) or a glider board. The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection can be configured into a triple-travel system with the addition of a bench or infant car seat. It has 24 configurations and is a top stroller overall. This model uses Baby Jogger's breathable, soft TENCEL fabric that aids in thermal regulation and are sustainably sourced. It features an elegant leatherette handlebar and bumper bar and comes with an abdominal bar. It folds 20 percent smaller than the industry-leading single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby Vista V2, and is lighter, too.

It comes with a moderate-sized sunshade and a handy magnetic peek-a-boo window that is simple to open and close. The telescoping handlebar is one of the easiest to adjust and works for parents of all sizes. The seats recline and have an adjustment button for the footwell to allow you to place your child for maximum comfort. The storage bin has plenty of room, but we would have liked to have a more secure latch. The bin is easy to open, however the zippers are a bit difficult to use because they must be removed and put back in place after each use.

The City Select, like its counterparts, has single-action brakes that are simple to install and release by pulling a lever on the frame side, lower than the handlebar. It is sandal- and barefoot friendly and an improvement over the awkward levers for brakes that some competitors use.

This is the only stroller in our review that is able to accept two infant car seats which makes it a great option for twins or for parents with just one child and a baby coming soon. It is compatible with the majority of major brands' infant car seats by using an adapter. We tested it using the Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30, Graco Click Connect models Cybex Aton and Aton Q, and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It's a good choice for families that already have a car seat and need an appropriate stroller, but you may prefer a convertible stroller that can fit an additional infant car seat in this instance.
