Nobody's Chart

Chaos;System:

Pamonha:

“She has an uncanny resemblance to an S-Class Villain, but it ends there. She is a sweetheart, even if a little lazy and cowardly, but she is good. A good girl indeed. She has nowhere to go… I guess Fluegel doesn’t have anywhere else to go too, so I will take care of them until they can look after themselves.”
“She is an oversized child with a damn powerful body. I will be damned if I left anything happen to her.”

Fluegel:

“I didn’t plan to recruit her, I didn’t at all… but since circumstances allowed me to get my hands on her. Well, now she freeloads in my trailer, does nothing but watch cheap doramas on a streaming service, and watches youtube. I hope she doesn’t corrupt Pamonha. The troubles of living with a teenager are not few.”
“Despite her tendencies, she is a girl. A little lost, but I think I can set her up for a less… destructive path. Just give me time.”

Walpurgis:

“She was a total wild card, but I’m glad she appeared. It made my job far easier than it would’ve been otherwise. Well, I hope she can come around and join us officially, but if she doesn’t, that’s okay. I can cook plans on my own and manage with only Fluegel, myself, and Pamonha.”
“Damn useful quirk, and a watchful eye. She almost saw that I recruited Pamonha because I felt how strong she was.”

2 - D

Atsushi Orochi:

“Quirk-awakened girl. A zaibatsu. Nothing new under the sun. Her hair is pretty I guess? I heard she had a scuffle with an S-rank villain and managed to survive, thrice. And her footage of hurting the Reaper is everywhere on the internet. Kids those days…”

Christopher Cain:

“Something about it is kind of familiar, it reminds me of someone… it must be my imagination. Heard he was some kind of delinquent. I may have to keep track of him, he is friends with the quirk-awakened girl, and those types are like birds of a feather: they flock together.”

Hailey Chang:

“Rich korean girl. I don’t know a damn thing about koreans, but the fact she is here, in Japan, of all places, is kind of strange. If she was not such a high profile, maybe kidnapping her and getting ransom would work, but alas, it is not worth the trouble.”

Faith Kang:

“Oh. Drones. Shit. It is too late to try and get Walpurgis back? I hate technology-type of geeks. They are always so hard to deal with, and their gadgets are a pain in the ass. I hate her. I hope we never cross paths with each other.”

Minerva Kim:

“Lightning I guess. Seems less noteworthy than the other two koreans.”

Kyoda Hiro:

“Ugggh. If Shiketsu hadn’t him, I would’ve recruited him to our team. Those types are always short in supply in the underworld, and having The Danger himself to your side is never a bad thing. Sadly he chose hero wrok instead. I should remember to not get into his bad side, if I can help fool him to help us once or twice.”

Edith Lee:

“That quirk… I want it. Give it to me, NOW!”

Sally Mcarthy:

“An american. Huh. Gun type of quirk… sadly, she is not fit for our kind of job. An assassin or something should grab her. We do not have use for gun users. Interesting quirk, although.”

Chihiro Mitsurugi:

“Wow. The one that butchered the whole dojo she lived in. That shit was so messed up it was broadcasted even in the countryside. Shiketsu is willing to take anyone in as long as they can get one over U.A.”

Inigo Myoga:

“Something about him… it reminds me of those folks, in the mountains… he. I don’t want to ever look on that ugly face of his. Why are you smiling so broadly? Someone gave shit for you to eat, motherfucker?”

Runt:

“Wait, his name is Runt? This is so bloody funny. Anyway, the kid doesn’t seem to be here if you catch my drift. Maybe Shiketsu should invest in a psychiatrist for their students instead of throwing tournaments around.”

Bobby Samson:

“The son of Sun Man himself, or something like that. What is up with Americans dumping their people into Japanese schools? Soon we will see South Americans and Europeans too. Anyway, nothing against the brat, but he will never live up to the hype of his father.”

Kaylee Suzuki:

“I and my damn mouth. The girl is built like a brick shithouse built atop a bunker. This girl is solid steel. Remind me to never cross her way. It would hurt to fight someone like that, and it is never worth it. Geez, what are the Englishmen feeding their children? Steroids?”

Ian Takeda:

“Hey, he is a red flag. I hope the other children are aware of that. He and his kin always spell problems, no matter what type of coating they use.”

1 - D:

KK:

“She is just a normal girl I guess. Nothing special. Is Shiketsu really accepting anyone? I should see if I can enroll Fluegel and Pamonha then.”

Reiji:

“Should kidnap him. His skills would be useful to run our little team. Sadly Shiketsu adopted this bullcrap dorm rule. Can’t get my hands on easy recruits anymore. Sigh.”

Southpaw:

“I can tell that girl never got spanked. Her daddy never loosened the belt and gave her the beating she needed. She smells rotten, it is sickening. What can make someone so rotten inside? It is not even like spoiled meat type of rotten, but like rotten apples.”

Yuudai:

“That dude looks like a steroid abuser. He is killing himself in the name of some agenda or obsession. Have seen many such cases. Young man will not recognize their limits, and will punish themselves to the limit in search of breaking through a ceiling, or proving they are the very best. I wonder what type is he?”

Reibai:

“What a silly hero name. Ghost Freak would’ve been so much better. Anyway, ghosts do not exist. Then WHOM is she talking with?”

Lixdite:

“Is this a jinx? Anyone, the dude seems… off. Something about him ruffles my feathers. It is like I’m staring at a barely contained beast. I don’t like him, and I don’t want to be near him. Serious, this guy is unsettling.”

Kotoko Takata:

“Oh. Him. It was all over the news back in my hometown. He broke some kid’s arm or something. Isn't that right? Sadly, he is too expensive for us, otherwise, I could recruit him. Wait, why most of my prospective recruits are young children? Am I Slade Wilson or Batman? Or something like that?”

Greasetrap:

“Eww. I hate grease. It is such a shame someone has been born with such an accursed quirk. I hope your next life can prove to be more kind to you, boy. Don’t come near me or my trailer, otherwise, I will put your head on a spike. You do not know how hard is to get grease out of a trailer.”

Petal Protector:

“This one, I would rather not talk about her.”

Scour:

“That dude looks like a bitch. The teacher’s pet should get the plank. Seriously, why would anyone subject themselves to being a teacher's pet? Do they have no shame or dignity? I pray for the children in his class, they are going to need to survive with someone who is constantly shilling the school faculty.”

Fumetsu:

“She walks towards an early grave. Those who do not know their limits are bound to die or to be disappointed severely in their life and ideals. I know the drill, she will one day know it too. It is a canonical event.”

Second-Son:

“Someone calls an exorcist, that shit is definitively an evil spirit. Call the guy from Africa or something, he looks like a Shaman and is here in Japan anyway. He can help that kid, this is not normal, even for a quirky.”

Shinohara:

“Oh shit… I hope my father didn’t skip over a fence. Hell, I’m glad we look nothing alike, with his quirk I think we could be related. Bloody hell daddy… I hope it is you daddy. If it is mom, then things will get more awkward.”

Yun Jae-Seong:

“Another korean? What the hell? Well, his bugs look like those in the old games I used to play. I like that. I will place him on a white list or something. I don’t want to target him, the sheer coincidence needed for a quirk like that is extraordinary. I don’t want to ruin such a rare specimen. Ha.”

Chesshire:

“I think I will hand myself over to the police before I put those children in a bright uniform and name them after a bird, because I’m seriously thinking of recruiting her, and consequences be damned. Seriously, why are the best recruits out of my reach!?”

Sophia Papadopoulou:

“Hahaha… is that a bloody centaur?”

Night Parade

Karma:

“Ughhh. Her. I don’t think I like her. Her personality is too unstable, she is too unpredictable. It is like having a psychopath at your side, you don’t know how will she act. I doubt she will even count me as a mutant or something because I can toggle my features at will. I respect her name, but as some say, never meet your villains.”

Tatarimokke

“Our facilitator and the one who gave me the info about the Armored convoy. Truth be told, I was not expecting it to go so smoothly. I had to hand over a part of the profit to him, but it was worth it. I hope I do not have to meet him again, the Night Parade is far too big for my small world.”

Greenfinger:

“If I could, I would topple him down. He is the only one of the parade I truly despise. He is trash, a drug dealer, a bastard. There are many children out there who had their lives ruined by the likes of him. Damn, bastard. One thing is to kill people, the other is to make them addicts for life and let them live in misery for profit!

Midas:

“The mummy. The undying king. The old man. Whatever name you call him, you can’t deny he is one of the scariest villains out there. The reaper is strong, but he is just an upstartt, that legend has been alive for a long, long while.”

Wild Hunt:

Sandatsu:

“An upstart, and a very powerful one at that. They knew what they were doing, but they didn’t read the sign on the wall and we got that. Hah. They deserved it. They all deserved it. Let him rampage all he wants. They all deserve it.”

Feral:

“She kind of looks like Pamonha, but stronger, healthier, bulkier. Honestly, I wonder if they are related or something. Pamonha also has her reptilian traits too! Anyway, I would gas the whole block where she appears. Do not take chances with someone as powerful with her.”
