Names in Quotations are likely pseudonyms

Mr. Minos

Too many bad memories from after the control device was installed. Much too similar to him to be trusted, but my continued life seems tied to him despite this clear red flag. Not a looker in the first place so Sleeping Beauty shouldn't be tempted to take his light, but sadly she's a sentimental fool like me, so there's still a chance if the scrap on my neck breaks something could happen. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 5/10. Maybe her fixation is on mouths? To be looked into later.

Edward Hyde

The fact that Sleeping Beauty seems to think that a man with split personality disorder who specializes in chemical/psychological warfare is worth pursuing makes me wonder how much of myself is in this distortion. 'Hyde' is an abusive, chaotic monster that's better avoided in any case, yet 'Jekyll's' knowledge makes him a good conversation partner and source of information on the sorts of things my wing didn't think I needed to know. He's saved from Red listing because of this second persona. I'm not sure if he has any feelings to reciprocate back to me, and I predict this isn't the kind of company that offers time off. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 8/10. He's attractive in the same way serial killers on the news are, and I guess that's what gets her aroused.

"Fenrir"

A more direct physical fighter, matching a valued member of a wing's security team with how well she's augmented. Compared to many others, she seems more stable in the usual emotional deadness that characterizes skilled combatants (Her EGO points to a traumatic event that overcame this mental defense). Given the risks of my new work, making friends with her seems like a better idea than not. Scavenging ruins means someone left things they had to flee from inside. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 6/10. Another point in the favour of her being attracted to violently homicidal people.

Lance/Lancelot/"Big Brother"

A phenomenon I had briefly studied some sleepless nights was that of the virtuoso, a person who can live for some abstract goal and display selfless traits while putting them into action as if otherwise compelled to do so. Lance can be trusted to both do his work and protect others, which is something that can't usually be said for someone that's not being paid to do it, and even then they might try to cut and run. Though the more logical part of me hates that I agree with Sleeping Beauty, he actually smiles and tries to be nice to everyone. Even a recluse like me is treated nicely, even when I was in school it was always so hollow compared to real concern. I suppose if he were to want a deeper relationship, I can't say no. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 10/10. I hate that she's right in assessing him as a good candidate for being the one for us.

Carter

I'd expected a group such as this would forgo academics in favour of greater killing power, but despite her young looks and lack of wing affiliation, she has both a trained mind and the ability to fight for herself. Specialized as a scavenger, her reliance on psychoactives is a point against her in terms of earning trust: I trust a caffeine patch or adrenaline addict, not someone who needs to go on a trip to keep herself stable. Regardless of what I wish, we fill similar roles of being able to clear hazards well so I anticipate having to work with her anyways. Once again, Limbus does not seem to be the sort of place with a robust human resources department to complain about placement with. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 3/10. Something about her repulses her, and if the manic distortion in me is afraid I think it is a warning worth heeding.

Damsel

Dangerously aggressive and prone to extreme risk taking behavior, fighting more like cavalry than infantry owing to her odd EGO. Not a death sentence to be placed with, but whatever is left of a person inside her head clearly has no regard for its own safety since she'll charge directly into dangerous areas even after a scan reveals metaphysical danger. Never lend her anything, because it's likely to get lost, stolen, or destroyed. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 7/10. Another dangerously unhinged woman fully capable of killing us, and she wants nothing more than suck out her light and see if she is the one.

Desdemona

Another unabashedly kind person, this time a woman with a sense for community even given the eccentric mix of monsters and killers that is Limbus. I try to attend her gatherings since it's better than being alone all of the time. I can't assess her age accurately, but she seems to have a motherly personality that is comforting to work with. Perhaps she's another example of the virtuoso phenomenon? Further investigation into her may be warranted. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 9/10. While displaying bisexual tendencies, she seems to have more of a stronger reaction to males in either the positive or negative direction.

Demi Karras

I can recognize Index colors when I see them, and the prayer is a further point of evidence that he once ran with them. In conjunction with his combat skill, it's obvious he worked as some kind of enforcer or assassin of the Index. I've not broached the topic with him, and see no reason to given how the Index operates. I understand the people of the backstreets are desperate, but obeying random orders likely generated by an advanced spellchecking program is something I cannot fathom. He is like me: cold and stoic, though better at working with others by a noticeable degree. I don't like looking at a mirror of myself that happens to be insane. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 9.5/10. Whenever I look at him it's like she's trying to take over but can't. She wants so much to prove he's the one she's begged and bargained in my head more than anyone else.

H(Hanson? Heathrow? Hammond?) Watson

A mystery of a man who refuses to open to anyone, let alone me, about his past. What I can say from field observation is that he is a physical beast with a mind on par with my own, if not more suited exploring L-Corp than mine. He displays the tendencies of a virtuoso as well, and with all of this combined I cannot imagine how he got pressured into a contract with Limbus. The missing link must be a sordid past, or perhaps he had a lapse in judgment. I'm unsure if he would entertain questions from me, given Sleeping Beauty has made everyone else very aware of my history when she jabbers after a fight ends too early. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 10/10. Of course the mystery only attracts her more, and she calls him Prince Charming for how perfect he is in her eyes. The reality is the body we share would be ripped apart before we got in range to steal his light. While I would be open to learning about him, dating such a red flag is a very bad idea.

Morella

I've read the reports, I've seen her in action, and she's spoken to me, but I still refuse to believe that she isn't acting. Nobody is as pure-hearted as she is, especially when raised by an association. Maybe a pampered Wing child who never had to fight dirty to get somewhere in life, but she earned her place and still acts as though she kept her principles. Her name too: Morella, like a character out of a heroic fantasy novel meant to be the unquestionable arbiter of what is good. Everything about her screams hidden red flags. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 9/10. On the higher end of women is where she seems to lie. She seems to chase after those who exhibit the traits of a virtuoso while preferring those who are martially inclined. Perhaps this is a defensive instinct, to attach herself to someone who can fight for her than fight on her own.

"Mila"

The most annoying woman I have ever spoken to, almost every word out of her mouth is some kind of wordplay or logic puzzle which she doesn't even seem to care if you untangle it right. I realize she is our driver, and the mechanic for the vehicle which lets us get from place to place, but she is too insane to be trusted with that task. When I asked how the bus worked, she said it was "Like a cheese sandwich" and nothing more. I've resolved to test if she's messing with me by speaking in the same nonsensical way back to her. Sleeping Beauty's Attraction rating: 7/10. I feel like I'd be infected with the same insanity she has by letting Sleeping Beauty take her light.

Moriarty

A more straightforward woman, though by her looks she registers more as a teenager with a fancy sense of style. She seems to stick around Lancelot, referring to him as her brother sometimes, even though they look nothing alike. I believe this could either be a case of trying to force attachment or an indication of prior history. She seems more adapted to the city: selfish, conniving, and manipulative. Albeit, I don't sense malice from her, and if Lancelot likes her, then perhaps she's not so bad? Further investigation and socialization needed. Sleeping Beauty Attraction Rating: 3/10. My guess for this low score is that she has childish looks while trying to appear threatening, much like a poisonous animal will be very colorful to warn predators not to eat it. Maybe my worse half is trying to send a message muddled through 6 layers of lust.

"Ronin"

A standard syndicate type: cold, hard muscle dressed up in a nice suit with a fancy weapon. While my specialty in my wing wasn't field operations, I'm familiar enough with people like her to know keeping my distance in personal matters is advised. Sleeping Beauty's Attraction Rating: 7/10. Clearly the pattern of prioritizing combat capabilities is holding.

Basil Hallward

I can only observe so many people, and Basil is too loud and boastful for my tastes. I doubt he's interested in speaking with a hopeless researcher anyways, so maybe avoiding him is best. Sleeping Beauty's Attraction Rating: 5/10. He at least makes a good data point in defining a middle of what she thinks is attractive.

Oedipus

A creature more than a man. At first I felt pity for it, until I saw how it could survive meatgrinders and death traps with ease. As for the mind within the body, It seems to have some kind of developmental disorder even by street rat standards of intelligence and schooling. Some part of me is simply repulsed looking at it, which at the time of writing could be seen as an unfair judgment, but the rating given here will stay until it proves that it's not as much of a monster as it looks. Sleeping Beauty's Attraction Rating: 6/10. I feel sickened by the thought of my body doing anything romantic or erotic to this creature. My worse half disagrees, but it provides a unique data point. Sleeping Beauty cares more for utility in a prospective soulmate than looks.

Indirect Associates:

Joseph Ringo

An external consultant from Zwei, which is unusual given the lack of a huge greatsword on his person. What is more intriguing than his preference in arms is his ability to interface with machinery like a telepath would someone's mind. This is incredibly useful given the multitude of un-sprung death traps still in L-Corp's ruins as well as being a slight irritant when I've attempted to set up my own security systems on my own workstations only to find them bypassed the next morning. Once again, HR doesn't seem to exist to take complaints about this behavior. Sleeping Beauty's Attraction Rating: 8/10. Lacks physical toughness but she's capable on some level of identifying a well-equipped person as able to fight well, and he has a certain rugged charm under the rebreather. I doubt a half-distortion like me has a chance with him though.
