꒰꒰ EXPLAINING ! ꒱꒱

I think sometimes people misunderstand what I mean when I talk about Radioapple.
I really, genuinely love this ship, not in a weird way, not in a heavy romantic or sexual way, but in the sense that it’s such a comforting and inspiring dynamic to me.
When I think of Lucifer and Alastor, I don’t see them as just a “couple.” I see them as two souls who reflect and challenge each other in the most fascinating way. They both have that charm, pride, and confidence? but underneath, there’s this loneliness kinda, a part of them that hides (how i see it)
That’s why I see them as having something like a QPR, a queerplatonic relationship.
For anyone who doesn’t know, a QPR is a connection that’s not exactly friendship and not exactly romance ? it’s its own kind of love. It’s about trust, comfort, and deep emotional understanding. It’s the kind of bond where two people care for each other deeply, maybe even depend on each other, but without needing it to be romantic or physical.
That’s how I imagine Lucifer and Alastor, a bond that’s strange but silly in a way, filled with playful rivalry and quiet care. They bicker, tease, challenge each other, but there’s this mutual respect that grows underneath it all. It’s not about dominance or ownership; it’s about understanding and seeing each other fully when no one else really does.
I know some people find it odd, but for me, it’s something that brings a lot of happiness and creativity. It gives me story ideas, art concepts, even comfort on bad days. It’s less about shipping and more about finding beauty in character connections.
And I also want to say.. I’m a multishipper! I love Applestatic, Lucililth, Adamapple, and so many other dynamics. I think every ship tells a different story, and each one can be appreciated in its own way.
So please understand, when I talk about Radioapple, it’s not in a weird or bad way. It’s something soft, creative, and special to me!
