STASH TABS, because you just bought 2 and have 300 goypoints to burn
Never buy tabs outside of a sale. 25% sales happen on the weekend every 3 weeks almost on the dot. If the DBs in the OP don't show it, there's an ingame message that'll pop up every so often. Buying a tab in 1 gets you its equivalent in 2 and vice-versa, as long as that tab type exists in both games. Currently, there are no 2-exclusive tab types. Remember that you can set Affinities to make shit autosort on ctrl+click. Prices are listed sale-first, normal after.
MANDATORY
Currency - 60(75) - Stores all orbs along with a few other things. Mandatory for both games but 1 is almost unplayable without it. If you only buy one tab, this is the one to get.
Premium Bundle/Premium Upgrade/Premium Quad - 165(200)/10(15)/120(150) - Any or all of them. You need at least one premium tab to list things for Trade, which is how 99% of sales are made in both games. They can also be renamed and recolored. Less important if you exclusively plan on playing SSF, but you'll probably still want a quad if you're playing SSF anyway.
USEFUL
Map/Waystone - 120(150) - Same thing, different name depending on the game. Holds your endgame maps, sorted by tier. Includes Unique Maps in 1, but currently cannot hold Tablets in 2. In 1, it also displays whether you've completed a map and whether you've cleared its Bonus Objective. Note that any mechanic that can modify maps (e.g., Blight in 1, Delirium in 2) will have its own Affinity take precedence when autosorting. As maps don't stack in either game, they can generate a lot of clutter otherwise.
Essence - 30(40) - Holds all Essences and, in 1, provides ease of upgrading for them. As Essences are very useful for crafting in both games, this one's pretty nice, though less important in 2 due to Essence tiers being streamlined.
Delirium - 30(40) - Holds basically all drops associated with Delirium mechanics, including Delirium Orbs. Slightly more important in 2, as it also holds Delirious waystones. Worth consideration as Delirium is a highly-valuable mechanic in both games.
Gem - 30(40) - Holds all Skill, Support, and Spirit Gems, and also includes functionality for sorting by level, color(1), and type(2). Much more practical in 2 due to the nature of the Gemcutting system, as uncut Gems do not stack and cannot be bought from vendors. Decent in 1, but only slightly moreso than the Flask tab.
MEME
Unique - 110(140) - Holds exactly 1 of each Unique and displays the percentage of each category that you currently have. Fun if you have collection autism, but not particularly practical for the average player. Purely a matter of personal preference.
Flask - 30(40) - It holds Flasks. Somewhat more useful in 1 due to the large variety of utility Flasks, almost pointless in 2.
Extra - 20(30)/110(150) - One vanilla tab, or six with the bundle. No renames, no sales. If you think you need more storage enough to buy this, you don't, but if you insist you do then buy a quad instead.
1-EXCLUSIVE (as of 3/6/25)
Fragment - 55(75) - Stores Scarabs, Splinters, Divine Vessels, Breachstones, and other shit. Most things that can be used to create or access a special endgame instance will be located here. Almost as useful as the Currency tab in 1, but doesn't exist in 2 at all.
Divination - 40(50) - Stores Divination Cards, indicating stack sizes and how many you need to be able to turn them in. Very useful for collection and organization as well.
Blight - 30(40) - Stores Oils and Blighted Maps, as well as providing an anointment menu so you don't have to hunt down Cassia. Not strictly necessary, but as Blight is a fairly popular mechanic this is worth consideration.
Delve - 30(40) - Stores Fossils and Resonators, along with a crafting menu for ease of usage. Convenient if you plan on extensively farming Delve, but almost entirely useless otherwise.
Ultimatum - 30(40) - Stores Catalysts and Inscribed Ultimatums. Mildly useful. Does not currently exist in 2 for some fucking reason despite Baryas and Ultimatums dropping nonstop.
There are no Expedition or Heist tabs, as they have their own dedicated lockers.
