Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant to taste. It mellows, and turns into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.
