2. Core Functionality & Storage Permissions
   PDF Vault Pro is a comprehensive PDF Reader and File Manager. To provide these core functionalities, our app requires:
   

• All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) on Android 11+: This allows the app to discover, list, and organize all PDF files across your device storage. It also allows the app to move sensitive PDFs into an encrypted "Private Vault" directory to secure them from unauthorized access.
• Read/Write External Storage and Media Permissions: To read and manage your photos, videos, audio, and documents across the device.
  Without these permissions, the app cannot fulfill its primary purpose of managing and securing documents.

3. Camera Permission
   The app requires Camera access to take pictures for creating PDFs using the "Image to PDF" and "Passport Photo Maker" tools. We do not record video or capture photos in the background, and all image processing is done locally on your device.
4. Data Collection and Usage
   

• Local Processing: All file management, scanning, and PDF tool operations are performed LOCALLY on your device.
• No Cloud Uploads: We DO NOT upload, share, or transmit your personal documents, files, photos, or location data to any external servers.
• Analytics/Crash Reporting (Optional): We may collect anonymous crash reports to improve app stability, which contains no personally identifiable information or file contents.

5. Security
   We implement a "Private Vault" feature protected by PIN, Pattern, or Biometrics (Fingerprint) to help you secure sensitive files. The security of this vault relies on local encryption and your device's built-in security features. We do not have access to your vault or its contents.
6. Third-Party Services
   Our app uses third-party libraries (e.g., Google Play Services) that operate under their own privacy guidelines to facilitate standard app functionalities and analytics.
