1st time customer new to the area tried it as a spur of the moment thing. Place was cool walked in and surprisingly they got to me in 30 mins. Nice little shop avenue around there to kill that short wait. Guy at counter asked qualifying questions and was transparent about add-on pricing for beard trim, hot towel shave etc. Tiffany who did a great job from start to finish definitely knows what she’s doing and could have just gone for it and made it look good if you’re that type of guy. For me she was able to listen and asked questions to double check everything was how I wanted it. Bald fade is on point!
