Line-up

Turn Back, the band's third studio album is an attempt to return to the classic sextet format, and an even more consistent and powerful effort that had a more grittier edge. Its edgier sound was indicative of the maturation of group and featured drummer Bobby Kimball's improved proficiency on the drums, as well as a more mature, confident vocal delivery by singer Joseph Williams.
