"Ah... Tropius?"

"Yes, Meganium?

"I'm so glad!" a very content Meganium expresses. "I'm so glad our banana tree finally grew!"

"Me too!" Tropius replies.

"And it sprouted fruitful banan-y bananas..." she dreamily coos next to Tropius's head.

"I know, me too."

Sunnier days had come for one of the humans at the guild. In the past, companionship of this kind was one of the things Tropius had never considered, much less tried to partake in in this realm. Meganium's idea of using one of his banana seeds--one of his most treasured possessions--as a symbol of their loyalty bore fruit in a beautifully lush plant of enormous proportions bearing ripe spotless bananas. Fortunately, Tropius's own lost neck-banana grew faster than expected. No need for water.

Both lay around next to each other, sharing the moment between them both and the realization that they had their own source of exotic sustenance. The pair is comfortably seated on a wild grassy hill, the weather being not too warm or cold. The banana plant atop sways gently from the breeze. Such peace would soon be treasured for years to come.

"I mean, imagine," Tropius starts reflecting. "We can make banana juice, banana pie, banana meringue pie..."

"I think it's the most valuable property that we have!" she points out.

"I... do agree," Tropius once again reiterates his shared excitement after mulling it over. "I think we should go to Duskull Bank and get a loan. Actually, I think we should get banana tree insurance."

Meganium thinks the idea over, furrowing her brow as the endless possibilities dawn upon her: "...I think you're right."

"And then get a loan," he further explains. "And use the banana tree as collateral, because it is now insured. I truly do love our banana tree."

Meganium snuggles her head up to his. "Just imagine: a life full of banana trees..."

"I know. And all our beautiful bananas?"

"Endless possibilities," Meganium concludes.

"Endless possibilities," Tropius echoes. "They're so beautiful."

"I wish I was a banana!" she says in earnest.

Tropius looks at her in the eyes. "You wish you were a banana? If you were a banana, I would put you on my shelf and cherish you like I cherish all our bananas."

"That's so beautiful."

"I try."

Aside from them, there is nohing but soothing silence on their little hill as they enjoy each other's company. All alongside their beautiful plant.

However, something darkens Meganium's visage. Something dire that she hadn't yet considered:

"But... I only hope that the whores aren't stealing our bananas--you know, those naughty whores always steal bananas..."

Slowly, Tropius's expression turns equally soured. His eyes narrow. "We do have a couple banana whores in this... this community, yes."

"Those damn banana-stealing whores!" Meganium spitefully exclaims, looking aside.

Tropius is the one now snuggling up to her, trying to be of comfort. "No one will take our prized bananas from us."

...

Meganium raises her head slightly. "Hey, hasn't it been about ten seconds since we looked at our banana tree?"

Tropius raises his brow and nods. "It has been about ten seconds since we looked at our banana tree."

Their heads turn around. Meganium yells.

The worst case scenario becomes reality!

Tropius's expression turns murderous. "Hey, what the FUCK?!"

"It's a WHORE!" Meganium cries out horrified.

"WHORE'S stealing our BANANAS!"

Cyndaquil is digging his limbs on for dear life on a bunch of yellow bananas! The bunch is swinging precariously, about to fall down to the ground! The last thing Cyndaquil hears before blacking out is the thunderous steps of some of the biggest pokemon he knows! YES! YES! LET'S GO!

Cyndaquil wakes up startled, having drooled on the wall outside the guild's building.

Ironically, the sleeping pokemon the fire-type was waiting to hit up for had long since woken up. The long-necked brown dinosaur stares at him with an unamused expression, sitting on his usual spot.

"Are you here for what I think you are?" Tropius asks.

"Uhhhhhh," Cyndaquil scratches his head. "You know... maybe I'll get lucky with you this time around!"

"Get out, please."
