Legend:
- ⭐️ = Highlighted - The most recommended project embodying the best of the era, delivering not just the most memorable, quality edits but also usually the most complete vision of an era. There can be more than 1 highlights within the same era with different styles that when combined create a full definitive review of the era.
- ✨️ = Most Unique - Interesting and note-worthy takes on eras, going in refreshing, different styles compared to other compilations under the same era. Not necessarily the best but deserves the spotlight just for creativity.
- Blue Text = Overhaul - Comps that take apart everything we know about the era and overtake it in a new direction or aesthetic that still relates to the core of the source material but given a new unique personality/prompt.
- Purple Text = Renovation - Comps that feature additions and reworks of songs on top of the original vision of the era, improving and altering the source material in new ways but still retaining a lot of resemblance in vibe or style.
- Yellow Text = Vanilla-style - Comps that aim to be a "standardized" version of the source material, mostly offering a variety of QoL changes that adhere to the base songs without steering away too much from their original versions. It's important to note that this doesn't mean less effort or worse quality, but rather just a preference.
- Red Text = Extension - Comps that focus on lengthening the runtime, usually through adding and/or merging official or remix material like sample intros/outros or new features, with little to no custom production or changes within mix/master.
- Green Text = Remix - Comps that create an entirely new and different version of its original counterpart with little to no resemblance to the source material, usually done in its editors' own unique styles.
- Honorable Mentions - Comps worth mentioning when talking about the era as a whole but which has a quality that isn't on par with the best of the best anymore. Typically present for archival or trivia purposes.
- Comps in the same category are listed and grouped together. Within a category, comps will be sorted from best to worst (loosely) (You should still check out all of these if you have time though!)
- This tracker page is going through some changes, so lots of eras and comps are pending for review! I will update in the Discord when everything is sifted through.
Kanye Comps
Before The College Dropout
- ⭐️ World Record Holders by goose: Re-mix and remaster of every single song done by Kanye's 90s rap group, the Go Getters, even including exclusive freestyles and snippets in live recordings.
The College Dropout
- ⭐️ The College Dropout [RM] by fosterlynch: Simple remaster of the released album, along with a few extras.
- ⭐️ Freshman Year [RM] by fosterlynch: A huge collection of remasters of various pre-TCD and TCD era Kanye songs that he dropped in the various official mixtapes at the time, along with some exclusive tracks found on the Freshmen Adjustment fan-made series. While only containing some leaks that were also featured on FA1-3, the comp has nearly every single Kanye song from before he dropped TCD featured on here.
- Dream Killers by SimpleJosh: Mixtape-like comp based on Kanye's gangsta rap songs from around the time he just got signed to Roc-a-fella and on the 2002-2003 tracklists from Jeen-Yuhs. Contains remasters to make the songs more cohesive and higher quality. Features some leaks that weren't already on fosterlynch's FY.
Honorable Mentions
- Most Unlikely To Succeed by BSB Dante - Classic extension comp, with various sample showcases, some added non-album tracks and any extra official material from around the era.

Late Registration
- ✨️ The Good, The Bad & The Ugly by darkTwist, hatw & r.beatz - An imaginery collab album between Kanye, Common and Consequence set in 2006 after they've released their respective acclaimed projects, using non-album songs from around the era, both Kanye's and non-Kanye's, and adding the corresponding missing artists to the song. Alt version has no added verses to preserve overall song quality.
- ⭐️ Late Registration [RM] by fosterlynch - Simple remaster of the released album, along with a few extras.
Honorable Mention
- Sorry, Mr. West Is Gone by BSB Dante - Classic extension comp, with various sample showcases, some added non-album tracks and any extra official material from around the era.

- Late Registration - whoop
Late Orchestration
- ✨️ Late Orchestration by r.beatz - EP-length comp reworking orchestra; production into a few LR tracks to recreate the style of their respective Late Orchestration performances, albeit this time in studio quality, via incorporating various organic instruments and vocal effects to sound like live tracks.
- ⭐️ Late Orchestration by Orpheus - Remastered version of the live album Late Orchestration, with crowd vocals removed and improved mixing.
Graduation
- ✨️ Master Class by Master Class Team - A completely random (but awesome) reimagination of what could have been Kanye's 3rd studio album if he hadn't swiftly changed from his orchestral LR style to the stadium synthy sound of Graduation, built using LR-era and pre-Grad release songs, both Kanye's and non-Kanye's, with various production and verse changes.
- ⭐️ Senior Year by IcyEdits - A soulful, grand rework of Graduation to emphasize on not just the synth sounds of the release album but also incorporate various orchestral and soulful elements influenced from the samples. A lot more fleshed out as a listening experience than release.
- Graduation Reworked by ahmed2.0_ - Graduation with fairly basic new and extra synths added to give it a slightly grander feel, with some other changes like features sprinkled throughout.
- ⭐️ Graduation: Rising Stars by paranoid.eyesore / per5on4 - A semi-playlist comp comprised of edits by the creator and from BSB Dante's and yak's Graduation comps, compiling songs from the album along with tracks from mixtapes as well as features, all incorporated into a new shuffled tracklist to flesh out the sound of the era further.
Honorable Mention
- Graduation [RM] by fosterlynch - Simple remaster of the released album.
- Homecoming by BSB Dante - Classic extension comp, with various sample showcases, some added non-album tracks and any extra official material from around the era.

808s & Heartbreak
- ⭐️ 808s & Heartbreak (Rework) by Akimbo - Very high quality sound-wise 808s comp that sprinkles in various new prod elements and additions inspired by both the VH1 Storytellers and the HollyWood Bowl performances, albeit not using any material directly from those shows to keep this a separate, unique listening experience that doesn't stray completely from the personalness of the original album.
- Heartbreak V2 by Jax - An old 808s rework that leans into a more somber and colder sound direction, focusing on the realistic aspects of heartbreak from a failed relationship through added production, voice message skits and a stripped back tracklist.
Honorable Mention
- 808s & Heartbreak [RM] by fosterlynch - Simple remaster of the released album.
- 808s but mumble by SimpleJosh - If for whatever reason you wanted a SimpleJosh-style remaster of leaks but this time entirely composed of mumble, unfinished 808s refs, he has got you covered! Aside from the mumble, this comp also features some cool production differences not usually heard outside of their original leaks.
- Welcome To Heartbreak by BSB Dante - Classic extension comp, with various sample showcases, some added non-album tracks and any extra official material from around the era.
- ✨️ 808s & Heartbreak 2 by I'mAliveNotDead - An imaginary album that serves as the sequel to 808s&H, composed entirely of new custom produced beats and AI'd vocals based on the creator's vocal refs. As this comp was made during the dawn of AI technology within the comm., iiiit's not that good but it was a very cool project nonetheless.

Child Rebel Soldier
- ⭐ Child Rebel Soldier by SimpleJosh - A short but very concise reimagining of what an era-accurate version of an album/mixtape released by the Child Rebel Soldier supergroup would sound like. Contains not just tweaked versions of the released CRS songs but also recreations of snippets, reworks of beats from older eras, and entirely new instrumentals based on new samples.
Honorable Mentions
- Child Rebel Soldier by Reborn Sinner & victor - Comp envisioning a full CRS album released in 2013, borrowing various songs from each artist's discography, with the focus more on verse-finding rather than overhauling the original production.
- God Unwilling by BSB Dante - A very old and might as well be the first CRS comp to appear in the comm.. This comp is split into 3 parts, each part corresponding to each artist and features songs by them with the other missing artists added back on. While the extracts are still fairly good for their time, there are some rough edges here and there but still a quite classic experience.
Good Ass Job
- ⭐ Good Ass Job by The Pastelle Collective - Perhaps one of the most infamous comps of the 2023-24 era, responsible for the renaissance of the GAJ era as a whole, being the first major community and high quality effort to make a fully fleshed out project (The previous definitive comp being Ivory's, of which also played an influence in this comp). The original concept for the comp is that it would be a B-side to MBDTF, thus resulting in every major GAJ leak at the time (and some other lesser known ones) receiving grand overhauls and reproduced elements to make it as high definition as possible to match MBDTF's level of greatness (Whether that is successful or not is up to opinions). While there are some extract and mixing issues, this remains one of the greatest comps and drops of all time.
- ⭐ Good Ass Job by Dawgy Style (tyson, Onyx & Co.) - While this project arrived during the GAJ saturation era, the ideas and execution of said ideas argubly rivals that of Pastelle's GAJ, though rather than editing well-known songs, the comp approaches mostly pre-VMAs material instead. While most edits of pre-VMAs material simply puts verses and production on songs, Dawgy Style colorizes them by adding new sections, segments, beatswitches, skits, and many other diverse changes that switch up the state of GAJ edits entirely.
- The 4 Seasons: W.S.S.F by Santino - B Side to Santino's GAJ, noticeably dropped much later which also comes with an increase in quality. Rather than going the traditional GAJ route, the unusual but interesting song selection on here finally reaches the amount of uniqueness and obscurity Santino is most commonly known for in his solo edits discography, even moreso with various new creative changes and production as well. A massive jump from his debut comp and a very refreshing listen.
- ✨️ MADVILLAINZ by Berais - A very unique take on an imagined collab album from MADVILLAINZ, the real life obscure trio formed between Madlib, MF DOOM and Kanye himself. Features a combination of 2009 material from DOOM's released BORN LIKE THIS album and Kanye's scrapped GAJ album, meant to imagine a collab album with vocals from the two and boom bap and sampley beats produced by the duo or new ones inspired by their styles.
- Good Ass Job by ali & ahmed2.0_ - Fairly short alternative take from your usual GAJ comp where the sound and influence of 808s take the spotlight rather than boom bap or synth pop. Features various production reworks of lesser known GAJ tracks, some more drastic than others, but overall a very refreshing listen in the ocean of GAJ content now.
- Good Ass Job by juytuy - One of the cleanest and most impressive new GAJ reworks to come out recently. While on the surface/song selection, the comp appears to be any other GAJ comp, each song receives very special treatment and given lots of attention to detail that makes each track feel distinct and progress like a real released song would. One of the most underrated GAJ projects of the modern era.
- g00d a$$ job by IcyCity - GAJ rework turning the album into a synthy pop-inspired record released in early 2010. Has a balanced track selection of MBDTF album track edits implementing various demo elements and LP5 scraps often associated with the era. Has okay-ish mixing at times but also very impressive production, specifically on the edits done on OG MBTDF tracks.
- Good Ass Job by Jeen - One of the new GAJ reworks to come out in the GAJ saturation era. Features a fairly unique selection of GAJ songs that encompass not just lesser known tracks, but also pre-VMAs and even some non-Kanye songs. While the reworks done on the more unique song selections are very neat and clean, some others still feel fairly minimal in addition and focused more on improving vocals and adding smaller details, without too much grand overhauling.
- ⭐ Good Ass Job by SimpleJosh - SimpleJosh-style remasters and restructures of various well-known GAJ leaks, overall just being a pack of clean, polished takes on the source material. There is some slight reworking on the OG MBDTF songs that go along well with Josh's clean mixing and integration style, making them complete listens as well aside from the more unfinished tracks later down the TL.
- Good Ass Job by Akimbo - Very high quality sound-wise collection of GAJ songs, compiling only some of the most finished material to truly reconstruct what a decent album could have dropped instead of MBDTF. Despite having some reworks, they all are very cohesive in creating a realistic envisioning of the era along with other vanilla-style polishes.
Honorable Mentions
- Winter Spring Summer Fall by ApeHard - A collection of obscure, rare GAJ era songs and beats similar to what Santino did on his own WSSF comp, albeit with a lot less overhauling and a lot more focus on finding verses for these instrumentals, retaining the original sound for the most part.
- Gap Year by juytuy - A very short 7-track EP comp done for the 1 Week Comp Contest hosted in Yedits. Features some tracks from Graduation era and some from GAJ, all containing the distinct soulful, synthy feel often overlooked underneath the boom bap surface level known for in the era.
- Good Ass Job by Santino - The debut project by one of the most influential editor towards GAJ as an era, featuring various production additions, verses and features, and even new samples incorporated in all the songs. While the comp indeed excels in creativity and freshness, mixing issues still plagues some tracks, thus laying down the footwork for Santino's later contributions.
- ✨️ Fame Kills by victor - Imaginary collab album between Kanye and Lady Gaga, supposedly to promote their Fame Kills Tour. Features various melodic GAJ songs with added vocals from Gaga, ranging from awesome to Ermmm What The Sigma.
- Good Ass Job V2 by Ivory - One of the major GAJ comps before the renaissance (Pastelle Collective) that was definitive for a long time. Features various GAJ leaks along with some lesser known MBDTF songs, being either reworked or stripped back to fit the vibe and sound of the era more. While compared to today's standards, the comp has been lowered to the Vanilla category, it's still a clean and polished listen, setting aside the outdatedness of a few things such as extracts and song selections, almost akin to a Love Everyone: Spirits but for GAJ.
- Good Foot Job by SimpleJosh - Sorry feet fans, no feet here but rather an alternative take on Josh's GAJ comp, this time applying the treatment to the lesser known GAJ beats from the beat tape and some alt versions of edits of songs already featured on the main project, mostly just adding verses and trimming down the beats' runtimes.
- Good Ass Job 4.19.10 by biob - Very simple GAJ comp that was developed shortly after the GAJ beat tape leaked and at the peak of the era of the GAJ gooners (cet elite knowledge). Features all the beats on the beat tape plus some other obscure rarely used misc LP5 beats and just adds Kanye verses and features on them with little to no production added. Appears to be outdated now since everyone and their daughters is editing GAJ, but was a useful stepping stone before we got to this point.
- Good Ass Job by irawlofl - Another simple "leaks" playlist for GAJ similar to BSB Dante's, this time being based on the idea/rumor of "2008 GAJ" propagated by one of the sellers back when pre-VMAs was not very well known as an era yet. Features various melodic songs that we now know as being pre-VMAs. Just like the Dante playlist, this is just another cool peek into the past.
- Good Ass Job by BSB Dante - A simple "leaks" playlist for GAJ from waaay back in the day, likely 2020. While the actual quality of the playlist is debatable, what remains is how interesting our perception of GAJ has changed over the year and how little we truly had and knew about GAJ back then. Not exactly recommended to anyone, but is a cool peek into the past of the community and see what the "trend" was back then.
- Winter Spring Summer Fall by BSB Dante - An alternative take on an unreleased LP5 leaks playlist by Dante, this time focusing more on featuring Good Fridays song many people were not accustomed to back then. Once again, just a fun little thingy for trivia purposes.
- Winter-Spring-Summer-Fall by jason - The world's first extension comp done on... another comp? This comp is essentially and quite literally just Pastelle's GAJ but with an added verse on each song, typically Kanye's. While there is 1 or 2 original edits, the rest of the comp heavily borrows if not straight up uses Pastelle's edits. Despite that, it does offer some alternative choices in terms of edits selection between this and Pastelle.

My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
- ⭐️✨️ My Beautiful Dark Twisted Symphony by quent.in - 5 songs from Kanye's magnum opus with new string arrangements meant to enhance the listening experience and offer a more cinematic atmosphere to Kanye West's most lavish project to date.
- My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (Deluxe Edition) by cool_gamez - Imagining of a deluxe edition to the released album, using confirmed tracks as well as other popular LP5 tracks, adding vocals and production to fit the maximalist MBDTF soundscape.
- ⭐️ My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (Mike Dean Live Inspired) by Harley Banks - A simple comp that adds basic Mike-Dean-style synths to all of the tracks on the original released album, helping add a mild touch of grandness to the album without overdoing it or adding anything that might stand out.
- Good Ass Job by Zhang Yong & bobert - Originally intended to be a GAJ comp, me (yes me as in Sophie of the Sophie Curated Tracker hi) and other people on the team have agreed to put this in MBDTF era instead. Despite being labelled a GAJ comp, the comp features various remasters and reproduced elements for a variety of MBDTF-era songs and some Good Friday tracks. While the LP for the comp was unsuccessful in reception, the comp still provides a high quality collection of edits of OG versions of songs and the aforementioned Good Friday tracks.
- Good Ass Job by 88888u - Very classic and high quality LP5 comp based on the Donda's Boy rumor, with every song drawn out with intros, outros and features to all be 10 minutes long. Has an hour long Runaway bonus stringed from different live performances. Most notably used to be featured on the sidebar of the r/Kanye subreddit, being endorsed outside of Yedits itself as well.
- ✨️ Good Kid, Twisted Fantasy by Toasty Digital - Toasty-style mashup album of MBDTF and GKMC, mixing together prod elements and vocals from both albums to create a hybrid experience. Got covered by multiple news outlets and even a reaction from Anthony Fantano. Apparently a sequel to 2049.
Honorable Mentions
- My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy [RM] by fosterlynch - Simple remaster of the released album.
- Record4Hype by j_auditore99 - Simple detag of the Record4Hype.zip file.
- My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (Extended) by JonJeffJonJon - A less straight-forward take on an extension of MBDTF compared to Dante's, where the comp focuses on adding features and unused sections within leaks rather than depending on a lot of sample showcases. Also contains a FEW very vanilla changes from JJJJ himself, along with sprinkling in the interludes from the Record4Hype.zip file and some Good Friday songs.
- Hell Of A Life by BSB Dante - Classic extension comp, with various sample showcases, some added non-album tracks and any extra official material from around the era.

Watch The Throne
- ✨️ Return Of The Throne by Reborn Sinner - The world's first proper WTT2 / WTTII comp, imagining a realistic sequel to WTT released in 2013 with sonics similar to JAY-Z’s Magna Carta…Holy Grail album, featuring reworks and recreations of tracks from that album as well of WTT/CS/TGFD era tracks.
- (WIP) Watch The Throne by Mynemeis - A rework of WTT released and unreleased songs to fully flesh them out to their full potential whilst still keeping the song's finished feel intact. So far the download for the comp consists only of all the singles dropped for the comp, featuring edits of both songs on the released album and from leaks.
- ⭐️ Watch The Throne (Deluxe) [RM] by fosterlynch - Simple remaster of the released album.
- Black Excellence by victor - Solo-Kanye WTT. Setting aside the odd original decision to remove JAY-Z (this was pre-diddy era guys), the songs have new verses from both Kanye and other features to fill in the empty spots where JAY-Z was, making this a fun neat lil project of alternative takes on the songs from the album.
Honorable Mentions
- The Throne by BSB Dante - Classic extension comp, with various sample showcases and any extra official material from around the era.
Cruel Summer
@taco Get To Flipping Work.
Thank God For Drugs
- ⭐️✨️ Golden Head by Nari / Yuri - A pack of finished enough tracks from the original iteration of Nari's upcoming CULT comp. While CULT is an envisioning of what TGFD would sound like with Justice executively producing and leading its sound, Golden Head (or rather CULT V1) is a CHIRAQ-style Nari general overhaul of a handful of lesser known TGFD songs, featuring tons of different beatswitches, added production, sounds, samples, added verses, and so much more, creating one of the most unique and exciting experience in LP6 as of late.
- ⭐️ Thank God For Drugs by SimpleJosh - One of the most legendary and classic rework comps ever. Heralded as the best comp of all time for the longest time, SimpleJosh's TGFD is a massive 20+ track long overhaul of everything people knew about TGFD as an era back in the day (2020) and gave it a new sound, aesthetic, vibe, all the while achieving very impressive production and recreation feats. Its influences drag out years after it dropped, with nearly every TGFD comp drawing some influence from the original blueprint laid down by Josh. Amongst the iconic and ubiquitous editing ideas on this comp, such as era-accurate verses, sample incorporations, tasteful effects on released Yeezus songs to make them separate from the OG renditions, the comp unfortunately suffers from some extracts quality and outdated leaks today. Despite that, the cohesion of the comp still keeps it at the top of the list for many people, and even moreso, people who build their reworks and attempts to recreate or remaster the work on this comp. A must-listen for anybody getting into the comm for the first time.
- Thank God For Drugs by Jozzuh & Co. - About 1 year after the release of SimpleJosh's legendary TGFD rework, the community decided to use his comp as a backbone in terms of influences and direction and build an entirely new community comp from it. This new iteration adds plenty of new production based on the source material with some trap influences on the recreated songs, covering slightly more content than SJ's due to it coming out at a later time. It should be noted that during the 2 years where Josh's comp and this comp dropped, both comps won Comp of The Year at the annual Yammy's nominations hosted by Yedits.
- Black American Psycho by Solidus Jack - TGFD comp featuring various reworks and recreations of songs based on established and newly surfaced material from the era along with samples from the movie American Psycho, inspired by BSB Dante's classic comp. As aforementioned, due to this comp dropping fairly later compared to other major TGFD projects, it contains a slightly bigger variety of new leaks and alt versions that weren't there when the other classics were made.
- Thank God For Drugs (Akimbo's Cut) by Akimbo - Akimbo's personal cut of the community comp, stripping down most of the tracklist and even some edits and polishing their mixing even more. As such, it can be considered an alternative version of the community comp, offering selections to edits that might be too rough around the edges on the original project.
- ⭐️ Lost Yeezus (Revised) by gv & bingboop - A comp done ON another comp, being based on SimpleJosh's comp of the same name. Due to the lack of new edits and possible changes that weren't implemented in SimpleJosh's semi-deluxe, gv & bingboop (being the mega Josh fanatics they are) decided to address some of this shortcoming by including a few new edits based on TGFD content and info applied over Yeezus album tracks, altering or redoing some of the original edits themselves as well. Keep in mind that most of this comp is still the same as Josh's original version, only some tracks are altered.
- Lost Yeezus V2 by SimpleJosh - The spiritual successor and update to Josh's classic TGFD rework comp, albeit in a different direction this time. This comp focuses on picking the more atmospheric and airy sounds present in the leaks as opposed to the chaotic abrasive sound Yeezus is known for, polishing and remastering them to near perfect quality, resulting in a unique yet still very faithful experience of the OG era. One of if not the best way to experience LP6 leaks, in conjunction with the bonuses done on the rarer leaks.
Honorable Mentions
- ✨️ Thank God For Drugs by big brother / themusicnerdguy - A very unique and admittedly odd re-envisioning of TGFD, stripping away nearly all its roots as an abrasive album and imbuing it with a certain electronic, pop sound base that separates the comp from every other comp. Despite this, various reworks and original songs on this comp suffer from basic audio issues or uncanny sound selections that handicap a major portion of the comp. Despite that, it still has its great moments and is a refreshing take on the era regardless.
- DRUGS! by Jozzuh - Originally, the vaguely named "community TGFD comp" that is most commonly accredited to Akimbo as the lead of the project was led by Jozzuh instead. After the comp had dropped, Jozzuh then made a spin-off/alternative take on the material from the comp based on his original chaotic vision. This is that comp. It features a drastically different and quite unique tracklist compared to most TGFD comps, with monstrously long tracks mashing up several songs, some not even Kanye's, into 1 track. While it does offer SOME alternative parts here and there, the odd choices within the new songs chosen does isolate this project from most people's circulation, although its uniqueness remains still.
- Yedits Presents: The TGFD Sessions by the Yedits Presents Team - Technically a bonus disc/deluxe/demo featuring various demos and early versions of edits that would later become YP:TGFD. Most of it is kinda Poop but there are some interesting song selections on here that really showcases how the community has always been creative even from all the way back then.
- Yedits Presents: Thank God For Drugs by the Yedits Presents Team - A TGFD rework that precedes SimpleJosh's legendary take by a short period of time, featuring various contributions from classic and legacy members within the community. Despite the various now "cliche" synth and prod additions along with poor extract quality, it has a certain charm of a bygone era of Yediting where certain things were made to be as dramatic and over the top of possible. The comp also features a few edits and elements that would later be further developed for Josh's own take afterwards, cementing this comp as an important part in the evolution of Yedits of this era.
- (UNFINISHED) Thank God For Drugs by UNDERDAWG - Originally a comp aiming to create a perfectly clean yet still diverse collection of TGFD tracks that incorporate their original versions, in part thanks to its creator's experience with reproducing and blending together elements, this comp was unfortunately cancelled, only a handful of tracks releasing successfully from it.
- Thank God For Drugs by Matsu - A comp very similar in approach to Leo's Drugs Made Yeezus, albeit with even more material added this time to absolutely highlight and showcase the oddities and unique sounds of the era.
- Drugs Made Yeezus by Leo - Being a comp made by an editor whose main focus is mixing, this comp features very clean mixes and mash-ups of various OG versions of Yeezus songs, almost akin to how SimpleJosh handles his Vanilla comps, although this project doesn't shy away from including the unfinished, rough edges of the era as well, showing off its uniqueness in the process.

Yeezus
- ⭐️ God Wants You by windybro - Complete re-envisioning of Yeezus, warping the album into a horrorcore, experimental collage containing multiple samples from the Twin Peaks show, as well as even more added production that still retains elements of release but adding even more abrasion and chaos over it. Possibly the best transformation of the released album by far.
- Yeezus Remastered by IcyEdits - One of the new Yeezus projects to drop recently, still preserving the release album as a framework but sprinkling in various leaks and production from OG leaks, albeit never too much that it feels like just another TGFD comp. A perfect line to walk for people seeking an experience that still feels like Yeezus but just ever so slightly TGFD at the same time.
- Not For Sale by DJ GOTHFUKKER - DJ GOTHFUKKER's debut comp, a take on Yeezus with grittier production reminiscent of industrial sounds and different arrangements to make the songs sound more complete and unique, even if the changes appear to be basic sometimes.
- Yeezus (Extended) by Soundwave - Despite being labelled an extended comp, this comp curates various leaks and other editors' edits tastefully to make a Yeezus experience that isn't too different from the original but also not so similar as to make it boring, adding some new leaked tracks as well. Just a perfect balance of everything even across TGFD projects.
- ✨ Mourn For The Weak by Guts - Remix of Yeezus in the style of experimental hip-hop group Death Grips, featuring completely redone beats with abrasive and chaotic production that feels like DG themselves with a touch of Kanye's influence.
- ✨️ Yessiah by OBELISC - Reimagining of Yeezus with a variety of production overhauls to build upon the core ideas of the songs or bring them to entirely different directions, sometimes adding onto the abrasion, sometimes replacing the beat entirely with a new sampled beat. Argubly a more diverse remix project than Yeezus Redeemed.
Honorable Mentions
- Yeezification by ahmed2.0_ - One of ahmed2.0_'s earlier projects, a double disc comp done on both Yeezus and Yeezus 2, although this entry pertains specifically to the Yeezus disc instead. It features some new prod changes that are fairly minimal and vanilla, but does slightly improve the overall listening experience somewhat without any flashy changes.
- Yeezus [RM] by fosterlynch - Simple remaster of the released album.
- Yeezus (Extended) by JonJeffJonJon - One of the more popular Yeezus comps from back in the day. Compared to Dante's extension comps, Jon's extended Yeezus incorporates a much wider variety of leaks, performances, remixes and even some of his own prod, technically extending the runtime by definition but also featuring some cool new segments here and there, making it almost feel like a traditional comp entirely.
- Black American Psycho by BSB Dante - A somewhat classic extension comp by Dante, lasting 2 hours and a half, based on the concept that Yeezus would have incorporated movie samples and ideas from the movie of the same name. Eventually influenced the aesthetic and samples on Solidus Jack's Black American Psycho comp much later. Compared to his usual work, this comp adds and incorporates a much more diverse variety of ideas and material albeit the sound quality can be poor in certain parts.
- Not For Sale by BSB Dante - Classic extension comp, with various sample showcases and any extra official material from around the era.
- ✨ Yeezus Redeemed by cres - Incredibly unique and experimental industrial remix of most release Yeezus tracks, containing new production and samples that make for a refreshing new listen.

Cruel Winter [V1]
- ⭐️ Cruel Winter by ahmed2.0_ & Co. - Double-disc comp with each disc reworking a few songs from CWv1 and CWv2 respectively (This entry regards the CWv1 disc exclusively). The disc fully fleshes out the few songs we know from the era through new prod as well as new features, not exactly making a project that rivals Cruel Summer in scope but still a small pack of edits based on the rarely explored era.
- Cruel Winter (2014) by pablo999 - A more extensive compilation of 2014 CW tracks with various QoL changes and new features/verses to flesh them out into a real G.O.O.D. Music project from the time period. Less impressive than ahmed's but more complete as an album.
Yeezus 2
- SENSATIONAL by Solidus Jack - A vague continuation/update to Jack's old Yeezus 2 comp. SENSATIONAL is a collection of various rarely edited OG LP7 songs, mostly Y2 era, all reworked enough to make them sound as finished as other released LP7 songs. While the comp is not perfect, argubly the standout feature of the project is the amount of material that's been edited, featuring 2 entire discs for the full comp alongside over a dozen demos and unfinished scraps of plenty of OG LP7 songs next to obscure or even less well known leaks. Although other Y2 reworks may be more perfect, this project remains a great introduction for anyone who wants to do a deep dive into the expansive collection of unreleased 2014 Kanye.
- ⭐️ Yeezus II by luwi - An only 8-track long Y2 comp that covers almost all the aspects presented by songs from the era: OG TLOP, Paul McCartney, Yeezus/Rodeo-like experimental abrasive and more, now with new production, structures, verses and ideas to make them more polished and release ready. The most encompassing and perfect Y2 project by far.
- Yeezus II by windybro - A more traditional Y2 rework that focuses more on delivering an OG LP7 experience rather than showcase too much of the rough, unfinished aspect of the era. Contains windy's own edits alongside some custom edits of other major projects too like Jack's old Y2 and SHMG: Angels. Decent neat lil listen for those who value finished over unfinished which Y2 is characterized for.
- Yeezus 2 (hc's Version) by hc - The first proper Y2 comp to drop in the modern era. hc's take on Y2 is a much more realistic and era-accurate version compared to comps that came before it like Jack's TLC, only using leaks and full versions specifically made within the time period and polishing or demumbling them to make them more listenable without doing anything too explosive. This is the first Y2 comp to really explore the era beyond just being early old versions of LP7 songs and open up more specific soundscapes like Paul McCartney's influence on the era.
Honorable Mentions
- Yeezus II: The Lost Chapter (Deluxe) by Solidus Jack - A "spiritual successor" to Oreo's Yeezus II, also being one of the older Y2 reworks to come out back then. While the editing trends and vision matches Oreo's of a super rough, OG version of various LP7 material with barely any distinction between this era and SHMG/SWISH, The Lost Chapter features more reworks with altered production and features. In classic Solidus Jack style, the comp is stacked with edits that end up diluting the selection due to there being both good and bad edits in here, but eventually it laid down the blueprint for Jack's later LP7 comps: WAVES and SENSATIONAL.
- Yeezus II by Oreo Eater - One of the... erm... "classic", comps of the community, technically. This is one of the first "major" Yeezus 2 comps, becoming rather popular on Youtube and no doubt influencing the general OG LP7 editing scene from back then. While the comp contains a handful of vanilla edits that has seen some age, it is nonetheless a great look into the past to see what old editing trends were and especially what we held as the "norm" for OG LP7 edits back then, next to Yedits Presents: So Help Me God. Unfortunately this comp received a V2 that was panned heavily by the community + the creator running into some insane accusations, but this remains as one of the influential comps that sadly doesn't hold up much in modern time.
- Yeezus 2 (11.11.13) by RPPY - Short comp of around 5 melodic tracks that aims to make a few leaks from the first copy of Yeezus 2 more enjoyable by restructuring, cutting down, mixing and adding minimal production.
- ✨️ Halloween EP by SimpleJosh - Very short (3 tracks) EP based on the rumoured Halloween EP that Kanye would have dropped next to Yeezus 2. Contains 2 vanilla edits next to a new custom track based on the Portishead sample song rumor.

So Help Me God
- ✨️ CHIRAQ by Nari / Yuri - An extremely unique rework/remix of various OG LP7 songs, jam-packed with new added production, entire new beatswitches and new samples incorporated across every single track. This is the debut (finished) project by Nari, which also helps cement his style as being chaotic and at times messy but extremely creative nonetheless, paving the way for his later work on CULT / Golden Head. Even though it's questionable whether or not some of these songs needed so much change, this is still one of the most refreshing OG LP7 project out there and deserves a check out for anybody who mains LP7.
- ⭐️ So Help Me God by windybro - A spiritual V3 to his YII comp and a V2 to his MGIA comp, windy's SHMG is a diverse and expansive rework of OG LP7 material in general, taking advantage of SHMG's vague perception to nail in the classic interpretation of the album being a combination of everything Y2, SHMG itseld and SWISH has to offer. This comp features various added prod, features, new samples that reworks or adds onto songs to make them sound as finished concept-wise as possible. Though certain parts of this comp is still rough, it is by far the most faithful and deserving tribute to the era's rich editing history whilst still being a fun listen full of surprises regardless.
- So Help Me God: Angels by Miracles Team - The sophomore and latest project by Miracles Team / Magik & Co., the team also behind Donda: Miracles. While previous takes on the era imagined the album as being a dark, somewhat experimental album with notes of the aggression seen on Yeezus, Angels is the first comp to reinterpret that notion into a more accurate view of a pop, trap-leaning album with some synthy and acoustic hints here and there due to the influence brought on by Paul McCartney. The comp focuses on reproducing several elements and remastering vocals across many tracks, ensuring they sound the highest quality across every other previous project up to that point, as well as doing major reworks on some tracks so they sound as finished as they would TLOP, in the process also nailing down what the "blueprint" for the ideal depiction of SHMG should be. Despite being received somewhat roughly on release, the comp grew to be loved by many and is a staple for any LP7 fan now.
- So Help Me God V2 by pxblo - One of if not the most classic OG LP7 reworks, becoming particularly popular on Youtube and even within the comm as the previous holder for the definitive SHMG experience. pxblo's SHMG is a short, only 9-track long comp that applies various changes and overhauls to a very classic song selection that leans heavily into the aggressive, dark, abrasive sound that SHMG was originally thought to have. Though extracts have aged and some editing decisions, the comp remains a great example of achieving a smaller vision with strong execution per song, resulting in various very well-known edits off this comp.
- ⭐️ So Help Me God V3 by SimpleJosh - A SimpleJosh-style vanilla polish and remaster of various SHMG era leaks to be as listenable and enjoyable as possible with very few new added production and mostly rearranging and applying QoL changes. Despite only becoming semi-popular in recent times, the comp has been around for much longer albeit in an older version. By far the best way so far to experience what OG LP7 is at its core, not just for new listeners but also old listeners who are seeking something similar to the classic experiences like BSB Dante's old playlist.
- So Help Me God by Matsu - Similar to Matsu's TGFD, this is a SHMG comp that focuses on combining and slightly polishing various leaks specifically unique to SHMG, aiming to make an experience that, despite feeling rough, reflects and truly shows the real colors of SHMG should be based exactly on the leaks made during the time period.
Honorable Mentions
- So Help Me God V1 by big brother / themusicnerdguy - One of the few solo reworks TMNG put out during the era when he was still in Yedits. Citing pxblo's SHMG as an inspiration, this comp is a cutback, stripped down selection of SHMG songs aimed at making each song the best version of itself to create a concise listening experience. Although the changes to the songs range anywhere from vanilla to reworks, as opposed to pxblo's various reworking and overhauling of every single track, it's still a neat listen with some cool moments that takes a lil bit from every project, argubly at the peak of TMNG's vision-smithing for his countless projects.
- So Help Me God [RM] by fosterlynch - Despite being known mainly for his remasters of released albums, fosterlynch has tried his hand at some unreleased albums, compiling either leaks or some classic edits on them and then remastering them as well. Being someone disconnected from the influence bubble of the Yedits server, his unreleased compilations would carry vastly different interpretations of projects, with SHMG here being made a gospel, hope-filled, positive, light-filled experience with leaks, edits and released songs that contrasts heavily against the aggressive, dark stuff commonly associated with the era. Despite feeling uncohesive at times due to the vastly different reworks he picked, this is still a nice alt-listen that explores a rarely touched upon idea within the comm.
- So Help Me God by BSB Dante - Simple SHMG leaks/vanilla edits playlist made from waaay back in the day, when we barely had any info that helped distinguish the 4 LP7 eras, resulting in this playlist seeming like the most "average" or classic experience possible for OG TLOP. Despite the outdatedness, there is still a certain charm present for any oldheads to re-experience what SHMG used to be, as an era that constantly goes through perception changes.

SWISH
- ⭐ SWISH by luwi & lilac - One of the best and most impressive comps to drop in modern time, more amazingly on an era that is rarely edited overall. luwi & lilac's SWISH is a concise, only 12-track long comp that closes in its distance between being a fanmade comp to being an entirely new album, featuring SWISH songs with overhauled production that not just echoes the real sonics of the era but also introduces new elements, samples, segments, beatswitches and more, turning every song into a released-level song of its own. A true imagination of what SWISH would look like if it released, nearly reaching the same level of fleshed-out-ness as the release album TLOP itself.
- WAVES by Solidus Jack - One of the first major SWISH reworks of the modern era, being a spiritual successor to Solidus Jack's The Lost Chapter and a spiritual predecessor to SENSATIONAL. WAVES is a 19-track rendition of SWISH that leans heavily into the idea that it was an OG version of TLOP, being tracklisted and stylized similar to the release album all the while adapting some unreleased songs and adding production that reflects the actual leaks (somewhat). Despite occasional complaints about being bloated, WAVES was and is still a great evolution of the "OG TLOP" idea. Like SENSATIONAL, it also contains a scraps folder that contains some demos of much needed edits of songs from the era.
- SWISH (poofartpoo Edition) by poofartpoo - One of the first if not the first major SWISH comp in the comm. Taking place at a time when SWISH was barely known beyond just containing OG versions of TLOP songs, this is essentially a 10+ track long comp of various TLOP songs with new synthy futuristic production added and some OG elements here and there to simulate what SWISH could have been. Despite being built around an ancient vision of SWISH, this is still a high quality alt-TLOP experience.
- ⭐ SWISH by bingboop - Updated version of bingboop's personal SWISH comp, aiming for a sound more aligned with the earlier Darren King and DJDS production as well as some obscure LP7 cuts, cleaning them up with various mixing, arrangement and structuring changes. Being prolly the biggest LP7 LARPER in the comm, bingboop also has a massive standard for LP7 stuff and that reflects in how faithful the sound and edit selections are within this comp, inadvertedly making this the best experience for getting the true core and sonics of the era rather than going through any reworking or added prod, except when it's recreating something within leaks.
- SWISH by Akimbo - One of the first proper comps done on the era, polishing and restructuring other QoL changes on full leaks from the era. Most notably, this is one of Akimbo's first attempt at adding production via new drums and incorporating elements from alt versions (whereas typically his projects only consist of vanilla changes and mixing improvements exclusively.) Despite the rough reception at the LP and some drama that followed the comp's release, the comp still holds up as a decent vanilla SWISH experience, emphasizing what's unique about the era rather than reworking it massively into just an OG TLOP album.
Honorable Mentions
- SANTERIA by chrispo - An imaginary 2015 collab album between Kanye and Pusha T, consisting of songs with soul and traditional sample chops (taken from other OG LP7 songs) to accommodate Pusha rather than the synthy, trap sound the era is usually known for. Despite the creative ideas, the comp is still lacking audio-wise on some parts, though it's still the first of its kind for such a popular comp idea.
- SWISH by SimpleJosh - A very short collection of only 6 SWISH songs with some QoL changes and polishes here and there. Definitely not as fleshed out or expansive as Josh's usual projects, and moreso being overshadowed by Josh's other classic OG LP7 comp, So Help Me God, this is still a neat lil pack of songs from the era.

808s & Heartbreak: Live At The Hollywood Bowl
- 808s & Orchestration by TakaTyphoon - A classic, old 808s comp that incorporates various original as well as extracted orchestral and guitar elements into the original album, inspired by the Hollywood Bowl, creating a maximallist, grand experience. Despite the files to the performance having already been leaked, this project is still up there as one of the most impressive projects from the amount of elements mixed together, and should still be appreciated even when we have the real files.
- ⭐ 808s & Heartbreak: Live At The Hollywood Bowl by SimpleJosh - A remaster and polish of all the leaked CDQ files of the Hollywood Bowl performance, containing various QoL edits and changes that create the best versions of all the leaks combined. Next to that, Josh also includes edits of some other SWISH-era Caroline Shaw collaborations, such as Wolves and WISI, as well as including the actual interludes from the performance into the tracklist. The best way to experience the performance as of now.
Honorable Mentions
- 808s & Heartbreak At The Hollywood Bowl by Orpheus - Minimal crowd noises remaster of the Hollywood Bowl 808s performance. Uses Akimbo's Hollywood Bowl 808s version as a base for the main tracks.
- 808s & Heartbreak: Live At The Hollywood Bowl by Akimbo - Fully mixed version of the live recordings of Hollywood Bowl peformance of 808s & Heartbreak, containing various small QoL changes and improved mixing along with it.
The Life Of Pablo
- ✨ The Death Of Pablo & The Legacy Of Pablo by PACOL. - One of the most classic and oldest "Yedits" out there. The Death of Pablo is a fan album taking snippets of TLOP to distort and transform them beyond recognition into a noisy, haunting reimagining of the album, inspired by a 4chan user's nightmare. With only 4 tracks, each track being around 10 minutes long, the comp truly lives up to its title, an abstract, vague and chaotic mess that emphasizes the "death" of an otherwise such a lively, gospel hip-hop album. Gained notoriety from being reviewed by various music publications. The Legacy of Pablo is the sequel to TDOP, being a 2-track shorter project focusing on the same haunting plunderphonics-influenced sound while being slightly friendlier to the ear, envisioning what's left of the decaying corpse of an album heard in the prequel.
- ⭐️ My God Is Awesome by windybro - An ACTUAL TLOP rework, the spiritual successor to windy's YII and the blueprint/predecessor to his So Help Me God project. MGIA is a collection of both TLOP released songs and leaks envisioning what the album would have looked like if it takes more after its previous real life vision, SWISH. This comp contains reworks, added production, features, samples and more, on various LP7 songs, ensuring all of them sound decently finished enough to be on a released album. Despite some edits receiving updates on SHMG like the The Mall edit, this is still the only major TLOP rework by far and a great way to see the steady progression between windy's first OG LP7 attempts to his best one yet.
- Ultralight Beam by JonJeffJonJon - First real attempt at transforming the TLOP era, with an all-new tracklist combining both released songs with OG LP7 songs and adds production, features, beatswitches, and other new elements on almost all the tracks to create a unique, guitar-influenced hip-hop experience, akin to what would happen to OG LP7 if it was adapted into the positive, chaotic, gospel hybrid that is the release album. As with most JJJJ projects, this comp had a small impact and influence on the comm at the time, with many of the edits fro here being propagated throughout the community as time continues
- ⭐️ The Life Of Pablo (Radikal Redux) by Jak Radikal - TLOP comp that selects changes made by BlockaShotya's Extended Edition and Dorian Ye's The Life of Paul and combines them with the creator's own personal edits to create the most optimal TLOP experience as possible, removing the overly long runtimes of Extended and keeping the cool parts from both EE and TLOPaul.
- The Life Of Paul by Dorian Ye - Early TLOP rework from 2016 that provides alternative versions of each released TLOP songs, albeit with only slight changes like restructure of segments or new intros/outros. One of the most popular classic comps.
- The Life Of Pablo (Extended Edition) by BlockaShotya - One of the earliest fanmade comps/'Yedits" to surface on the internet, TLOP: Extedned Edition is an extended comp that expands on released songs with sample intros/outros, added features and other new instrumental segments. Compared to other extension projects such as by the like of BSB Dante, this comp is notable for adding and incorporating a much more diverse selection of content that aims to not just lengthen the runtime but also adds interesting tid bits and cool new sections to songs, making the comp feel more akin to a rework at times.
Honorable Mentions
- The Life Of Pablo [RM] by fosterlynch - Simple remaster of the released album.
- 30 Hours by bingboop - TLOP but it's like, 30 hours. Wait, hold on, it's like... not 30 hours actually, but it's, 12 hours long, which is like, 2/5 of the actual 30 hours but, you know, it's still, long. Every song is like, not 30 hours (Except for 30 Hours, which is also not 30 hours but it is 30 Hours) long and is also not 12 hours long but they're like, a buncha minutes long, over 10 minutes, maybe 20, and then the sum of them, their lengths I mean, not 30 hours but 12 hours. Yeah.

Cruel Winter [V2]
- ⭐️ Cruel Winter by ahmed2.0_ & Co. - Double-disc comp with each disc reworking a few songs from CWv1 and CWv2 respectively (This entry regards the CWv2 disc exclusively). The disc fully fleshes out the few songs we know from the era through new prod as well as new features, not exactly making a project that rivals Cruel Summer in scope but still a small pack of edits based on the rarely explored era.
- Cruel Winter (2017) by SimpleJosh - A collection of polished and tweaked CWv2 tracks and some OG Daytona / Blobama songs that are fit for CWv2. Next to ahmed's reworks, this is by far the best we have in terms of edits of this era, notably because Josh also went to extra mile to edit some 2015-2017 Pusha T material that highly likely also would have gotten on this album. Also features some updated edits from his other projects like Indigo Sound, due to the era overlap.
Honorable Mentions
- Cruel Winter by Batby - Very early CW comp, compiling not just confirmed CW songs but also other songs by artists that collaborated with Kanye at the time. A few songs also have edits done to them, adding extended segments or new features, but not all. Very primitive attempt at the album but a classic take at that still.
- Cruel Winter by BSB Dante - Very old Dante's take on CWv2. Did what he usually did at the time with his unreleased comps/playlists and mostly just compiled leaks and songs by other Kanye collaborators. At the time CW didn't even get the proper distinction between V1 and V2 so this contains some CWv1 tracks as well. Still probably the most fleshed out CW comp purely out of track selection, not counting (kirk reference skull) Josh's comp.

TurboGrafx16 (WIP)
- PC Engine: TurboGrafx-16 V2 by IsabToddler / Minerva - *The update and second iteration of Minerva's Turbo comp series, now with much more extensive and polished production, adapting some of the older ideas in V1 and fleshing them out properly. *
- PC Engine: TurboGrafx-16 V1 by IsabToddler / Minerva - Minerva's original iteration of ULTRA! and her first attempt at editing TG16, from all the way back when she was new to Yediting as well. This is a collage of both TG16 and SWISH songs given new trap-like production and extra synths to give them a very basic futuristic vibe commonly associated with the era. Despite her later comps being much more successful, this comp was still a very barebones take on the era, only featuring slight added prod for the most part and not the reworks like on ULTRA! yet, though it's still interesting to see how the most well-documented comp progression in the comm. develop throughout the iterations.
- ✨ 3A-TG16 by trip3a - One of the older TG16 projects, 3A-TG16 is a somewhat short Turbo comp leaning completely into the futuristic idea of the era and giving every single song (That we thought belonged to the era back then) entirely new custom beats. Despite the beats themselves sounding quite impressive and cool, they unfortunately have nearly no synergy with the vocals put on them and at times are off-key compared to the original songs. Despite this, the instrumentals are released alongside the full comp and should still be appreciated as they are.
- ✨ Graveyard by YeezyJointz - A comp seemingly popping up on SoundCloud out of nowhere, the name being based on the equally random rumour and fake infodump about a project Kanye apparently worked on between TG16 and LE era called "Graveyard". This is an extremely short pack of only 4 songs, some inspired by Turbo, some inspired by LE, with overhauled original beats only loosely inspired by the source material. While some of the edits are cool, they are still pretty rough in mixing and the audio side, though the prospect of someone giving this fake era an actual comp/project back in the day is entertaining.
- ⭐️ TurboGrafx16: MITUS by Jozzuh, Soup & metalfaceterrorist - Short, yet absolutely insane overhaul of the TG16 era inspited a lot of material made by or adjacent to Keyon Christ, adding new production inspired by him as direct instrumentals from songs by the producer.
- ⭐️ ULTRA! by Minerva - Modern TG16 compilation expanding on the ideas presented by both SimpleJosh's TG16: Indigo Sound and Minerva's own PC Engine comps. Contains new reproductions, drums, synth usage and vocal features. Currently the most consistent TG16 rework.
- TurboGrafx16: Indigo Sound by SimpleJosh - The first fully fleshed out TG16 rework, compiling together rumored tracks with amazing-flowing tracklist and fulfilling album experience that preserves the core sound of the original tracks. A timeless classic of the community.
- TurboGrafx16: Zulu by lilac - TG16 comp heavily inspired by Keyon Christ's production and Indigo Sound, seamlessly incorporating synths, drums, bass, and other elements to create a distinct mix of analog and organic sounds unique to this comp.
- TurboGrafx-16 by the Pastelle Collective - Maximalist and modern take of the TG16 era built on top of poofartpoo's TG16 comp, updating certain aspects from it or doing completely new edits inspired by the approach.
- TurboGrafx16 (poofartpoo Edition) by poofartpoo - Overhaul of TG16 songs and other LP7 tracks with a heavy emphasis on futuristic synths and electronic-trap noises, with various video game samples sprinkled throughout to make for a fun experience.
- Turbo Grafx 16 by windybro - Synth-heavy rework of various TG16 and other closely tied LP7 tracks.
