Chill n' Creamy deli meats pasta

INGREDIENTS:

• Pasta (any kind! Spaghetti, rotini, penne, etc! I used Garden Rotini here)
• Water (for cooking pasta)
• Veggie oil (unsticks pasta when boiling)
• Salt (For taste, I used Himalayan salt here)
• Pepper (for taste)
• Deli-sliced ham (any kind!)
• Sausage/Bologna (I used Bologna)
• Sour cream
• Mayonnaise (I used McCormick Mexican Mayonnaise because of the good tangy flavor and it doesn't taste too much like egg)

PREPARE THY COOKING

  1. In a nice lil' 4-8" pot, boil about a cup and a half of water, drizzle some veggie oil and let it heat up before a rolling boil. You can add a nice sprinkle of salt for taste.
  2. Add your pasta! Like I stated, the great thing about this dish is that it goes well with any pasta shape. The worry-free latter-less dish for a nice and hot summer! Let the pasta boil until it's Al Dente or to you likings.
  3. Strain the pasta and wash it gently with cold water. It stops the internal cooking process!
  4. Place it in a large glass casserole or a large glass bowl, spread it out neatly.
  5. Slice the ham into squares if able to, if not, roughly slice it into good mini-bite-sized slices, add it to the pasta. Same thing with the Bologna, stack as many slices of Bologna you'd like and dice it!
  6. Mix the three ingredients together well!
  7. For the creamy sauce, there is a good ratio to this. The note is you can switch the ratios to your liking! For me, the ratio is Mayo : Sour cream. For this, I used a 3:2 tablespoon ratio. If you want less mayo and more sour cream, you can switch the ratio to a 2:3 Tbs. Basically, add a good ratio to your likings! Stir the ingredients together.
  8. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  9. Mix all together well and thoroughly! Chill it in the fridge or freezer for an hour. Do not let it freeze!
  10. Once it's been chilled, you can accompany it with jalapeno poppers! The tangy and creaminess goes well together!
  11. Serve and enjoy :)

*NOTE: Any of these ingredients can be altered to your likings. You can add, remove or even substitute and replace any! The main key ingredient here is the sauce, it's what makes it special lol. But you can use nearly any kind of deli meat for this! Avoid adding cheese though.
