Feeling small? (Agere)
About age regression, by an age regressor and a caregiver! (Also called a 'Flip')
Call me Phil/Allium!
Alright, so lets get the basics down. You're age regressed, whatever age you may be now.
Age regression is a coping mechanism (involuntary,) or something to do when someone wants (voluntary.) It is, as the name states, when someone mentally reverts into a younger age.
Some common terms:
Little (not to be confused with a system's little): Someone who regresses anywhere below a pre-teen.
Middle (not to be confused with a system's middle): Someone who regresses into a pre-teen.
Teen (not to be confused with a system's teen): Someone who regresses into a teen.
Big (not to be confused with a system's big): Someone who is an adult, or regresses into an adult (I'm pretty sure a 'big' is just an adult, though, and not a regression term. Putting it here just in case, though!)
Caregiver/cg: The person who cares for the age regressed person. Usually referred to as "daddy" or "mommy", however many age regressors use alternatives and that is valid! Age regressors do not have to have a caregiver, and that is just as valid as having one.
Flip: Someone who switches in between a middle teen, or little, and a caregiver or babysitter.
Babysitter: The person who cares for a regressed person, but for a shorter amount of time than a caregiver.
Little Space: When someone enters the mindset of the age that they are regressing to.
What isn't age regression?
- NSFW stuff.
Children cannot consent, anyone under 18 cannot consent. They need to grow, and if they are in a middle/little mindset, then that's still a child.
- Always positive.
Many age regressors use age regression to cope with stress or trauma. That means that many are upset while regressed. Stay strong, little ones.
