The Bot is an independent service that uses the Discord API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord. Your use of the Bot must comply with:

- Applicable Developer Terms and Policies.
If Discord restricts your account or if a server removes the Bot, we are not responsible for any resulting loss.
3) Eligibility
You must meet both requirements:
- Satisfy the age requirements of your country and Discord (generally 13+, higher in some regions).
- If using the Bot on a server, you must have the necessary permissions granted by that server’s administrators.
Parents/guardians are responsible for a minor’s use.
4) Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Bot only as permitted by these Terms and applicable laws.
- Respect server rules and the rights of others.
- Keep any API keys, tokens, or credentials related to premium or admin features secure.
5) Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Bot to:
- Violate laws, intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Harass, threaten, or defame others; or disseminate hate speech or sexual/violent content.
- Attempt to exploit, disable, or interfere with the Bot, Discord API, or other users (e.g., DDoS, spam, self‑botting, data scraping beyond what the Bot provides, reverse engineering where not allowed).
- Circumvent usage limits, paywalls, rate limits, or access controls.
- Upload or distribute malware, phishing, or malicious links.
We may investigate and take action, including logs review (see §7), warnings, timeouts, or termination (§12).
6) Server owners & admins
If you add the Bot to a server, you represent that you have authority to do so. You are responsible for configuring permissions, commands, logging channels, and moderation settings. You must inform server members about your use of the Bot and direct them to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.
7) Data we process (Privacy)
(a) Categories of data
- Discord identifiers: user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, message IDs.
- Operational metadata: command usage, timestamps, feature toggles, errors/diagnostics.

- Payment data: handled by [Stripe/Patreon/Discord Subscriptions/etc.]; we receive non‑sensitive metadata (e.g., tier, status).
(b) Purposes
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Bot.
- Enforce rules, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
(c) Retention
- Operational logs: [e.g., 30–90 days] unless needed for security/abuse investigations.
- Configuration data: kept until you delete the server configuration or remove the Bot.
- Backups: kept for [e.g., 30 days] before automatic deletion.
(d) Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers (hosting, error tracking, analytics, payment processors) under appropriate agreements, or with authorities where legally required.
(e) Your rights
Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA/CPP), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data. Contact us at [[email protected]]. We may need to verify your Discord ID and server.
