Netflix Launches Free Plan in Vietnam

Netflix provides a free plan for android devices (only) in Vietnam with the videos being downloadable.

Before you begin

If you have already installed the Netflix app then please reset it by clearing it's data. This will log you out of your existing account.

Connect to your VPN and launch Netflix.
You'll be greeted by this screen where you can see "Start a Free Plan" as in the image below. If you don't then clear the app data and try again.
Now enter any e-mail (temporary emails work) and tap on start a free plan.
Set a password and check the "I agree I'm over 18" and complete making your account.

Need to use VPN everytime you want to stream or download.
This might also work with a Kenyan VPN but has been untried.
This does not work on other devices and if you discover a method to make it work feel free to post here.
If this does not work Netflix may have blocked your VPN provider. Try using another one.
