i have autism (shocking i know), osdd/did, and an intellectual disability. mental regression is prevalent in me, and my mental capacity does NOT reflect my age. i can be childish, sensitive, or need extra help understanding things. please be kind and patient with me. i also struggle with anxiety-induced paranoia and may tend to isolate or overreact to situations (i am working on this)!

at this point though calling it a hyperfixation or special interest feels a little silly. that man has completely taken over my brain. my entire world revolves around him in ways that are probably concerning to the average person but make perfect sense to me. i love him dearly, he’s brought me more comfort and happiness than i could ever put into words, and i genuinely don’t see that changing anytime soon. unfortunately for everyone involved, i fear this is a lifelong condition.

i am one of the original gosling fans, not like those who saw him being pathetic in project hail mary and are now acting embarrassed that they find him attractive. i survived the trenches. i was there when people were calling him “that guy from the notebook” and moving on with their lives. breaker high was literally my childhood show.
