Hermetic Satanism alt tag

Hermeticsm :
Hermes Trisegistus, the embodiment of the Greek God Hermes and the Egyptian God Thoth was created in the melting pot that was Hellenistic Egypt and was developed alongside early Christianity and Gnosticism. This is the central figure of Hermeticism, which we will use as a symbol. Texts now known as Corpus Hermeticum focus on the oneness and goodness of God, the purification of the soul, and the relationship between mind and spirit. Their predominant literary form is the dialogue, where Hermes Trismegistus instructs a perplexed disciple on various teachings of hidden wisdom. Early Christians thought the hermetic idea of a transcendent ineffable God who created the universe through emanation was compatible with their classical philosophy. Hermeticism at its core is a form of mysticism seeking to unite ourselves with the divine source of all creation by elevating our souls in divine awareness. In Hermeticism God is often called the “All” , the creator, the one, the mind. God creates all, it creates the universe. Prima Materia a key concept in alchemic tradition is the process of transformation of chaos and blackening (which embodies the philosophy “As above, So below” as it involves both material and spiritual transformation) to find the great work of the alchemist, seeking to purify and elevate the material to its perfected state.

Quod est superius est sicut quod inferius, et quod inferius est sicut quod est superius.
That which is above is like to that which is below, and that which is below is like to that which is above.
-The Emerald Tablets

Hermetic enlightenment has to go through the seven heavens. The seven heavens correspond to the seven classical planets as well as the chakras and the seven Laws of Metaphysics to represent stages of spiritual purification. As the soul, or mind travels through each heaven it sheds physical attachments and progressively aligns itself with the divine order. This is all to unify ourselves with the highest form of consciousness, the divine God, with the One through divine knowledge and alchemic transformation.

  1. The Principle of Mentalism: The All is mind, the universe is mental.
  2. The Principle of Correspondence: As above, so below; as below, so above.
  3. The Principle of Vibration: Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates.
  4. The Principle of Polarity: Everything is dual; everything has poles.
  5. The Principle of Rhythm: Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides
  6. The Principle of Cause and Effect: Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause.
  7. The Principle of Gender: Gender is in everything; everything has its Masculine and Feminine Principles.
The universe is a divine being and the only way to perceive this divinity is through consciousness and what are our souls if not consciousness, without we perceive nothing. At the purest form consciousness it reaches a collective, the All, the One. Consciousness and the universe are both constantly expanding. We can look at Hubble's law, officially the Hubble–Lemaître law, is the observation in physical cosmology that galaxies are moving away from Earth at speeds proportional to their distance. In other words, the farther a galaxy is from the Earth, the faster it moves away. A galaxy's recessional velocity is typically determined by measuring its redshift, a shift in the frequency of light emitted by the galaxy.

SH 11.2.19: “God is good and humanity evil.”
-Corpus Hermeticum

Hermeticism views anything that is not God evil, everything that is God good. And everything that is God constant, lacking flux and following order. As we remember from “As above, So below” Everything that goes up, must come down and through that balance we can find divinity. Anything that leads us to a higher state of mind, or so closer to God is Good and anything that deviates from that bad. If astrology, magic and alchemy work, it can only be because the Cosmos is indeed one great unified Being bound together by myriad chains of spiritual sympathy and interconnection Soft determinism, or compatibilism, is the philosophical position that while causal determinism is true (all events are caused), humans still possess a form of free will and moral responsibility when acting according to their desires without external constraints. It reconciles the belief in determined actions with the existence of moral responsibility The Hermetic Practices include Astrology, Alchemy, and Theurgy. Astrology is the influence of celestial bodies’ influence on human matters and the order of the universe. Alchemy is a spiritual discipline where the transformation of materials is a metaphor for purification of the soul and goal of obtaining the philosopher's stone. The process is divided into three groups,The Blackening, The Whittening, and The Redening each representing different phases. Theurgy is invoking divine powers or God to purify and ascend through the heavens, it is seen to do this through symbolic deity worship as to yourself or Hermes Trisegistus; Satanism does this as well through Baphomet, Satan or self worship. Satanism :
LeVeyan Satanism was created by Anton LaVey the american occultist who founded the church of Satan. LeVeyan Satanists view Satan as a symbol and often Baphomet as well, LaVey embraced the iconography of Satan and the label of "Satanist" because it shocked people into thinking.Satanism is a symbol for individuality while Baphomet is a symbol for balance but understand it as a deity that never existed. LaVey rejected all Gods and afterlife, the anti-religion religion is atheistic and views Satan strictly symbolically. There is a HUGE importance on individualism and the rejection of sheep mentality like in mainstream Christianity, as LeVay pushed the belief of thinking for oneself. For example the act of sex shouldn’t be one of guilt and should be celebrated but a respect for others consent and sexuality. LaVey believed that Christianity would soon wither away and society would enter an Age of Satan, in which a generation living in accordance with LaVeyan principles would come to power.

Hermetic Satanism
Hermetic Satanism is the blend between Hermeticsm and Satanism. The belief that consciousness is the highest form of divinity and it our job as humans to find the highest form of ourselves and become God. We reject the theistic Gods and ideas of an afterlife that inst in knowledge. We use Alchemy and Astrology as well as symbolic deity worship and ritualship to gain this information and find our place in the said order. To cleanse ourself from trauma and find pleasure in ourselves and our own universe.
