History

Hoshi isn't from a super rich family nor had an incredibly sad backstory. He's just Hoshi, some bright energetic guy that 50/50 annoys people or entertaine them. In middle school he discovered Knights and decided they were his favorites. Especially the center and former leader, Leo Tsukinaga. He favorited Leo a lot since their personalities were similar and what originally sparked his own creativity to also try his hand as musical composing spending countless of nights composing because it was his new joy. In middle school he just so happened to meet Rin Ikeda, who turned out to be someone who worked with Arashi Narukami and Izumi Sena before, also reminding Hoshi of Izumi a lot. Hoshi always seemed to bug him to ramble about Knights to and his new compositions. He went as far as to mimic their voices and mimic Leo's behavior of writing on the walls that he found out about one day when he read an article about it. Rin then started to take care off him seemingly unable to shake him off so instead of getting in trouble because of Hoshi he will save his ass from trouble instead, often cleaning up after him to make sure they never get found or into trouble. Upon entering Yumenosaki Academy together Rin never originaly had the idea of joing Knights as their juniors due dreading the thought of working with Izumi and Arashi again but pushed through anyways because he believed he couldn't leave Hoshi alone. During the times Hoshi was under Knights he would be often casted out or bullied for his behaviors, being an 'annoyance' in the group and labeling him as someone who is only worth for their songs and nothing more. He only had 3 people, Rin, Katsuo Kimura and Kyle Hasegawa. After enduring it for a year he left Knights to the dismay of Kyle but he was quickly followed by Rin and Katsuo. From the start of their 2nd Year they created the unit Chivalry as Hoshi's own version of Knights he can control and picking up two juniors, Haruki Sazaki and Akio Shimizu. They had a hard time 'taming' Haruki but eventually got his trust and they started to do their unit activities properly. It wasn't all smooth though since Chivalry faced backlash from Knights fans claiming they were 'copying' Knights, and in order to face it all Hoshi 'created' the persona called 'King' who would be the one to show in the public. Said to be fierce and cold with a massive stage presence and sharp movements. Rin would address this issue and Hoshi would start to crack, unable to hold the act anymore he finally fled, disappearing for half the second year. He decided to try and get Chivalry to disband for their own good since he feared for what the damage of this hate could do to them, but he greatly underestimated their strength. But during Hoshi's disappearence Rin couldn't help but worry and had hoped he was with Knights, who Hoshi grew close with during their time under the unit. Rin couldn't check on himself since he knew Hoshi would avoid him and he's leading the unit so he doesn't have too much time. Hoshi, who was in the mindset that he left and disbanded the unit met Tanami Hasumi who sparked something within him when he was sulking and Tanami was just scolding him, reigniting that spark he lost and thus in the next year, where Hoshi had to repeat he created 'Shxwtime' returning to his normal self, deciding he wouldn't hide since theres always people that will deal with it. Then later picked up Hayaki Maeda.
