Stuck to literal approach so there's no chance of any missing text, hallucinations etc, far more likely to run into some awkwardness from sticking to japanese too closely.
To clarify, I do understand the language so this wasn't just blind MTL reliance.

Edited as I read to ensure meaning, correct text in objections, bracers and all kinds of stuff. It's missing a lengthy editing pass to localize it more and smooth it out. Ain't doing that though so just be aware I'd recommend at least vague understanding of japanese voices.
QC'd only up to and around trial 1 somewhat, since if any part had issues it'd be that one as more time went into editing later.

Some trial sections might lack newline breaks to match the text format. I was also unable to preserve newlines in non-trial text - it's not like they do anything interesting with it so it's not a big loss, but it looks a bit awkward sometimes when there's no linebreak after a long dash. All the text coloring s there though.

All the long dashes, ... spam etc is as it was in the original text. Blame the writers I removed long dashes added by MTL since people get autistic about them.
There's several writers so the sudden changes in writing style after some trials isn't on me either.

Instructions

First of all, download LunaTranslator make sure you set an exception for it in your antivirus, it's very likely it will trigger one due to how it works and how often it's updated, the code's on github so it's 100% safe.

Launch Manosaba.

Launch Luna.

Click the cog (third button).
Then from the "Core settings" tab, "Select Game", "Click me, then click the game window" to select Manosaba and apply it with "ok".
It should open a text selection window that lists HOOKs and "Embedded". (if it doesn't open you can find it in "Core Settings" tab.)
Switch to Manosaba window, go into options, load game and then new game to show the first text line and ensure all the Embed options show up, should look like this.
Alt Tag
Turn all of the "embedded" on - more might appear if you go into evidence menus etc that unlock later and they will have to be turned on too (just once).
In case the map text isn't translated, turn off the game, turn off luna, relaunch luna and launch the game through the "Game Management" option. (One location 'the wall' will be untranslated and the three room names are layered, can't fix it)

Now scroll down through that list until you find the two 1 0 1 0 and 6 6 hooks, turn "Show" on for both of them - they're needed for the trial text to show on the floating luna text window (it's useless for this game otherwise and might output gibberish outside of trial sections so shove it somewhere it won't bother you or use the hide hotkey till trial section)
Alt Tag

Then, from that window go into "Game Settings", to the "Text Processing" tab, turn off "Follow Default" and use "Add Row" to add the "Filter Numbers" option - turn it on.
Alt Tag

Now go into "Translation Optimization", again turn "Follow Default" off and turn on both "Pre-Translation Substitution" and "Translation Result Correction"
Alt Tag
Go into Pre-Translation Substitution and make sure the contents are the same as this image, if any of the names are missing use vndb character list and the ones provided below the image.
Make sure the "Translation" is exactly the same as the image - the name spellings are probably changed from default for a few of the girls, if they don't match the translation won't work.
Make sure to click apply.

Once that's done go into "Translation Result Correction" and add a new row replacing … with ... make sure to use copy paste, these are different symbols.
Alt Tag

Make sure you turned the stuff on correctly and then close it, go into "Translation Settings" tab on the main window, click on "Others" to reveal it, turn on "JSON Translation Records" and click the cog next to it.
Alt Tag
Select the .json translation file and set Fuzzy Matching Similarity to 35% - I've tested a bit and it seemed to grab all the text for me, but if for some reason text is missing try setting it to 30%. Refer to info below regarding a few missing lines that this won't fix.
Alt Tag

I think that's all. Turn the game and luna off then launch it through luna, everything should work. Remember about the movable Luna text window for trials.

Make sure to save this link somewhere to return for the few missing text cases at the end of the rentry.

About untranslated text

Backlog could not be embedded so it's accessed via Luna's 6th button - history text. Right click has some options to hide untranslated text etc.

A few choices are untranslated due to hook issues, I added the translation to the dialogue line.

Map "The wall" is the untranslated one, as for the three buildings/rooms the order is Salamander (fire spirit)/Undine(water spirit)/Gnome(earth spirit), couldn't fix their display. The fire spirit/salamander is due to ruby text/actual in-game spelling.

During the trial parts there's a few short lines that did not get hooked and couldn't be displayed - usually just some short agreement or disagreement - 2 in the first trial and like 5 in the second, notably one 'because we're witches'(majo dake ni) silly joke by Coco.
One by An-An has an objection, but it should be obvious enough from the objection choice text. I'd like to find it but there's no way without anyone pointing it out to me, screenshot it into GPT if you really want it translated.
Later in the game I added the missing lines to the next line with a "-previous line" text, but im not going back to find them and do that for the early trials.
There's also a few voice-only cut-in lines but they're even simpler disagreements/interruptions.

Objections are also color coded for disagreements/agreements etc, the small text (object/agree/etc) couldn't be embedded.

I think I got all the bad choices but might be missing some for choosing the wrong person in trial 1 and 2, so if you encounter a few missing lines there use OCR or something.

Translation notes

Gokuchou and Kanshu Translated as Head Warden and Jailer respectively outside of their text box names. Might feel inconsistent but aimed for best of both worlds.

Hanna (desu wa etc, classic ojou) and Coco (zoomer-esque cancer) speech didn't get carried over as much as it should have been due to unity making name recognition nigh impossible. You'll be fine if you know any basic japanese.

An-An's "wagahai" way of refering to herself changed to "This one". I did not however keep it for all of her dialogue, when she doesn't use "wagahai" I left it normally as "I". She doesn't always speak so there is no other way to convey when she uses the cool "wagahai" properly.

Noa's third person speech same as above, kept it only when she refers to herself in her lines. Consistency with the An-An choice and because MTL couldn't keep track of speaker names due to the unity engine outputs so I'd have to manually fix all the lines - ain't worth it.

Ojou-sama translated to 'princess' to fit sarcasm/insult by Coco. Think there's less than 10 occurences so no big deal. Just keep in mind it technically should be 'young lady' and I might've left a case of it being that way somewhere.

Coco's "Atishi" cutesy way of referring to herself, did nothing to highlight it, left as "I".

Miria's "this old man" In theory should be just 'old man' or 'uncle' if I wanted to localize, but eh, I think I had a reason, forgot what it was.

Hiro
's【righteousness】 - 正しい(tadashi/tadashikunai etc) and 間違い(machigai)
- It's closer to "right", but I changed it into correct/correctness/incorrent to avoid wording issues, such as needing "wrong" to convey "machigai".

"Husk" - narehate same word as made in abyss's "hollows", yes. "Husk" is also used once during trial 2 end, but it's not for "narehate".

Crime/Sin (罪 tsumi) A bit unclear especially towards the end, on one hand it's a court and on the other sin fits better. Stuck with sin near the end, but since I didn't change the earlier occurences, just keep the double meaning in mind.

Witch factor Can also mean "gene" but the game used a different word for genes so kept as factor.

Small rhyme around trial 3 start The original rhymed so well I wanted to preserve it - I heard it was unintentional, but I wouldn't necessarily say so since it'd be a big coincidence, OG line 7名の少女たちは証言台に立ち、痛みを堪えるかのように、酷く辛そうに、互いを見合う。

Yes that magic name is likely a reference considering the rabbits later, I didn't make it up.

And yes it really is 'mazu', not 'majo', despite what the VA says in trial 3 end.

Letter

To the prisoner who finds this letter.

I hope that someone other than the administrator of the prison manor is the one who finds and reads this message.

We were suddenly told we’re witch candidates, thrown into a cell... and every day we’re subjected to terrible suffering.

The others who arrived at the same time as me, one after another, either die or become witches...

I never thought something like a murder would ever happen, but everyone is full of hatred, killing each other.

Even so, I keep dreaming of escaping from here, and somehow manage to survive each day.

I have no idea why something like this had to happen to me.

Wanting to know more about this prison manor, I tried talking to the Chief Warden, searched through books in the library, investigated every corner of the island—I did my best to look into everything.

The root of it all is the Great Witch’s curse.

Even after all that effort, that’s all I managed to find out.

Just that the witch candidates created by the Great Witch’s curse are being held as prisoners, like us.

We’re all caught up in that huge vortex.

To escape the curse, the only way is to die before becoming a witch.

That’s the only way out I’ve found.

【Are girls disappearing nationwide?—Baseless rumors?】
Since the end of last year, some weekly magazines and internet sources have reported that “girls are disappearing one after another all over the country,” and photos of the girls have been circulating.
However, according to government officials, “almost all of the confirmed cases are just runaways or temporary disappearances, and there is no criminal element involved.”
Our paper also interviewed relevant parties, but as of now, we could not confirm any facts that the police are investigating these as specific cases.
On the other hand, it is believed that the spread of such rumors is due to the current situation where the proliferation of SNS makes it easy for baseless information to spread.
