Patron God is [YMRD], because that’s the deity of both the Empire and the Daemonhunt. What we need to win is knowledge, and a bit of luck.
Led is born in Kinsmour, right at the foot of the archive. Her parents are a legate who unknowingly married a Demon Lord wannabe, thinking he was just a fraud.
Led’s Letter of the Damned is Zhivete. It works in combination with Daemonhost – she can mark people near her, and if they die while bearing the mark, she can reincarnate them as her template Majin. The mark only lasts for an hour or so, and she cannot mark herself with it.
Vedi is chosen as Led’s death, because she does not fear being chosen and being given a letter. There’s a variety of ways to dodge any of them, she’ll certainly pick up on some in a century of life.
Yen will die of sickness. This is beneficial, because then Led will know when she needs to mark her to give her another chance.
Fot will be possessed, but this is a non-issue: because of his Az whichever demonic Undead dares touch him is in for a rude awakening, as they won’t be able to do literally anything and Fot remains in control. But just in case, Led will ask Tamura to let out one of her ghosts to do it in a controlled environment to satisfy the rules.
Led’s gifts are lackluster, but she does not intend to rely on them too much. Daemonhost is the real treasure here. But beside it, Led aims for a mixed martial/caster approach. A paladin who will smite with Jet Kick and bless her templates.
When Led is about to be born, Fot bravely declares that he will get the best priest for the occasion. His bluster would likely lead him to his death had he not met Zlata on his way out, who was asked by Yen to accompany him. Led will meet Zlata again later, and her protective mentorship will strengthen the paladin build. Due to this sort of meeting and close relationship, Zlata will certainly open up to Led. And when the Daemonhunt sanctioned Demon Lord nature of Led becomes common knowledge and Zlata grows old, Led will convince Zlata to lower her shields and let herself die by Led’s hand to get another life. Normally this would be doubtful considering Zlata’s character, but Yee and Sha will ensure this outcome will play to my advantage.
While Led is still training and frequents the local Dungeoneering guildhall, her meeting with Tamura will ensue. Kicking out the nobility will first serve to let the guild rule the region, but in actuality governance will be in the Daemonhunt’s hands, increasing its level of independence within the Empire with this maneuver. Tamura will be a pain in the ass, but she non-discriminate, so she’s not racist against Led because she’s a Majin! Eventually, Tamura will come around and soften up.
Maou will warp into Led’s life and teach her about being a Demon Lord, and how to treasure the spawned Majin. She will then disappear, only to return again when the Daemonhunt needs help to prevent the revival of Tun. This Encounter’s backstory ensures that she gets cordial relations with the Daemonhunt, and its resolution will allow Led to get accepted by the order. With two Demon Lords on our side, how could the event not get resolved successfully?
Izbor will eventually become a part of my common crew. He will also aid Led in political advancement within the Daemonhunt. And again, once he gets old enough, he will simply arrange for Led to mark him and respawn him as a Majin.
Leimeie will always be a constant part of Led’s life, and will bestow upon her the knowledge necessary to eventually become the leader of the Secretariat. She will teach Led how to teach her spawned Majin and indoctrinate them into the Daemonhunt and society at large correctly.
Led and Maou will stay as leaders of the order – who else than the Last two Demon Lords? Maou already gave 0^0 hell, and Everlasting Maou with the backing of the Daemonhunt will keep the fake god awake at night.
Daemonhunt Majin legates will spread across the continent like fake princesses of Dei do, and they will scour the lands for useful secrets and tools to be utilized against the Ecumene. Defeating this foe will not be solved even in a century, but with the amount of what the order had already accumulated and will obtain further, we will build the right powerbase. [YMRD] is the Elder God of secrets, she will be on our side – because gods smile on those who help themselves and are not afraid to take risks while stacking the deck in their favour.
The Daemonhunt will eventually become an independent country, like it once was, as the Empire is growing weak and distracted, which is the right opportunity for this move. There is no need to be the ruler of an empire or a kingdom – because it will detract from what truly matters with intrigue and politics. A small and compact, yet very influential and wide reaching order is the way to go. The political situation of the continent can be largely ignored, because most countries are actually cooperating. The civil war in the Exarchate can be intervened with, and Kingsmour is close enough to the Dragon King’s Most Divine Realm to kick their teeth in if they try anything.
