Professor Anne Tenna Core Prompt Relationship Chart

Apollo the Torchic

Compatibility: Moderate
Interest: High
Assessment:
The Torchic, as with most of the immature, is an unremarkable kind on its own merit. A great power lies locked within their bodies, brought forth by their maturation into Combusken and Blaziken. Unlike we Bugs, however, such potential takes an inordinate amount of time to manifest - it must be so strange to remain a child for so long, I do not miss it.

Far more interesting than base nature is Apollo's connection a strange, powerful creature that seemingly follows him everywhere. I have yet to determine if this bond is a strange social ritual of the Deoxys, or a more supernatural limitation. The Torchic further seems to have a skillset that suggests far more experience than would otherwise be possible for one so young.

Nature as rabble aside, this one is a walking host of anomalies worth investigation - at a far and safe distance, if preferrable.

Bell the Beldum

Compatibility: Moderate
Interest: Moderate
Assessment:
Beldum have always proven to be highly compatible with my own people. They understand group dynamics, collective work and possess a non-insignificant Psychic talent. It is unfortunate that this one has not yet synchronized with others of its kind - the tales of Metang and Metagross's abilities are most intriguing, yet the strange courtship protocols of Bell's species has rendered viable partners in the local area to practically zero.

Bell in particular is significantly more emotional than I'd expect for a Beldum, perhaps a factor of birth or a deviation caused by being distant from their swarms for so long. Worse still, they have taken on the mantle of warrior - a highly inefficient use of their potential. At least they have finally spurred into action as of late, their talent and competence with that strange brace were wasted until now.

I am glad they are with us in The Park, but at present offer little to my work. Perhaps I can find a willing partner for them to to bolster that fascinating brain...

Cheeseburger the Jolteon

Compatibility: Low
Interest: High
Assessment:
The Eevee species possesses a fascinating ability to adapt to many forms of energy, creating a unknown number of branches into different evolutions. Some of them are wise, others cunning, others serene and beautiful. It is a statistically poor joke that I am forced to partner with a Jolteon - too quick on their own feet to focus and exhausting to deal with.

Cheeseburger was a surprise on two fronts. Despite their impressive physical and electrical capacity, they appear lazy - or relaxed, as some would call it. This would have been enough for me to dismiss them offhand were it not for their unique skillset - Cheeseburger has one of the most intuitive understandings of Precursor technology that I have witnessed in The Park, further backed by a keen interest to tinker and learn their functions. We might not be compatible as people, but as co-workers, he has proven invaluable - if a little unreliable.

Were it not for him, my Speaking Machine would be long dead. I don't understand how he does it, but so long as he keeps my precious from uttering its last, I am in his debt.

Corrin Thunder-Fist the Hakamo-o

Compatibility: Low
Interest: Low
Assessment:
Walking, no-good omens of destruction is a descriptor that applies to most Dragons, the Hakamo-o and their ilk are somehow worse. The need to flex one's raw power and project their dominance is natural for them, and it's rare to find one that isn't motivated by their ego. It is unfortunate that the role they play in the social ecosystem is a vital one - but the world rarely meets our expectations.

This one, at least, appears to use their gifts for some sort of good. When not challenging themselves with ever-increasing, tedious displays of ambition, Corrin has managed to develop a relatively admirable moral compass, keeping the troublemakers and other destroyers away from The Park and exploration teams. The morale of the other residents here appears to be a little higher for their presence, so they're no obstacle to productivity.

Still, is it so necessary to level the area whenever they spring into action? We will never know how many relics have been unintentionally ruined by the Dragon's wrath.

Diana the Deoxys

Compatibility: Low
Interest: High
Assessment:
There are rumours of creatures of incredible Psychic power that are from worlds beyond our own. Elgyem and Beeheyem speak of a time they were fallen from stars, though this was never truly confirmed. This creature has some similarities to fragmented tales of a far more horrifying star-born being, rivalling even our world's guardians with sheer mental might.

I am more than relieved that this Diana does not appear so monstrous - perhaps she is something else entirely, perhaps the scholars were wrong, or perhaps she is merely beginning to grasp her innate talent. Regardless, I do sense an immense Psychic pressure from her - within believable tolerances but certainly superior to my own. It is all the more curious that she remains bound as some simple ruffian, perhaps she does not know what power she holds within that amorphous frame.

Better to not be distracted with dreams, such potential is beyond my ability to mould into something better, and may yet bring a terrible curse upon us all.

Ganjamelia the Sprigatito

Compatibility: Moderate
Interest: Moderate
Assessment:
Creatures of Grass tend to either be strong and placid, or serene and aesthetic. The Sprigatito hides its outlier as a cunning trickster to all those who are not familiar with its unleashed potential. Their nature makes them difficult to trust implicitly, though they are more amenable before their maturation shrouds them in the veil of the Dark.

Ganjamelia is an agreeable sort at face value. Though too lazy for my tastes, she shows a remarkable aptitude and dedication for her craft - few Pokémon today show more respect for herbs, berries and medicines, and perhaps none show such for all three. Her concoctions have proven irreplaceable for the bolstering of expedition teams, as well as healing on their return.

If only she would focus on advancing her field more than her... Curious habits with recreation, I'm certain she could make even more progress than she already has.

Gloop the Ditto

Compatibility: Low
Interest: High
Assessment:
The theoretical applications of the Ditto remain, as ever, staggering. Nobody I know has ever studied their metamorphosis in any satisfactory depth - if they are capable of mimicking battle power, can they utilize other skills? Can they form new concepts that do not yet exist? Could one cultivate templates for them, that they might become the ideal worker for virtually any situation?

The one known as Gloop is, alas, the most disappointing waste of potential I have seen in the entirety of The Park. With a capacity to be better than any of us and an unparalleled ability for self-improvement, they have instead fallen to self-destructive tendencies devoid of all discipline. There is nothing more to be said at this time.

If only they would accept my offer to make them an assistant, I'm certain I could whip them into shape and put them to much more productive uses. The sheer number of experiments could fill a volume on their own.

Lord Badsour Boarsad the Primeape

Compatibility: None
Interest: None
Assessment:
Stupid, lazy, barbaric, infantile, ignorant, savage monkeys. Just about the only things I can speak of in good nature to the Primeape is their mediocre social cohesion and admittedly extremely impressive physical abilities. Some believe that they're deeply intelligent and simply lack the temperance to utilize it - all the worse, I say, nature's twisted joke of wasting a good brain.

The 'Lord,' of Team Sour, Badsour Boarsad is about as imaginative and derivative to his species as you'd expect. Not only do they insist on making work harder for The Park with their random brawls and power-drunk quarrels, but they don't even do anything useful or interesting with what they take. Absolute waste of flesh, using their surprising, brutal charisma to turn others into equal wastes.

Rehabilitation is not a task I would be willing to go with, throw them to the wilds if they won't make anything of themselves but a nuisance. Of course, far stronger beings than I have tried and failed...

Lushian the Riolu

Compatibility: Low
Interest: High
Assessment:
Though I am far from the leading expert, I have become well-aware of the nature of mutation. Theories range from prolonged interaction with different energies to divine blessing - whatever the case, most would be surprised to find a species far different from its norm - I am not. Having yet to encounter this form of Riolu elsewhere, it would be poor of me to make any judgements based upon species, though the Dark shroud they have about their mind has made it more than annoying to connect.

Lushian is a depressive figure, evidently grappling with some burdening question - they should learn to approach life's mysteries and secrets with pragmatic curiosity. Still, soul-searching is far more useful than a total lack of inquisitiveness, and their chosen topic of exploring the ruins of the Precursors has netted me more than enough of their share of artefacts.

It pains me to admit that their presence has an intensely unnerving aura; a common side-effect of a Dark-type upon a Psychic such as myself. We would do best to keep our personal interactions to a minimum.

Mimi the Mimikyu

Compatibility: Moderate
Interest: Moderate
Assessment:
The Mimikyu is an incredibly elusive species by nature. Very few have recorded anything on what exists beneath their habitual disguises, and most accounts have been distressed at best. One must question whether they are terrified of themselves, or simply secretive enough to hide from everything but their own kind. Their extreme supernatural power would be of interest were I not busy with a significant backlog of other questions.

Mimi has been difficult to read since we have known each other. I sense they are one of the many wandering souls found around The Park, troubled with a lack of purpose higher than their own woes. They have an admirable spark of ambition that is smothered by their sense of dramatic flair.

Their willingness to break the rules may prove useful if they can be convinced of a mutually beneficial arrangement, but their reliability remains suspect.

Valentine Happenstance the Hydrapple

Compatibility: High
Interest: Moderate
Assessment:
How terrible it must be, to share your essence with a gaggle of incoherent, disagreeable voices. As always the ego of the Dragon brooks no competitors, leaving them a force fuelled and motivated by power. At the very least these creatures appear to be somewhat calmer than their more brutish distant kin, perhaps forced to develop a sense of community by their unique predicament.

Valentine Happenstance is the only one of its kind I have had the pleasure of dealing with and - much to my own shame - I must admit that she is an exceptional speaker and her services are quite competent. Though I do not have much use for the Supersweet Stowaway, I find myself relying on her for quite a few mundanities.

I often wonder why she has resigned herself to her simple role, despite her talents, but her commitment to the community cannot be understated as a virtue.

Wyze the Sneazler

Compatibility: Moderate
Interest: Moderate
Assessment:
The Sneazler is a poorly understood creature - more out of its own preference for isolation over anything else. They proverbially - and literally - sharpen their claws in isolated regions out of some sense of self-sustenance. A foolish notion, in the need to pursue the self one will always fail to meet their potential within the community.

Wyze exhibits the tendencies of their kind as an ex-thief and troublemaker of strong personal skill. They have fortunately come to realize the futility of a life spent distanced from others and have embraced an unexpected role as Guild Leader of the Guard. I question the Guild's decision and find them to lack many of the qualities optimal for leadership, but the Guild has not yet fallen apart, so perhaps there is some merit to their choice.

So long as they don't start hampering my work with unnecessary frivolities, I feel safe enough in The Park to continue administrating the HIVE under their watch.
