"what is transid?"
transid is an umbrella term, meaning trans identity; change of identity.
this encompasses, transgender, transage, transrace, transabled, and many more items that is related to your identity
"isn't that term transphobic?"
no, and i, a transmasculine individual, cannot see how it can be.
there are many words that have been used with the suffix "trans-" and have been used for decades with no one complaining.
why is it that exclusionists seem to call anything that they don't like against the lgbtqia+ community??
the prefix only means "ending across, through, over, on the other side of, beyond; outside of."
the prefix "trans-" isn't limited to the transgender community. stfu
creaturethatcries makes a good statement (majoy credits to beast, ily bro /p)
"but isn't trans(whatever) racist, ableist, ageist, etc?"
all those words share a meaning...
"prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism by an individual, community, or institution against a person or people, typically one that is a minority or marginalized."
tell me how identifying as something you weren't originally given at birth, considered PREJUDICE OR DISCRIMINATION??
you all throw around those words like it's nothing without actually using the correct definition.
"how can one identify this way?"
there are many reasons, and isn't limited to one reason. but there are a few common reasons this might happen.
one may feel discomfort from their vessel looking, or behaving a certain way, this is common with beings who are transabled.
one may have trauma with their vessel, and may try to change it in order to heal, or for whatever reason they may have to change themselves.
one may only identify this way out of spite from exclusionists.
one may feel like their vessel and internal self don't align with one and another.
and another reason, may because of self-harm; wanting to feel worse because maybe they feel invalid, etc.
"when were these labels first coined?"
i am unsure about the general transid term, thought i wanna say early 2020..
transabled was coined in 2004 by sean o' conner
transracial was coined before 2015 at most, not sure by who though
transsexual (now known as transgender) was coined in 1949
transspecies has to be in-between 1990's and the 2000s
and transage was coined in 2008 by teagreen
now into more specific labels
"whats transracial?"
as from wikipedia's entry; "beings that identify as a different race than the one associated with their biological ancestry"
this label has since evolved into diaracial from beings on tiktok and twitter
"whats transabled?"
a term describing someone who desires a specific incapability or disability (for example, amputation, paralysis, or blindness), it can also be used to describe those who internally feel as if they are or should be disabled
info carrd -- explaining transabled
"whats transage?"
an identity meaning ones internal age is different from their chronological age, or physical age.
this term has since evolved into chronosian

"why do you personally identify as transid?"
mainly because i feel like my vessel isn't my internal self at all, yes i do identify as certain parts of what i was given, but overall i feel disconnect from my vessel. i do not experience dysphoria/dysmorphia due to myself feeling used to my vessel after controlling it for so long; so i wouldn't say i have xenomelia.
transabled i feel like i was supposed to have add, psychosis, delusions, maladaptive daydreams, etc. but either i haven't been diagnosed, don't experience enough symptoms, or i don't have it bodily.
transrace i wouldn't call myself fully transrace, but technically i am under that umbrella. all through-out my childhood, i never grew up on racial stereotypes, nor was educated on such. i was never told my ethnic background growing up either, therefore i feel an overall disconnect from race, and choose to not (but literally cannot) identify as a race due to not knowing my ethnic background.
transage in a general sense, i never understood the concept of age besides the legal age; 18.. i believe this may be due to my autism, but i'm not fully 100% sure. i've always felt more "adult" in a sense, but never really cared to put a specific label on it until later years. and my explaination for using the labels i do, is because in my childhood, i endured trauma; forcing me to grow up, hence why i'm traumage.
so...
exclusionists want a reason to hate us for existing, simply just call yourself bigoted, block us, and move on. thats all you need to do.
you don't need to turn it into a whole damn thing. let being live. we aren't actively hurting anything or anyone. so why can't you all just let things be?
but, just as my bio says "dms are open for questions". you can ask me questions on overall labels, or more specific labels. but just know, i will block & report all harassment, bigotry, ableism, ageism, racism, etc.
