Sanizawa Ichigo | Double Trouble

Relationship Chart

1-D

Reiji Kawano | Red Hat

First Impressions
At first she admires Reiji due to him finding a way into the hero program despite his quirk, doing something she could not despite her best efforts. This opinion can sour should Reiji show his immature side, but she's idealized him as what she should've been that whatever tantrum he has could be excused easily in her mind. Not that he'd notice her anyway due to him being always online.

I could imagine her having a hard time trying to connect with Reiji. All these slangs and techspeak would go by too fast for her to understand him. She may try to use academics to get her foot in the door. Something along the lines of a study session to help improve her grades if he'd be willing tutor her for a bit.

Koroma Kajō | Reset

First Impressions
KK is someone she's been interested in ever since she learned of her quirk. Its not something she fully understands yet, but having parts that are similar to her own quirk makes her curious to how she uses it differently from her own. It would at least be something she could bring up during an unexpected conversation with her.

And she will get into unexpected conversations with KK just by the nature of her own personality. Ichigo can try her best to match her outgoingness and energy, but she could never compare to the real deal. She could learn a lot from her, but it would tire Ichigo out if she hung around KK for too long. Ichigo isn't exactly interested in her choice of games, especially the competitive aspect, but she's willing to swallow that pill if it means getting close and having KK as her best friend.

Kirako Yagami | Southpaw

"Kirako's... strange. She doesn't talk much to others, and even when she's by herself she's always... mumbling something. It's not like any of the other girls can talk to with how frequently she leaves the classroom at every opportune moment. It's a wonder how she ended up a class rep."

I can't tell much just from the build. Maybe she acts more behaved in class? I might need more clarification on what Kirako does and how she acts first. Consider this quote non-canon if it conflicts with how she actually acts.

Yuudai Yamasaki | Callous

First Impressions
Yuudai is a really intense person to the point of being hard for her to approach. Him always going out of his way to train makes it feel like she would only be interrupting him and his routine. To her, he seems like the ideal hero student in both quirk and demeanor. Someone who is both physically and mentally strong.

I'd be interested in seeing them interact outside of school. While not on the same level as him, Ichigo has to rely a lot on athletics to be on the same level as some of her more blessed peers and seniors. Sadly, I don't think there's a way for her to help him with any of his problems at all.

Kimi Nowaru | Reibai

Kimi is a bit of a difficult case. She doesn't talk much, and doesn't seem to be interested in any sort of conversation, always keeping her responses short. There are time where Ichigo thinks that Kimi hates her and all her efforts to try and connect, but there's something about her that keeps her trying again and again.

Kimi reminds Ichigo too much of her old self. Someone in the background that no one wants to notice. She doesn't know how yet, but she's going to find a way to get her to open up. Of course, it's pretty funny how off the mark she is with Kimi. Kimi's just weird like that, and whatever she does won't affect her at all.

Lixidite Aquila | Teocoatl

2-D

Hoge Nyoro | Maru(maru)

First Impressions
The female 2-D student with the black bowl cut and glasses? Hard to say if Ichigo has ever met someone of that description. It'd probably be rare for them to interact at all, and her quirk certainly helps her from being noticed. She would be interested in finding the other students who took up a ninja theme, but unless other students point her out, she'd never be able meet Hoge by chance.

In the event that she does meet her, Hoge's eccentric personality would certainly leave an impression on her. Ichigo would probably want to avoid all of her perfectionism, and Hoge wouldn't give her much attention other than approval that she seeks out of everyone. Hoge's view on quirks is something interesting to explore if I can come up with a reason for Ichigo to interact with 2-D.

Teachers

Michelson Tyler | Tunnel Rat

First Impressions
The no nonsense teacher in charge of economics. I think it's easy to see how she may not have a very high view of of Mick from the get go. His appearance certainly doesn't help matters at all. She won't outright show any negative feelings towards him, but she does dread his class whenever it comes up on the schedule. Or at least that's what she thought. The thing about passion is that you can feel it based on how a person talks about the subject. She respects him, or at least respects his passion to teach economics. It's actually to the point where she regrets her initial impression of him. Maybe its some sort of remorse, but she is a bit more kind with him. A bit more true to her nature when he's the only one around.

Despite this, I don't see Ichigo interacting with Mick a lot. She has a new found appreaciation for economics, but she wouldn't go out of her way to ask questions during free time.

General Modifiers
Athletics (Agility) 2e
Martial Arts (Acrobatic Style) 2e

Ichigo was never really strong even by quirkless standards. Try as she might, she could never improve her strength regardless of her solo training. So instead of improving something she's abysmal at, why not improve something she was already natural to her? Increasing the power of her kicks by increasing her speed. Bringing more force by throwing her whole body into her strikes. Her acrobatic style is something she made up by incorporating flips and leaps to her attacks, but is still pretty raw with plenty of risk should she stumble or the opponent catch her attacks.

Stealth 2e
Investigation 2e

Ever since middle school, Ichigo has always been used to being in the background. Always looking on the sidelines as the plain, unpopular girl. Her need to observe the situation before joining in translated into her inadvertently training her senses to be sharper, while her need to fit in translated into her learning how to blend in with the crowd at any time.

Unique Style 1e
Gadget: Quirk 2e

Ichigo's quirk gadget is a simple set of smoke bombs accessible on her belt. It doesn't make her build clones faster, nor improve their quality, but it does help a bit during combat by making it more difficult to identify who's the real one. It also fits into her ninjas theme.

Ichigo's quirk is called [Shadow Clone]. It's a simple quirk that allows her to create a weaker, mirrored copy of something she's very familiar with, replicating its properties based on her understanding of the object or person. If the copy becomes too damaged, or if she becomes too distracted, it disappears in a cloud of smoke. A strange oddity of her quirk is that she always has to create clones in pairs. She can never just make one copy.

  • Since her quirk is based on her understanding of an object or person, asking her to replicate something she doesn't really understand leads to mixed results.
    • She could physically replicate a hard drive given enough training and time, but couldn't replicate the files in said hard drive if she didn't know of the existence or nature of said files.
    • If she tried to replicate food she's never tasted before, she could get the sight and smell close enough, but its taste and texture would vary from the original
  • Clones of living things don't have a new, or separate consciousness. Rather, they act more like a copy of her own personality transplanted into a new body.
    • At the moment, the only living clones she can make are of herself. She'd need to know you pretty well before she could even try to make a subpar clone.
    • While her clones will always follow her orders, she likes playing around with them and pretending they're a separate entity from her. Similar to how you could try to play both sides of an argument in your head.
    • She likes nicknaming her living clones Niiko and Sanko regardless of what they are a clone of. Often treating them like sisters wearing costumes of who ever they cloned.
    • Clones of herself will only have information up to the point from when they were cloned. Meaning that when she makes up a plan in her head and she clones herself, the clones will have knowledge of said plan, but any changes to the plan the original makes will have to be verbally communicated. By extension, any information a clone learns will need to be communicated to the original or else that information will be lost once the clone disappears.
  • Due to the clones being mirrored copies of the original, cloning asymmetrical objects can mess with their function
    • Cloned money can be easily identified as counterfeit. She's cloned money before, but never intended to cash it in.
    • Cloned devices will have their display and buttons mirrored. It's a fun novelty, but useless for any practical purpose.
    • Her hero costume is asymmetrical to help identify who the original is to her teammates, but its also a hint her opponents can catch onto in the middle of battle.
  • A boon and a drawback of her quirk is that whatever she clones has to come in pairs. She cannot summon less than two copies of something, and currently can't make any more copies other than two.
    • Her maximum clone limit is two. This means that as long as one clone of hers still exists, she can't copy anything else.
    • She can however summon two copies, then dismiss one of the clones if she really needs only one. Though, that's something she dislikes doing for some weird, quirk-related reason.
    • Her clones, despite being paired, don't have to split off from her on the same spot. She could have a clone spawn from her right hand and her left foot as long as she's making two clones.
