ZombsRoyale.io Terminology
Anti-Cheat
Anti-cheat (or anticheat) software is designed to prevent players of online games from gaining unfair advantage through the use of third-party tools, usually taking the form of software hooks. Endgame Anticheat is Zombs Royale's very own proprietary anti-cheat. It was developed and is maintained by Jeremiah Rodriguez.
No Roof/ESP
No Roof hacks, also known by many as ESP, give users an advantage by allowing them to see through the roofs of buildings. This reveals chests, items and players that would normally be hidden.
Zoom
Zoom hacks increase the user's view range beyond the typical amount, allowing them to see more of the map at once. They were effectively patched in mid-late 2020 by limiting players' object render distance on the server-side, although it is still possible to gain a slight but notable advantage using a small zoom increase.
Retextured
Retextured is a client-side mod that allows the usage of any cosmetic items in the game, including those unreleased and unowned by the user. It is not visible to any other players and it provides no unfair advantage but it is still considered a cheat by the developers.
Aimbot
Aimbot hacks lock the user's cursor to a specific target. Some aimbot hacks are more advanced than others with features such as prediction and lag compensation that typically provide a higher level of accuracy.
Unity Engine
The game engine that Zombs Royale is made in.
AssetStudio
An open-source tool by Perfare that allows the viewing and extraction of assets in games made with Unity.
