The daughter of a musician turned talent agent, with a beautiful voice that matches her fame around Shibuya’s livehouses. Akisa has an incredibly serious and devoted attitude about music, to the point where it can seem like she doesn’t care about anything else.

Akisa’s father used to be a famous musician, and her idol. However, when she entered middle school, he quit, and instead turned to the world of talent agencies, as they were struggling with money. Akisa felt incredibly betrayed by this, and vowed to never give up on music.

She performed solo for a while, across livehouses in Shibuya, but it wasn’t enough. At the suggestion of her childhood friend, Koharu, she created ASCENDANCY, recruiting Ranmaru first, and then Seia and Noriho.

When Akisa’s mother was alive, they used to play card games together—she got the idea for ASCENDANCY’s stage names from that.

She was supposed to attend Miyamasuzaka for middle school with Koharu, but her father could not afford it. As such, Akisa attends Hanashobu, and intends to transfer when she gets to high school. She is a top student at Hanashobu, but only in grades, hardly participating.

With her elegant white hair and a black streak in the middle of her bangs, Akisa has an eye-catching image. She also has half of her hair pulled back in a half-updo, held by a red ribbon. Her bangs are straight-cut, with longer strands that she lets out of the rest of her hairstyle framing her face. Her eyes are a crimson red, that stand out compared to her fair skin. She has what has been described as a ‘baby face’, and has been often mistaken for a first-year.

For school, she adorns her pinafore uniform with a blazer on top. This blazer is not part of the standard uniform of Hanashobu Junior High, but one that her mom used to wear when she attended high school. It’s a clear violation of their uniform policies, but is let slide since Akisa is one of the top students, and they cannot afford to lose her.

In her casual outfit, she layers a short, berry red duffle coat on top of a white ruffle skirt. Underneath this, Akisa wears thin tights, and her school shoes.

Akisa is a cold girl with an intense passion for music. Her perfectionist nature pushes her to work tirelessly for ASCENDANCY, expecting nothing less than flawless results from herself and them. While she may appear stoic and emotionally distant most of the time, she is incredibly emotional, and gets attached to people easily.

She can be seen as rather narcissistic, as she always views her actions and talents through a biased lens, rarely seeing herself as the victim—even when she causes harm to others. Akisa dismisses anyone she deems beneath her, whether through harsh criticism or sheer indifference. Her sense of self-worth is directly tied to her music, and she doesn't take well to people criticizing her talent—as to her, that is a direct attack. This obsession with perfection also makes her incredibly insecure. She truly believes that her talent in music is all she is, leaving her with little room for personal growth or recognition beyond her musical identity.

Despite her coldness, Akisa isn't unfeeling, In fact, she's the opposite. She's incredibly sensitive, and takes what she perceives as 'betrayals' to heart, due to her fear of abandonment. When she allows herself to open up and have fun, she displays similar chuunibyou tendencies to Ranmaru, acting childishly.

PERCEIVES HERSELF AS: weak, pathetic child that’s a victim, always hurt, pitiful child.
WANTS TO BE PERCEIVED AS: strong and cool, looked up to.

CONFLICT: victim complex, in attempting to be ‘strong’ she hurts others
