first you need to get you're
gif and mask. youll need to invert
the mask in question, as shown

(yes you do need to make it the blue grey color**)

after that, go to ezgifs gif overlay
tool, and upload your gif & mask

go to ezgifs gif effects
see something that looks like this
be sure to add you color by hex
