TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• please be clear and specific with your requests. this is to avoid any confusion and waste of time on both our ends. i won't be accepting any major revisions with the theme once i've already ordered the materials.
• i have the right to refuse requests that are vulgar/inappropriate for my own liking.
• regular updates through dms would be done.
• strictly no cancellations once order confirmation has been sent. but if you really wish to cancel, the down payment would not be refundable (as i use this dp to buy materials), and you'll have to pay ₱100 for the cancellation fee.
PAYMENT SCHEME
• base price for the front part of your binder would be ₱250, depending on how complex the design would be. rest assured that the final payable amount would not be more than ₱450. however, i will require ₱200 down payment (to be paid once i message you the order confirmation), and the remaining balance will be collected once i finish designing your binder.
• if you want me to also decorate the back part of your binder and request for a lace design on the cover, please let know! additional fee may vary.
• additional 25 pesos will be collected for the packaging fee which includes opp plastic, bubble wrap, and corrugated box. this is to ensure that your binders would get back to you safely! ^^
• all payments are PAYO, late fees are 50/day.
MY WORK PROCESS (for transparency!)
- reviewing the forms you’ve sent and visualizing the overall theme for your binders. any clarifications will be done through dms.
- canvassing of resources (i usually buy from shopee and lazada) and printing of pocas/other pictures.
- once my materials have arrived, i’ll start the decorating phase right away (as long as i have free time).
- i’ll take pictures of the current state and finished product for updates and will send it to you via dms again.
- shipment. again, photos/updates will be sent once i’ve packed your binders already.
OTHER NOTES
• the overall process may take 2-4 weeks, depending on how long it will take for my materials (stickers, photo frames, printed photocards) to arrive/finish, which consumes more than half of the process time. any delays regarding the shipment of my materials are out of my control already. so only fill up the form if you are willing to wait~ (*note that the keyrings shown on my sample works are not included on the service you’ll avail!)
• shipment of your binders to me will only be allowed 2 days before my resources arrive so you won’t have to be away with your binder for a long time! i will give you a go signal for this. please make sure to empty your binder, including the sleeves. in case that you don't have any binder, i can purchase it for you instead. prices (including the shipping fee to my address) are listed below:
• posting pictures of your binders once they get back to you is fine, but please give credits to where it is due. this is my only request and please respect that. ^^ feedbacks are highly appreciated, too! just mention me and use the tag #emdesigns on your tweet :D
