One Step Closer to World Unification and Regaining Manhood

In the Tenyo family library, Akaito and Rinka sat together with a dozen books spread messily on the table. They spent all day finding information about her unfortunate condition.

"Rinka, look at this." said Akaito as he passed her a 583 years old journal of one of his ancestors. Pointing to a passage, he read "'The great monk Ká¹£itigarbha subdued the evil demon... He had a halo around his shaved head...' The halo is characteristic of Angel Mode and the monk was a man. This is the 5th man we've found that used Angel Mode. From this, we can conclude that being female is definitely not needed to use Angel Mode."

"So I got turned into a girl for nothing?!" exclaimed Rinka, dropping the book she was holding.

"Let's not jump to conclusions. I'm sure there was an important reason for it," said Akaito, closing his eyes and furrowing his brows in concentration, thinking. After about a minute, he opened his eyes and asked "what's the gender distribution of your sect?"

"All female, why?" answered Rinka with a raised brow.

"Your sect's Angel Mode technique probably has a gender requirement, which is why the entire sect is female," deduced Akaito.

"So the technique is flawed?" asked Rinka, surprised.

"Yes, but it has its merits. In all of my family's recordings of Angel Mode, only powerful priests and monks used it, so there should be a power and/or skill requirement, neither of which you meet. Your sect's technique must have some shortcuts that allow a select talented few, perhaps one in a generation, to have access to this power early on. The price is the gender requirement. This technique very powerful; your sect could possibly be on the level of a Great Country if the talent requirement was lesser. You're a great prodigy, you should be happy. A lot of people would kill to be in your position," said Akaito.

"Yea well I hate it. I want to be a man!" harrumphed Rinka.

"Anyway, since I've helped you find out more about your condition, it's time for you to fulfil your end of the bargain," smiled Akaito, taking out his manifesto.

"Very well, I'll listen to you speak about your politics and do a speech for your campaign every week while in Angel Mode as long as you keep helping me with my condition," said Rinka leisurely, thinking how hard can one speech a week be?, not knowing that Akaito is about to drill her for hours on public speaking and force her to remember every word...
