PERSONALITY:
just like every spy, neo is able to change his behavior and personality, adjusting it to the situaton. he is able to lead to the point where two people can know completely opposite sides of him, with only the people closest to him noticing its true colors. most of the time, though, he is cold to those around him, always finding a way to get on their nerves and under their skin, enjoying it probably more than he's supposed to. deep inside, cipher is a deeply wounded person, fighting for survival every single day.

BACKSTORY:
cipher himself doesn't remember much about his early years besudes the fact that he was born on the planet ryloth.
starting his life in a family of seven during difficult economic conditions, forced his parents to sell neo and two of his sisters to the imperial slavers at the age of fourteen. he was supposed to become just another slave, if lucky enough - a trooper. yet during his first night on the imperial ship, he escaped his confinement. found by inquisitors, instead of receiving a punishment, the boy was sent on scarif, where he mastered the arts of infiltration, seduction, sabotage and assassination during years of rigorous, often deadly, training.

once the years of intense intellectual and physical training were over, he was stripped off his own name, becoming one of the cipher' agents — the most elite operatives within imperial intelligence, recruited to carry out the most dangerous and sensitive assignments the empire had to offer.
till this day it serves as a spy, assassin and saboteur, piercing through countless layers of intrigues, knowing of conspiracies within conspiracies with even close contacts ( sometimes even his superiors ) being unaware of what he is accomplishing until the deed is done.

APPEARANCE:

• neo is a red twi'lek — a humanoid distinguished by the large variety of skin colors and the pair of lekku ( head-tails ) growing from their head. they are an extension of twi's nervous system, making them incredibly sensitive. neo is often seen with one lek hanging down his back and others falling over his chest.
• has black tattoos all over its body, including his face and lekku. during undercover missions, he paints over them, making it easier to blend in.
• has countless scars from previous missions, as well as lightning ones, made by the sith.
• has a split tongue and a few ear piercings.
• no feeling in two fingers of his right hand.
• troubles hearing on left ear after a close-range grenade explosion.
• muse stands at 5'4
• touch aversion.

gear : during regular missions and while spending time at the imperial base, he's seen wearing black gear, sometimes with a mask. at other times, his appearance and clothing are adjusted to the mission and situation. his preferred weapon is an electro-shock whip. it always carries a blaster, teaser darts, and at least three knives, including a vibroblade.
