UL Students Notes (Part 3)
POST: Can someone explain this? (/r/lawofattraction/)
A bunch of bad things happened which no way you attract these.
From my experience and understanding of manifestation, everything bad that happens is a manifestation, because everything in life is a manifestation. If they are things someone was born with, it was a pre-birth arrangement. As far as in-birth, everyone experiences different lives because of what they know. They could also arrange such things as part of their life script. Knowledge has organizing power, what you know organizes your life circumstances. When people read the news and react (what really matters, it's not about the negative event happening, it's your reaction) negatively, it's a representation of what they know. Everyone experiences varied lives due to what they know, that includes what negative events they experience, and how they pan out. It's possible to completely reverse all negative circumstances, ideally effortlessly.
To get "out there", every variation (everything that happens, even the worst of the worst) is pure integrity, because the final common denominator, where all things come from (known as UL, Source, Brahman, etc), is perfect order, thus pure integrity. Every variation is that because the final common denominator is indivisible. In other words, everything is perfection, including the worst of it all. Where is it all going? For you to realize and develop your mastery over your world.
That doesn't mean one should look in the face of a hostile person approaching them as perfection, for example. The viewpoint can be very practical in many instances, however, because knowledge has organizing power. It's also useful in reducing the initial "blow" of any event, and sets up an efficient basis to act from. At higher levels of mastery, merely reminding yourself of that is enough to reverse the negative circumstance you find yourself in. The counter-argument to LOA that "bad things happen, so how is it true" comes from a lesser perception and an absence of non-change-fact. Often, the ones the question is posed to gives an answer that isn't satisfactory. Answering that to someone who isn't familiar with abstract aspects of metaphysics is very difficult, because to answer it properly means to step outside of conventional perception and outside the standard moral fabric.
It's ("how are these laws true if people are born in bad circumstances or starve to death") a very responsible view, and appeals to those who haven't gotten too deep into metaphysics (that includes the views like karma and appealing to the idea of vibrations), but it's a lesser truth. One that can't be appropriately answered in the same structure it exists in.
POST: Why the did universe hit me with so much bad luck today? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Only you can answer why. To format the answer in a practical way, I'd take it as a "sign" to be more watchful of the assumptions you make that generate your circumstances. Ideally, whether short-term (months) or mid-term (a couple years), realizing you are the universe can do a lot for your comprehension of life as a whole.
I haven’t been meditating as often as before. Is this why?
It's not why. It could be why, but it'd only be a symbol of a deeper cause. I don't recommend proof looping that you need to meditate or do some other action in a devout manner to "keep the bad things away". That path isn't a good setup long-term, let alone short-term. While meditation is very useful for many and deemed a staple in LOA by some, it's certainly not the only way to mental mastery, and it doesn't work for everyone.
POST: how can i detach myself if it's something i want so badly? (/r/lawofattraction/)
While not an exact answer, one that you can scale for absolutely any problem with manifesting is reverse engineering manifesting. You can either manifest an answer for what to do, one that is specifically tailored for you. You also have the option of using those feelings and thoughts of uncertainty regarding detaching to manifest an answer, or to manifest the thing you're going for. Then you can make confusion work for you. The technique in the link also is very useful for when you're ready to become your own LOA teacher.
POST: Can someone explain this? (/r/lawofattraction/)
jotawins: Loa is not really a good teaching, is full of flaws...but you can create reality, is even more woo woo than Loa.
Loa the way is teached is based in materialism, you are here, the universe is out there, hence you have to attract things and events...but if you look more deeply, there is not separation between you and the surrounds...you are your reality.
Now, why this matter? take a skeptical, he will laugh and give many reasons why Loa (lets call it loa for the sake of communication) is not real...and he is absolutely correct, he will not see even in a billion of years any strange thing in reality, why? because he and reality are one and the same, he are intending normal reality (in this case material boring reality).
Now to other person, the principle is also valid, this person will create things that is said impossible by materialists...because the believer is one with reality too.
For example, you looking for proof, or Reading books that spread doubt are just creating this in your reality, and this will be like that till you decide that is possible changing reality by intention.
If anything dispells your understanding of LOA, you either don't have a comprehensive enough knowledge of LOA (to the point where it overrides every possible "it's not true") or you don't have experience that confirms beyond the shadow of a doubt that life itself is all manifestations. By LOA, I mean manifestation in general, not the "be grateful" "vibrate high" good-feely but airy-fairy flavor of manifestation. I think /u/jotawins's reply hits the nail on the head.
It really is worth a read and certainly explains why it never worked for me.
Which is also a manifestation :)

POST: Why is being specific important? (/r/lawofattraction/)
I wanted to ask why is that?
Likely because they heard it and assumed it was true. It is true, just not a fundamental truth. If you like that you have to be specific, then that's fine, but being specific isn't necessary.
You could substitute that idea with "I can be general and things still turn out perfectly" just fine. If you're familiar with or adhere to the idea that the source of all existence is perfect integrity and total completeness, then you know you don't need to be specific, because in infinite intelligence is the perfect answer for you, even if you aren't aware of it. You just have to adjust the rule-set you play the game of life by.
What if someone doesnt know exactly what they want but have an idea of how they want to feel and just feel that way in their meditation or visualisation?
Then they can do that and have success with it. Manifesting as a whole is a very wide open process, with little to no rules.
POST: Really unorthodox question (/r/lawofattraction/)
There's no limit to what is possible. However, that doesn't necessarily mean your experience will represent that. While I haven't ingested deadly poison or smoked and got away free, applying the principle of "things only mean what you intend them to mean" has been useful for sickness, to the point of eating candy as medicine. Or going on a bad spending binge and running into a circumstance where I get all of the money back.
One thing to throw away if you wish to advance in this is to lessen how much you look to what other people say as validation. It's useful when starting out, but as you begin to delve into things rarely thought possible, you'll have to rely on your own personal integrity.
Yes, you could smoke 100,000 cigarettes and suffer no negative effects from it, you could even make it help you if you wanted, provided you are at that level of understanding and self mastery.
The physical world exists because of mind. The physical world relies entirely on mind to exist.
POST: What is the most improbable/unlikely to manifest thing that has manifested for you? (/r/lawofattraction/)
A company's system momentarily glitched which resulted in my information being erased from their systems, removing everything I owed them on file. I could probably think of something more miraculous, but that came to mind immediately.
Nice! Simply looking to UL? I'm guessing FFE and no direct command to have a company lose your information. Man, I need a glitch like that to hit a company or two, or three or four 😁
Yes, this was just the desire of not wanting to pay those bills and the conclusion stance "hey, I'm UL". No session was done because I was in a real-time conversation with support from the company, just CAI.
POST: Law of Attraction & NoFap (/r/lawofattraction/)
The idea that any action takes away from you or gives to you is an idea that can have an impact on you, independent of whether there is any real cause and effect there. This extends to physical actions as well.
And those negative feelings may interfere with your manifestation of a healthy relationship.
Acting on the idea that negative feelings are a potential threat and may hinder your ability is what really does it. An effortless way to use negative feelings or thoughts (I recommend this to those who experience intrusive thoughts, as I used to have all the time) in your favor is to remain silently aware of those thoughts and give it the "thumbs up" (a conclusion stance, just like the conclusion stance most flow with is a "Life is a struggle" conclusion stance) to manifest whatever you're choosing.
POST: so what is the truth... (/r/lawofattraction/)
Both are the truth. Some truths are just lesser truths, or less complete truths. If LOA was a logical, linear science field, it would seem like a critical contradiction. It isn't. H2O can exist in liquid, solid, and gas. Yet there is no contradiction, as they are all H2O.
POST: Does The Universe/LOA understand Sarcasm? (/r/lawofattraction/)
would the Universe/LOA take that at face value?
Your idea of the universe being something so alien and external to you that it would misinterpret what you say is what would cause that to happen :)
POST: Does the Law of Attraction lead to victim blaming? (/r/lawofattraction/)
In the beginning, it certainly seems that way and some do have that experience, like me for instance. Over the months, it's come around to me being more empathic and compassionate than I ever have. It's led me to greater self-worth and a greater self-image, as well as more emotional stability.
"A bad reality is my fault" is certainly a standard reaction to start off with. However, most will find, that because their greatest friend and enemy (the internal enemy is a friend in disguise, really) is internal, it makes any victim blaming and negative emotions towards oneself counter productive. All it would do is lead to greater inner turmoil, which would eventually manifest an external event. It leads to a framework where one can develop a more positive internal outlook.
== Could you please give an example of what your new positive internal outlook looks like, when things don’t quite go the way you desire? I find it difficult to get past thoughts of “a bad reality is my fault”, and I don’t want to feel that way...==
One effect is that more and more things go my way. Things just happen in my favor, sometimes seconds after I make the decision for it. Not every single time, but it has been increasing gradually for years. I used to (still do, although less) experience frustration due to things not happening x or y way. But I'd remember who is behind that thing happening in the first place and it'd lead me to a clear mindset.
What worked for me, as far as experiencing "walls" of bad thoughts that seem to not go away, is to accommodate them. As you're more in control of what things mean than you may think, one thing you can do is remain silently aware of those thoughts running inside of you, and give it the "thumbs up" to fix the situation generate permanent realization that leaves you free of past thoughts. You can do the same thing with anything else.
POST: heard an old song 3 times today when I haven't heard it for years. Is this a sign? (/r/lawofattraction/)
If you regard it as a mere coincidence, you can expect future experiences to behave as if that's true.
If you regard it as a sign, you can expect future experiences to pan out in that manner.
POST: "Hard" Limits to Law of Attraction? (/r/lawofattraction/)
None. All limits are self-imposed.
POST: I sometimes feel like people over complicate law of attraction. (/r/lawofattraction/)
Manifesting ideally should be the simplest, most comfortable thing you could ever do. If it isn't, then you have blind spots in knowledge.
POST: How to get back that same excitement I had when I first started law of attraction? (/r/lawofattraction/)
I would look at the underlying reasons for why you want to try new methods, what you're looking for in manifestation, and where your initial excitement lied. This phenomenon happens often in LOA, I've noticed. There's so many methods, conflicting ideologies, that it becomes disorienting. The numerous methods look great at first, but a inconsistent foundation eventually makes it a curse.
I always recommend manifesting material that strives to make you your own teacher and master. Then, you are equipped with the tools to answer all of your own questions, and it eventually leads to a deep and profound realization in one's own ability.
To answer the actual question, you could manifest an event that sparks that excitement. Because everything in life is a manifestation, adhering closer to how-things-work (everything in life manifests, events that happen aren't things like "this person wanted to be nice to me so they gave me this", it's a manifestation) could adjust your comprehension of life and manifestation.
POST: LOA and Growing Taller (/r/lawofattraction/)
And is it unwise to believe these stories about people growing via LOA?
In my opinion, it's unwise to let anyone's experience dictate what is and isn't possible. The best way to know what is or isn't possible through manifesting is through a mechanical outlook on manifesting. Then, your conviction is found through your own investigation, not through "x guru said it was/wasn't true".
But I'm not sure how much I believe in the the LOA is limitless theory since everything I've done on my own is possible according to biological/physical law.
Certainly a valid and responsible conclusion. Flying off the walls ideology wise is a different experience for everyone.
For example, growing taller is something that is 'biologically limited', as opposed finding something that's lost or getting a free coffee.
As far as current knowledge dictates, that is.
So that's why I wanted to ask others about what they thought of other posters' stories.
As for me, I know it's possible, not through any standard means either.
You might say to try it myself, but like I said, knowing that these stories are most likely valid, will help me and others with the same goal feel like it's possible...which would be very very helpful to us if that makes sense :)
True. I generally like to have a mechanical outlook when I post, so that the mechanics are self-verifiable, rather than relying on the words of others. I do recognize the place that inspiration through stories has, however.
And would you believe these stories as being authentic and not fabricated?
Well, I'm one of those stories. I don't talk about it much though. The biggest success story I've went public with was my skin condition.
If you don't mind me asking, by which means do you know growing taller is possible?
Intention. It could be as simple as "I decide to grow taller" and have it happen. By "not through any standard means" I mean through mental work alone. Whatever happens or doesn't happen is sufficient confirmation of what that person truly understands, both what they know (not lightly agreed upon) and what boundaries they entertain.
Any means can work, to the point where you could go bowling and use that action as your intention to get taller, acquire money, love, or anything else. That is possible because things mean what you intend they mean, and not any intrinsic meaning implied within them. This ties into "what boundaries they entertain" because if you assume that any action has to mean something, that is a boundary. It's not only possible to make your own rules, but it's something that has to be done eventually.
I know you said not to seek other's opinions on it
I tend to recommend against it. However, accommodating where you are on your journey is more important, as everyone reaches a point, sooner or later, when they learn to depend on themselves for their own conviction.
But I guess I still don't understand how you know it's possible to grow taller.
Everything has a common denominator. The final common denominator is the foundation of everything, and that thing is completeness and total integrity, so that anything and everything is possible, otherwise it wouldn't be complete.
Is your faith in LOA that strong
Maybe not LOA itself, but the mechanics by which LOA exist. I'd say both. Months of careful consideration (largely assisted by John Paolucci's materials) led me to the conclusion.
leads you to know that it's possible to grow taller?
Actually growing taller. Although, if I hadn't done that I'd still tell you it's possible, because my conviction in the indivisible and all-pervasive attributes of one-thing (Also referred to as UL/Source/Brahman) is such.
How did you do it? As in, did you use any means to accomplish this (as per your last message)?
Just intention. With the height, I used the 2 glasses method from /r/DimensionalJumping, but I credit the actual success not to any method but to the knowing behind the actual action. The knowledge behind any action is crucial and why any action can be used for any purpose. It was just the intention, the action that was linked to the intention, then it happened within a week. Whether or not results happen, how fast they happen, how drastic the results happen, and any other factor all originate from you.
I was wondering, what lessons can we take from unexpected (negative) events which we can't trace back to a thought or belief?
There's different answers, depending on who you ask. All of them are correct, because everything has the potential to be true. What you perceive them to be, how similar events happen after your conclusion, and how they continue to happen is up to you. If you can't accurately conclude why the event happened or what to take from it, I recommend intending that it's a perfect situation and that things will follow up as such, or you can intend "this event is part of my path to x, y, z". It's up to what you want to use it for. Then, you're taking yourself out of the limbo of trying to figure out what, when, where, why, how, and changing the meaning of the event itself. Regardless of what it could have meant before, you can make the event work for you. It's also helpful for reversing negative situations.
POST: If i am 14, is it still possible? (/r/lawofattraction/)
For any question you may ever have about whether something is possible in LOA or not due to money, age, health, anything:
Yes. Reality itself is a manifestation. All of it is manifestation. Your computer/phone you are using to type your question is a manifestation. The window you look outside of is a manifestation. All of it.
POST: Is this proof of the LOA or just coincidences? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Everything that happens is a manifestation, even if it's cloaked as a coincidence.
POST: Attracting something out of your control? (/r/lawofattraction/)
that I may want that I am not able to manifest through direct actionable steps
Action in manifestation is optional. How manifestations happen and in what manner you have to go about it speaks to the current stage you are in progression, not a external "this is just how it is".
And what about manifesting things for other people? Are either of these possible to achieve using the LOA?
Yes. A good portion of LOA practitioners/"gurus" will tell you it isn't, however. Not because it's impossible, but because they've manifested (through acting on limited information) the experience that such things are beyond them. That they are an ant in the scheme of the universe.
If so, do you have any tips/ success stories?
Most important thing: Get strong in your comprehension of non-change fact. A common term thrown around in these types of boards is "Source". What's not discussed, is the implications of Source, how it relates to you and particularly that you are the totality of Source. Comprehensively understanding how first-cause fact completely relates to you is the single most important aspect of manifestation/life overall (you could even say it's the only purpose of life), and it's rarely ever talked about in these sorts of communities. Currently, a few notable places you could find material this is in some parts of eastern spirituality (one example being the (Essence of) Ribhu Gita), some parts of Neville Goddard's work (the first chapter of The Power of Awareness is my favorite thing from him), although he doesn't emphasize it as much. You can see some aspects of it in his teachings though ("You are that indivisible "I AM"", "Everyone/Everything is you pushed out" etc).
Progressively becoming more popular is John Paolucci. All of his teachings take root in explaining what all existence comes from, how you are that totality, and how to act on it. John's texts are the highest quality manifesting/life management information I've found, and I've heard the same from many people, on the internet and in person. I recommend John more than anyone else. John is also unlike the vast majority of teachers in that the objective of his materials is for you to "Forget about me as soon as possible". In other words, get the information down and become self-sufficient to the point of not needing his or anyone elses material. I've manifested both things in your question. More importantly, however, is the information above.
Tl;dr: Yes, you can manifest things for other people, as well as manifesting things that are vague or doesn't seem to include a clear, if any, roadmap associated with it. Most information in the LOA community will say it isn't possible, or if it is then there are consequences involved (karma, for example). Looking towards a more essential truth (which includes the aspect of all-possibility) shows that it is possible.
POST: Do we form our own reality? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Existence is much more expansive than the vast majority give it credit. "Not everyone can win" is a mindset based on looking at existence itself as limited. Even a lot of spirituality falls victim to this. Beyond the universe, the foundation to all things is indivisible, all-pervasive, and unlimited (if it was limited, it could not be the thing that everything comes from). Since it is completeness, there is nothing missing, that includes every possibility. Immediately, the idea of "everyone can't win" or the long-debated idea of "free will and manifesting your SO" is invalidated. The way manifestation is usually taught misses this. It's really the most important part of manifestation. The realm of perception can tell you absolutely anything is true. Your life could be insignificant, there could be no happy ending for you, etc.
Knowing (through careful consideration) that the foundation of all things is one-thing and it's attributes never change will give much better conviction to act on your desires than what is standard. In that way, you could conclude the reality you live in is teeming with x billion other people, all with wills which conflict with yours, and that some things just aren't possible. Or you can take an alternate route. Both are true. One happens to be more fundamentally true than the other. How limited can you be, fully acknowledging that the foundation of all existence is limited, and by it's non-change attribute of being indivisible, that means you are all of it?
This also applies to how you choose to manifest. Do you like the idea of methods? Then go ahead. Are you someone who'd rather do nothing to manifest (something that is discouraged in many LOA communities because "you can't manifest without action)? That works too. This helps to flatten the playing field, as well. Is the lack of results from the manifestation practice due to "bad vibrations" "negative emotions" "other people's wills" "violating universal law" "not doing it right" "not using the right technique" "there isn't enough" and any number of the innumerable excuses, or is it due to acting on limited information?
While most manifestation teachers deal primarily in things that aren't the "final layer" of reality, two that come to mind are Neville Goddard (/r/NevilleGoddard) and John Paolucci. I'm sure many have heard "Everything is you pushed out" from Neville, for example. John's entire teachings revolve around why everything is one-thing (the final reality), how you are that, and how to use it such that you eventually become self-sufficient, not needing teachings from anyone besides yourself. Many students of Neville only look to the "scene while falling asleep" technique, but the WHO is doing it is what really matters.
To wrap it up, replacing limited models with the awareness of one-thing/Brahman/UL/FL/"I AM" makes everything that happens completely personal, such that the only possible limitation is yourself. Due to the nature of all-possibility in total completeness, that means every variation is possible.
POST: How do you believe something to be true? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Keep in mind that the subconscious model of manifesting is one model among many others. Reality is modular enough to accommodate numerous models to play with, and limiting yourself to one isn't necessary. With the subconscious model, you could reason that repetition is what gets the job done to "convince the subconscious". Of course, repetition is useful for models outside of the subconscious model, as well as in general. I personally have manifested at least 30% of what I have manifested through doubt, including getting out of an annoying contract that would normally require me to pay a few hundred $ fee (since that would've been me paying "the rest of what I signed to paying").
I've been experimenting with a model that allows me to not have to believe whether x or y individual thing is possible, for instance, all I have to do is "look to" more complete presences (commonly referred to as Source, UL, and Brahman). In that model, it's really about not taking doubts or fears seriously. The big hide and seek game is that you are behind it. If you conclude that you are wasting your time (and/or your long held beliefs center around life being a "trying to find the light switch in a giant dark room" game), then you're likely to prove yourself right.
Rambling aside, repetition will get rid of old beliefs, yes. The simplest way is repetition. I know there are other ways, but I haven't explored them yet.
So if I understand you correctly you’re talking about how there’s endless ways to manifest something? I can have a model that says wearing green socks will cause this or that to happen?
But in doing so you are looking at the WHAT not the the WHO.
If I could choose one thing that needs to be emphasized more in LOA literature, it's this.
I know you are a fan of Neville too, I think you would agree that we can add I AM, to that list of complete presences 😄.
Definitely :)
how there’s endless ways to manifest something?
Yes. I'm saying the standard perception that the subconscious has to be dealt with to manifest isn't absolute, it's another perspective among numerous.
I can have a model that says wearing green socks will cause this or that to happen?
Certainly. Many already view green as luck or a prosperity color. That could fall in line with the idea of enchanting items to promote things such as good luck. This whole LOA/manifesting thing is a big sandbox.
But how can I affirm to myself or confirm that the model is working for sure, how do I know if I’m really making something work? If I just keep reminding myself, this workout is restructuring my facial structure every time I do it and look in the mirror and see nothing has changed, should I just pretend like there’s been a change and over time it will? How will I know for sure? Is it just a matter of faith?
Ah. You may be interested in material with more mechanical consideration. I recommend John Paolucci for that reason. With a more mechanical approach to manifesting, you can transfer your reasoning to something self-convicted and solid , rather than going off of the word of a teacher, where most gurus use buzzwords to wow you but doesn't leave you with much. John's material is made with the goal of the reader becoming their own teacher, entirely self-sufficient.
The texts (latest being AFG) explains life and manifesting from a mechanical perspective, where careful examination verifies it independent of "well, x teacher said it". Careful study of the material has led me to being convicted in greater amounts of knowing, rather than faith.
It's still belief though...
While still belief, looking to the ocean (source) vs a wave (having to convince the subconscious) has a set of differing implications. When you operate on having to "fully believe something" vs "Let go and let God" you're operating on an assumption that requires a lot more individual leg work and effort.
My intention in my original comment is that the subconscious, for instance, is just one model among tens or hundreds of other models of manifesting, and there's no need to entertain it as necessary.
POST: Im new to this. How do I start doing LOA? (/r/lawofattraction/)
How do I start doing LOA?
First things first; LOA is 24/7. This means you have always been using it. The idea that you need to do something to "activate" or "use" it is using LOA itself to give you results that show you "I have to figure out how to use it". It's very marco polo :)
You may not have noticed because it's been close to you this whole time. An experience where you may have figured it was "just a coincidence" could very well be a result of you manifesting that. What is very close to us often goes unnoticed.
Do I start with small stuff? Or imagine big?
This depends on you. Small stuff is usually advised to build up your "LOA portfolio" so that you begin to get it through your head that something is going on.
Also how do I eliminate bad thoughts. When I read about LOA, its says to get rid of bad thoughts, but the first thing I think of when I read that is bad thoughts?
Honestly, I think the idea of getting rid of bad thoughts first is misguided. There are negative people who are achieved many things, and I've personally manifested quite a few things without believing it would happen or while I was thinking negative. This doesn't mean you should choose to be negative, just that things are modular, it's not an exact formula that more positivity = more manifestations. If you believe you have to purge yourself of all negativity before you can have what you want, you may be keeping yourself busy for a long time, to the point where it may not be realistic. Keep in mind that this idea of "needing to purge negativity" is being used by the LOA. In line with that, I want to say meditation isn't necessary either. That was a big issue that "haunted" me for years in my practice of LOA. Of course, every path (eventually) gets to the top of the mountain, it's just crucial to note that manifesting is an extremely open art, and I wish I was told that when I started.
Basically, choose which methods or paradigms you want, just keep in mind that it's a very open art, not an exact science. You have a lot more say in what goes and what doesn't go with LOA than you may think. My recommendation for getting rid of bad thoughts is to get your conviction in LOA info so high that you choose to go for more positive thoughts. While lowering your negative thoughts is important, reacting properly to the ones that are still around is crucial as well. Then, you'll be properly equipped to not panic in the face of negative thoughts (the panicking is fear-based, and the fear-based reaction speaks volumes about how you feel towards your negative thoughts).
Am also having trouble with "ask, believe, and receive". Do I just say stuff in my head?
You can write it, you can say it out loud, you can think it, you can make a symbol, you can do whatever. What's important is your intention. When you write it down, you're intending that to be your means of asking. When you say it out loud, you're intending that to be your means of asking. In this way, you could clap your hands to symbolize your asking, even if you don't have the words or visuals in your hand, the hand clapping symbolizes that without you needing to really think about it. You could hit a punching bag to symbolize your asking, as long as that's your intention.
Is the falling the asleep method the best one?
There is no best method. The best method is realizing the WHO makes the method, not the method itself. You're far more important to whether LOA works or not than you may think. the WHO (you) is always more important than the WHAT (method).
That being said, it is a valid method.
How do I do it?
I believe it's repeating the intention in your head while you fall asleep. The sidebar in /r/NevilleGoddard should point you to resources that will answer this more accurately.
POST: Steps to manifesting (/r/lawofattraction/)
I don't visualize, write, or use emotion. I just use knowing. I intend, and look to the indivisible cause (often referenced as Source or Brahman). Seeing that it is indivisible means it is me fully, and intending for a manifestation from that knowing is powerful.
POST: Loa for past demons (/r/lawofattraction/)
The most effective and complete solution is to recognize that every variation is the nature of perfect integrity.

It flattens the playing field of being intimidated by having to get past something. It gives a new frame of reference from which to approach it.
Operating on knowledge that everything works in your favor would also assist you. While LOA is a limited mechanic itself, the knowledge about the implications of the LOA equip you to deal with absolutely any situation because one total thing never stops being one total thing.
POST: Stop eating fast food (/r/lawofattraction/)
I have a slightly different view. While the conventional view of "avoid fast foods" is good, and while eating fast food and such things under conventional assumptions of "how reality works" would lead to health issues, there is another perspective available.
Reality exists due to bigger more abstract aspects. Because of the indivisible nature of the source, all of reality and it's effects are dictated by the individual, whether they are conscious of it or not. A very mundane example of this is the placebo effect being used to cure diseases or for losing weight. Of course, the pill has no real causal components in it, but it's the meaning of the pill to the individual that makes all the difference.
In a similar manner, someone whose ready to take seriously that this reality has no inherent meaning on it's own can also look at the perspective of food and see that none of it has to do anything, regardless of if even 1 billion people said it does one thing. There are, of course, degrees of mastery to realizing this as well as actually doing it, and it's a huge jump in defining how the universe works. But then again, LOA is a pretty big jump if all the implications of it existing are taken into consideration. LOA isn't just "I can manifest things". When taken far enough, it's a complete reformat of how everyone thinks reality works, depending on how far you're willing to take it.
Then, eating unhealthy food to treat one's illness and other seemingly-contradictory actions isn't out of the question, but a natural consequence of this reality being completely user-based :)
For instance, I believe that any situation (whether good or bad) can provide a fruitful lesson to be learned and fosters growth and helps me in my process to become a better me.
Agreed. One of my big talking points in some of my comments is how people often make an event mean something when it doesn't mean anything on it's own (someone seeing their empty wallet and saying "I can't buy what I want").
Therefore no matter what happens, I always learn something new from it, grow stronger, and become better than I was before the experience.
I love that mindset.
POST: removing resistance tips? (/r/lawofattraction/)
For me, looking to source/UL/Brahman and seeing that since it is indivisible, I am that, so I am taken care of takes care of most of my resistance. The more skilled and realized I get at that, the better, even when I'm not consciously thinking about it because my programming gradually shifts from "look to change-based inconsistent outer world" to "look to the non-change eternal one-thing for the solution".
POST: Is action necessary? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Action isn't necessary. Not in the sense of "I intended, now I have to blindly move around in life hoping the answer shows up". There is inspired action, like others mentioned here. There is also a shift in mindset so that you are automatically aligned with that thing. There is the option of just "being in the right place at the right time" so that whatever you want to manifest ends up happening without any extra effort on your part. Maybe someone wants to meet with you, and you being in that place has you meet someone and so on. Maybe you experience something that changes your outlook on things (For most people, that means going through a negative life-changing experience, because they view life in a manner of major sacrifice for gain).
which one have you experienced in your manifestations?
Keep in mind that LOA and reality as a whole is very modular, despite the experience of most. The way things can happen can vary greatly. See page 14 of this text, for instance.
POST: Thoughts on my practice? (/r/lawofattraction/)
I have ACIM, although I haven't gotten around to reading it.
But I have a hell of a hard time coercing myself into a different feeling.
Something you may find effective is using that feeling of uncertainty to be the signal to invite "the proper feeling" within yourself. You can allow it to come to you, rather than feeling like you have to seek it out, fight through any negative feelings or otherwise. More complete knowledge automatically overrides lesser knowledge, such that fighting negative thoughts and such are unnecessary. I was never too deep into subconscious reprogramming, so I have no apt advice there. To go along with your current practice, I recommend increasing your knowledge of universally consistent aspects of existence to a point where it's relatively bulletproof. Transitioning and looking to new knowledge is easier when your understanding of new knowledge matches or exceeds your current-world thinking.
It's not making me feel absolutely marvelous. But nothing does that.
As for me, I rarely feel elated about things. The only thing that makes me feel "up there", for the most part, is realization and thinking about the expansive nature of existence.
and even keeping those "feel better now techniques" from working for me.
There's a general mindset in LOA communities that your subconscious needs to agree for something to manifest. Although, I disagree. There's bigger, more universal fish than your subconscious. Acting on that as necessary to manifest makes it so. Most things I manifested in my early LOA up to maybe about 2 years ago was through doubt. It was acting on knowing that there's bigger things that process my return that "reached through" the doubts and negative programming.
That's my thoughts and feedback that immediately come to mind.
Not sure what you mean by this. What is "that feeling of uncertainty" that you are talking about?
Instead of coercing yourself into a different feeling or trying to figure out how to get into it, another option is letting that feeling or thought of trying to figure it out be the signal to invite the feeling you want.
is to get as clear and detailed as I can about how I believe reality operates?
That's an option which people take everyday when they assume reality as being a harsh, unforgiving existence. Results show it as true, and they continue to see results that show them "this is how it works".

Something more recommended and less "shooting in the dark" is starting from base knowledge like this and proceeding from there.

If so, that feels like a real mind-trap for me, where I get too caught up in trying to figure out how it works, needing to know how it works, etc...
It can turn this way. It's not really about finding how it really works, because, in my opinion, the real working is before perception and experience, so it's not something you can figure out but rather have a best guess at given natural conclusions. As far as I know, it's possible to get close enough that you experience it all as an illusion, but not beyond the horizon. Reality is expansive enough that the answer can be anything, just as "life is a endless struggle" is the answer for many. In the same way experience can say "reality works like this" is ultimately illusory because that's an experience of perception. Starting more fundamental helps. For example, Source/God is ultimately one-thing completeness because it's the stable structure everything exists because of. Starting there and proceeding can have some interesting implications. Soft-pedaling perception with current knowledge is important here, or with any philosophy that requires a big jump in defining life.
Yeah. That (thinking about the expansive nature of existence) is pretty limited in its ability to make me feel good.
I felt the same way. The more I learn the better it gets, as far as genuine awe.
I can always modify my affirmations as I go on, if I want/need to.
Absolutely. It's never too late to clean up the results of any messy or unforeseen results from intentions.
Really interested by this, and, again, not 100% sure what you're saying. Can you elaborate on it?
Two common ideas in LOA communities are
- You need to convince your subconscious to "get with the program" to manifest, and if you don't then it won't happen or things might go wrong through some negative program that conditions how it happens.
- You ask the universe to do it and if it is compliant with "laws" like free will or "divine order", then it will happen in line with "diving timing".
Operating on knowledge that is less complete has the implication of obeying lesser laws and more limited views of how life works or who you are in the midst of it. The WHO is the most important aspect of manifesting or anything else in life. Here's an example.
doesn't bring it to me, at least not immediately, unless the conditions are right.
It all comes down to mastery.
is that I seem to be thinking and feeling generally more and more the way I want to be. :)
Good to hear :)
These pictures you're linking are John Paolucci-related stuff, right?
Yes they are. I think they're nice so I asked his permission to use them for non-profit, educational purposes.
...
Sure.
Yes, AFG, APP and past works are all the same base material, but with a different example and variations variations in how things are taught. Iirc it went dream car, magical painting, and now magical money as the example. At this point, the Q&A is considered an update of the material until the new material comes out. The Q&A is useful because it addresses questions from readers, which sometimes aren't answered in the main texts. I'm sure he's being literal about manifesting from thin air. "Yes, I mean real magic out of thin air, not just magic as an enchanting analogy."
It wouldn't be consistent to propose "you are the source, therefore you are above every systemic (rule) in the universe" then say it isn't possible. There can't be any permanent boundaries that makes it impossible, then. I think it is as simple as realizing that, because UL/Source/Brahman is that simple. While I haven't manifested anything out of thin air, the degree of my manifestations improve the more I realize this. Simply remembering has gotten me out of several situations. Whenever I speak to John, he is always answering with that in mind. He'll touch on lesser truths to answer in different contexts but bring it back to UL. Page 28 of the Q&A, for instance.
From the perspective of UL (or even Brahman info in some vedic texts), lesser procedures could be deemed erroneous. Although there is a piece that is available with which to view other procedures differently. Because UL is unlimited-possibility, complete and indivisible, all variations in the universe are pure integrity. From that perspective, there is no less integrity to doing standard procedures VS looking to UL. Practically, things don't always pan out this way, but as always, there are many ways up the mountain. I agree with your interpretation. "This is it". The remedial procedures are there to help for when you go "here I am" and nothing changes. Of course, whatever you choose to do in your journey of spiritual growth/self mastery is that full integrity.
...
I'm not sure I "get" these first 2 questions. Also, I take things like LOA being real very seriously, so I may not give very down-to-Earth answers. This is probably the hardest set of questions for me to answer since I got back on Reddit, as I'm going through a lot of nuances in self-mastery right now. This response got too long, so I'm going to answer from a my-experience-thus-far perspective rather than what I was doing.
Oops, I tried to make it shorter and now it's over 5500 characters. Sorry about that.
If I can theoretically manifest out of thin air, but have not done so and do not really expect to do so, why should I expect to manifest desired conditions even in a way that doesn't defy natural laws?
This is how I got to "OK, this makes sense enough for me to leave perception alone".
One-thing (everything having a common denominator, and it eventually leading to one-thing) was a given for me. Was something I always "felt" very subtly but never really thought about (many spiritual systems that say everything is ultimately one thing helped as well). Seeing that the final common denominator is all things because it's the foundation made sense as well. Thus, it contains all variations. Seeing that it was indivisible and all-pervasive made sense. For me, that's enough for me to expect to not be (fundamentally) bound by anything. As much as my experience can disagree, One-thing and the implications of that doesn't change to me. As a side note, I remember in my early years when I was religious and reading about how God is omnipresent and ultimately one thing and puzzled about how nobody cared to consider the implications of that.
It's all just wave, there's no fundamental difference between attracting one million dollars into my bank account and causing it to appear magically, so if I don't believe I can do the latter, why should I believe that I can do the former? Again, is it simply because my belief in natural laws is so strong?
Instead of tackling one belief at a time, I like to take care of the foundation. By tearing down (still a WIP) the big fear constructs, numerous other structures fall. Then there is less "How can I manifest money" question. When "small" questions present themselves, there's the "I'm the only one who can answer that" statement to answer all of them.
It can also be said that it's a big proof-loop against you. But Johns' material is all about not buying into limitations and boundaries, and the idea of a proof-loop working against you is a boundary. The idea of the proof-loop working against you is an idea that works against you due to the vacuum nozzle, as well. This may be what religious texts mean when they say to purge doubt and negative thoughts. "Only look to God" could be like "Only look to One-Thing" or "Remain in the awareness "I am Brahman-Self".
And what about that "hierarchy of beings"? Paolucci speaks of "beings" that are the "natural laws." If I do manage to defy a natural law, what has taken place in terms of line, wave, and consciousness/belief?
You, forgetting that you are you (being above all systemics, including even the highest beings), putting yourself in a situation of "less-than" to eventually grow from. From another perspective, you as realm-being looking to the world, going "this is how it is" then experiencing that circumstance further. Without more complete knowledge, concluding that "it is what it is" producing a proof-loop.
I remembered something John said which is relevant here:
1: UL ONE thing vibrates and becomes conscious of itself – consciousness. #2: I AM – ONE all-person. #3: “Now I become” – intention – or “I want to be variations.”
"This didn't just happen a very long time ago. It’s something going on always right now every instant that line bends as a wave – coming from UL. The beginning and end of the universe is always right now. Since there’s no structural reality to a separation between an emerging localized realm being in human form and ONE all-person, #1 through #3 is a very intimate personal process in everyone right this instant to design their life."
Also, pg 28 and on of AFG pt 1 addressing the "Third Law Of Universal Line" may be worth a look at.
Does it just take a great deal of faith / self-mastery to recognize that I can vibrate myself into a realm of being where those "natural law" beings aren't assigned as much authority as we have been assigning to them in this current existence?
There's the whole "processes of arriving" thing. "I need x, y, z, and a before I can do b". Over the years, I've heard the notion of "the cosmic joke" explained in various flavors. I feel like, for me, when I fully realize "This is it" I'll experience a huge cosmic joke moment. UL is indivisible and all-pervasive, each part is the whole. Fully present, fully in charge, now. "This is it". Even now you can reverse those authorities.
Systemics of "faith" "self-mastery" "needing to get to a certain point" "natural law" "beings" "authority" "great deal" "assigned" etc aren't there when looking to UL/One-thing. Wave (those systemics being present on your side) can be present when looking to it, but you looking to UL isn't those things. I can't even explain what that even means yet because it's still a new and alien experience to me, unfortunately. "I was acting as OAP but nothing happened? What gives?" This area can get really strange. Q&A - End of pg 13 up to mid pg 14.
With all due respect to Paolucci, he gives what I would describe as a complete non-answer to the question:
There may be somewhere in the Q&A where this is addressed more. If not, maybe your potential upcoming email to him makes it to the Q&A :)
In other words, "Stop questioning it." But it's a legitimate question, is it not? Maybe Universal Line / Law of Attraction just somehow ensures that no two seemingly separate consciousnesses can possibly rendezvous for an interaction regarding a topic around which their expectations are so starkly opposed.
Your conclusion is and isn't the answer. That's the funny part. There's a variation where "Person "breaks" natural laws in front of non-believer" exists, however. Completeness means nothing mission, including a variation of such. Things get confusing when they get abstract.
With all due respect to Paolucci, he gives what I would describe as a complete non-answer to the question
I can see how you arrive at this conclusion. I agree that there are better answers.
It sounds like you have contacted Paolucci and received replies, so perhaps I should run these questions by Paolucci himself, too. Cheers!
He doesn't bite most of the time :) He will redirect you back to the book if it's there. He's done that for me on several occasions. He also sometimes go slightly non-PC to get a point across in my experience though. For instance, I asked him something months ago concerning other's perceptions or words towards me:
Another view is that there is only ONE voice speaking in the universe, no matter where it seems to be coming from locally. Taking yourself that way neutralizes morality because they're your words. Okay you cheap whore? ;-)
Anyways, busy past few days has me exhausted, and I didn't give as good of an answer as I wanted.
...
*Q: Well, he replied very quickly!
- Me: If I am UL / One All Person, then there should be no real difference between materializing, say, a million dollars out of thin air, vs having a million dollars somehow find its way into my bank account in a more "believable" fashion. I have successfully effected "manifestations" of the more believable variety before, so I believe I can do that. But I seriously doubt my ability to defy natural law. But if I doubt my ability to defy natural law, then am I not doubting my identity as UL / One All Person, and thus doubting my power in all its capacities? Why should I be more confident that I can successfully command something "believable" than something "magical"? Is it simply because my own belief in natural law is so strong?
John: It comes down to aligning yourself with non-change facts of who you are. By who, I mean WHO as ONE all-person. Then, evaluations based on perception, experience, and events, are irrelevant. It will be good to expand your definition of natural law to the nature of ONE all-person. As ONE all-person is all-pervasive, there is no such thing as un-natural law. “Out of thin air” is the Law. It’s how ONE all-person does everything. - Me: Suppose there are two localized realm-beings, let's call them Alice and Bob. Alice is very much in touch with her identity as UL / One All Person and thus with her all-pervading power. Bob, on the other hand, is a die-hard materialist and skeptic. Alice and Bob are in the same room and Alice decides she is going to defy gravity and levitate, in front of Bob's eyes. But this is not possible from Bob's perspective and so it shouldn't be able to happen in his dream. So, what happens? Before I encountered your material my assumption on this was that Law of Attraction (or whatever you want to call it) will ensure that no two consciousnesses will ever rendezvous to interact on a topic on which their expectations are so starkly opposed. However, on the other hand it seems that if UL encompasses all variations of wave, then one believer showing "magic" to a non-believer ought to be a variation of wave that's included in there somewhere. If so, what is happening? Either Alice or Bob has to have their expectations for their dream completely shattered, right? So, what happens?
- John: Everyone is on a line of expansion. Bob can’t stand still in his beliefs. At some point in Bob’s evolution to Godhead, he’s going to encounter a so-called supernatural event. If his Host’s (messenger guides) decide he’s ready, an Alice will show up. Bob will most likely be very surprised. On his line of expansion, in time, he will come to know it as common-place. However, a more complete truth is that right now, me, Alice, and Bob, are YOUR private dream going however you want it to go. We can agree on rules of how the universe works, but all alone, as the sole rule-maker, it’s 100% your call. Its always 100% your dream always already right now, even if you forget and imagine it belongs only to a Bob and Alice. So what I’m saying here is that you haven't taken the idea of your private dream far enough. It’s so close to you that you missed it. THIS IS IT. Enjoy.*
“Out of thin air” is the Law. It’s how ONE all-person does everything.
To accompany this:
This didn't just happen a very long time ago. It’s something going on always right now every instant that line bends as a wave – coming from UL. The beginning and end of the universe is always right now. Since there’s no structural reality to a separation between an emerging localized realm being in human form and ONE all-person, #1 through #3 is a very intimate personal process in everyone right this instant to design their life.
It’s so close to you that you missed it.
Reminds me of most people's perception of LOA as a whole. People label themselves as a victim very quickly because the idea that their circumstances are due to them is jarring. Interesting answers. I hope he illustrates it and/or puts it in the Q&A. I always enjoy reading the Q&A.
POST: [deleted by user] (/r/lawofattraction/)
Intention -> Reality = LOA.
The act of desiring something then doing it, even through regular means, is an act of intention to change reality. There's no structural difference between taking action to get something vs using intention to "align yourself" with it "just happening". Both are manifesting, just different degrees. Both is using your on-the-fly reality-restructuring ability.
The term is generally made exclusive to more "magical" circumstances but the more you add to your repertoire of manifestation experiences, the better. Even more mundane "I wanted some chips so I went and bought some" is intention and manifestation, although a much more mundane form of it.
LOA/Manifesting as a whole is very free-form, so there's no need to overthink or accurately conclude. The act of thinking you have to accurately conclude what is/isn't with LOA (and the mental spinning that occurs as a result) is a command to your universe to alter (even if only a little) future circumstances.
bc there’s info out there that makes it seem like not acting is the way to go for attracting what you want.
There's every bit of info "out there" to confirm what you want to know or otherwise. Info appearing to confirm or deny what you know/think you know is an act of manifestation, regardless of how subtle it can get.
POST: How to Manifest within a short period? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Regardless of technique or method, it always comes down to your intention and your conviction and realization in principles such as LOA. There's no "activating" technique that's necessary to somehow go "hey, make sure it happens at x date". Rather, your intention and your view of how the universe works is what matters. My best suggestion (for self-mastery as a whole, actually) is building up on that knowledge.
POST: How to get over an ex using LOA (/r/lawofattraction/)
How useful LOA is in each practical circumstances comes down to how pervasive you view more abstract aspects of life.
Since LOA is a 24/7/365 structure, any experience that is "keeps me from moving on" is that LOA. Any experience of "getting over it, moving on" is that LOA. It's here, there, now, before, later. All of it. As such, there is numerous ways to handle it, and even the standard procedures are that aspect of intention -> reality.
A simple procedure is to simply be and let that being however you are (including doubts, negative thoughts, fears, mental spinning, whatever) be the signal to produce circumstances which result in the "getting over it" experience. This can be applied to anything as it's your intention that is the main driver of how it's used.
Commonly, LOA is said to be about "high vibrations" and needing to get into those to manifest. However, knowledge has organizing power. Knowing all impulses of events, including "low vibrations" are the same integrity as anything else means you can use anything for any manifestation. Bodily sensations, a stream of thoughts, etc. All are applicable.
POST: Is it possible to like the result while hating the process at the same time !? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Yes. Most people with a standard view of life function this way. They struggle or limit what they can do for the sake of (hopefully) obtaining something, often a material item. The same applies to LOA because it's all about the WHO that is doing it. Especially if that person is new to LOA and hasn't taken LOA seriously enough to change their view of how life works.
POST: Will this work? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Vibrations is a sort of a buzzword in the LOA community. Focusing on them isn't important, or even necessary. There's a ton of fluff (unnecessary or good-feeling non practical information) in the LOA community.
That being said, your best option is learning why it's fundamentally possible for anything to be done. Then you won't have to rely on the words of people who may not know what they're talking about. Which isn't to be mean to anyone, however, bad information helps no one.
POST: Attracting good grades and... (/r/lawofattraction/)
Manifesting intelligence is possible. Manifesting the right information that shows you exactly what you need to know is possible. Manifesting people who will show you/tell you. Manifesting just knowing the information when you need it is possible. Really, there's numerous options. It comes down to your level of self-mastery (which is also external mastery).
Same goes for binge-eating and losing weight, numerous degrees of how it can happen. Just as someone can unknowingly manifest circumstances that lead them to gaining weight or binge eating, the same can happen for not binge eating or losing weight.
POST: What are some examples of things you may manifest into your life using LOA and how to do it? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Intelligence. Creativity. Money. Relationships. Anxiety. Depression. Getting over something. It's applicable to any area of life.
how to do it?
Same thing everything else ever is done. Intention first. How things happen as a result from that intention (purely coincidental events that lead you where you need to be, syncs that take a "magical" flavor, you just "knowing", it instantly happening and so on) depends on the depth of your knowing.
POST: Is the law of attraction work even if it’s bad? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Is the law of attraction work even if it’s bad?
If LOA was a purely good-vibe thing like most make it seem to be, then what would explain people who experience negative things? It just happens out of a void?
LOA (rather, the mechanism of manifesting as a whole, not just the concept of LOA) is 365/24/7 every second of all time, including the bad.
POST: How to start manifesting (/r/lawofattraction/)
As manifesting is a purely personal act, you'll always get the most complete results looking within yourself (that includes external results from looking within, because both are the same). While I don't think meditation is necessary, possibly not even that important (in my experience I rarely do it), the suggestion to meditate can be important for developing greater self awareness. The option to manifest self awareness is possible as well.
There is no manifesting correctly, to me. Even the lack of a manifestation is a manifestation. A good start is noting that your idea of "when I manifest, things go wrong" is a manifestation-promoting idea, because truthfully, it's a 24/7 mechanism. The depth that you experience this 24/7-ness comes down to what you truly know, which can be confirmed from the results you experience in your life (including inner). Bridging the gap of knowing that manifestation is 24/7 (you always-already are doing it), as well as that which you intend in this moment is part of manifestation, is a good place to start in this case.
POST: Manifest a specific person/the universe giving me hope for jokes?? (/r/lawofattraction/)
Your idea of externalizing the universe as something that "plays jokes on you" is certainly a limitation. The universe is you, which is an important distinction to make, and all external issues are symbols of internal issues or inconsistencies. So when you say "I'm ready for love" and something inside of yourself keeps him as a possibility or secretly yearns for him, that result is none other than you utilizing the indivisible (uni-verse), all-pervasive nature of the universe.
You can practice self love all day but if you have a victim-based belief, the idea of you being a victim can override that, even moreso as nearly everyone is trained to be "glass half-empty".
Starting off by investigating how you see life, the universe, and yourself (including what you conclude you have to deal with) as a consequence is a good start. Eventually, you may be inspired to consider more expansive information.
POST: Eerie coincidences regarding other people's lives... (/r/lawofattraction/)
I've had this, but with a different aspect. I would intend for something for myself, and see that someone else had that exact thing. Like you said, too often to be a coincidence.
but I wonder if there's a little bit of pity in these things?
One thing about LOA or manifestation in general that isn't mentioned often is that it's highly modular. People add "storylines" to their life without knowing it. This includes things like "me pitying people leads to the opposite" or "I find it hard to find success in x, y, z". LOA/manifesting isn't a set in stone thing, it is different for everyone.
That's why I'm trying to figure out what's going on.
You can go about this "storyline" if you want, but it all starts from your intention, not a "universal sign" or something similar that may be mentioned here. Essentially, the thing to "figure out" is not an "out there" thing. In similar fashion, figuring out what's going on could be a very externally-oriented experience. It depends on what storylines you've intented. A simple way to handle this is to go for the intention of having this resolved. If a thought comes up "what if the opposite happens?" you can remain neutral to it. Your intention would be for the resolution, not for the opposite, so it can be left alone.
Not everyone has been nice to me and I don't want a stray thought I don't mean to manifest in the opposite way for those people
It is your intent placed on the thoughts, not the thought itself that matters. There are often things we believe or act on that are so close to us that we miss it every time. Perhaps you have a subtle intention or "storyline" generated from an experience that still persists itself without your knowing. If a thought comes out of nowhere you don't like, you can remain neutral to it. The common reaction on here and in general is to react to a negative thought or get worried. You can look at it like seeing something on the internet you don't like. Scrolling down or closing the tab are both just actions away, so it doesn't get much of your intention.
Can someone, especially someone who's an expert, help me? What's going on??
Despite very popular conception, LOA isn't a strictly "figure out what's going on "out there in the universe" to use "down here"" sort of thing. It's deeply personal. Even the experience of it being something "out there" to figure out and learn about is an experience that is generated from the individual.
I don't believe in vibrations or other versions since I haven't found they line up with my experience.
I find they complicate things. Also, there's more than enough "bad" people in the world who experience "good" things to show that it's more nuanced than just being happy-go-lucky all day to manifest.
The thing is, honing in on pity being the common emotion is my attempt to understand why this was happening, especially initially.
Whatever works for you. It's never too late to switch gears, so there's nothing to lose.
that there is a storyline (perhaps not the same storyline across the board) that may have caused it?
Ideas you may have picked up over your life about "how the universe works" or "who I am in it" would be the "storyline" behind it. You can explore this as much as you want, but it quickly becomes a hide and seek game.
I don't remember having any storyline attached to many of these coincidences.
They don't need to be something you've consciously acknowledged. Growing up in poverty gives the person a storyline of "money is hard to acquire", for instance, even if they never thought about it. You may find out things about yourself in the coming years that you didn't know you thought. Another perspective is that it could've been pre-arranged before this life for you to experience for whatever reason. It depends on whichever storyline appeals to your personality. Absolutely anything could be true.
How do you think the other's manifest?
How it happened is extremely personal. It all falls under intention, no matter how abstract or close to you it is. If you're looking to generate an answer, you can set your intention to manifest the answer. Whichever results comes up will let you know what's really going on inside of you, including no results.
It seems like you're saying that they're might be hidden storylines/rules that contributed to those outcomes that truly felt out of the blue...or there could be other explanations like previous lives or destiny because it's we has humans don't know, correct?
It could be absolutely anything. It goes as far as you're willing to investigate, and any results you get from investigating it (even no results) is feedback. It goes as far, and beyond, as overriding previous life "karma" or anything else, as well as destiny.
but do you think that if you can't accept a future without your intentions coming true, that that's a good indicator that you aren't ready to "manifest" it and probably won't? And if not, why do you think?
I know this is a non-answer, but you could take whatever answer/feeling you get inside of yourself and intend for what you want regardless of what it says. If you want to set behavioral rules that indicate you have to be acting or thinking a certain way or have to have a certain feeling inside of you go away for it to happen, you can. That's a more complicated path, one that the vast majority partake in. For many, putting themselves in the midst of complicated and potentially unpredictable circumstances makes them feel more in control. Letting go of the wheel (which is a form of control itself) strikes most as utterly asinine.
in your opinion/experience, do you think visualizations can come to life exactly?
They can. I'll be frank and say that if anyone says otherwise, their knowledge is founded upon shaky or unsure foundation. Results will follow what you truly know, and blind spot knowledge will translate to blind spot results.
How do you, personally, solidify your intentions without doubts and limitations of what society and the world has taught you?
What I do is different from what most do. This is just one way to go about it. I don't do anything about the doubts. What I am intending has nothing to do with the doubts, so I don't engage in them. The popular idea that doubts block your way to any manifestation is just an idea, a program that could be enlivened if acted on. You could build the intention that whatever your intention, it will "reach through" any and all doubts or fears you have. It's not really for the faint of heart. Conversely, doubts have less significance. It's been good for training me to be more neutral to whatever happens or doesn't.
Are you never affected by doubt?
Doubts get me here and there.
And if so, how do you make sure the doubts don't persist?
Answered above. Whether the doubts persist or don't isn't a huge difference to me. That being said, they'll lower in intensity as you move to another system for perceiving and acting upon the world.
And have you had an intentions not show up/fail? If so, how had this not contributed to your doubts?
Yes. Well, the lack of results is a result itself. No manifestation is a manifestation. It doesn't indicate "this stuff doesn't work" or "what you're trying to intend is impossible". It only indicates where you're truly at on the inside. Negative external life = negative internal life (this isn't a literal "if you're a negative person your world will be negative". There are many negative people who succeed, much to the disappointment of a lot of /r/lawofattraction users. It's not simply being positive or negative, it's your intentions about how the universe works.)
And lastly, were you or are you, wary of being 'delusional'?
I used to be, to the point of having existential crisis for days/weeks on end. I've come to conclude that part of what makes life worth living for me is to believe what I want. I figured, if the truth of the world was ultimately malicious, then I'll act on the information I want to. My personal integrity was enlivened by that stance. Also it seems to be working pretty well so far, so it's not like my initial 'delusions' were without results :) If my results thus far are the result of mere delusions, then I'm happy to keep immersing myself in them. I take my own happiness and personal integrity very seriously.
you might say a lack of a favorable result is the intention not being strong enough or there are other intentions/doubts (beliefs, worries, rules) that may be coming in the way.
That's what I would have said in the past. It's often the standard view in /r/lawofattraction, that something has to go away before the manifestation could happen. Because of the hide and seek game and what the bottom line of existence means, the idea that doubts bring issues is an idea, not something fundamental. Although this mechanism is deeply integrated into the current experience of humans on this planet, it doesn't have to apply. No matter how bad doubts or fear gets, the knowledge you act on of what they mean will matter.
Why not?
Caveat: All possibilities exist :) Exercise caution when acting on limiting beliefs. On it's own, whatever happens is whatever happens. Because you are deeply connected to all of it, what you decide it means will shape what it means. It may not necessarily instantly transform it all, that depends on the individuals self-mastery. Of course, things are so modular that it can work the opposite way, things seeming to have intrinsic meaning. Because anything can mean anything, I like to keep the principle first, as foundation is where everything comes from and remains grounded to.
I would really, really appreciate suggestions you might have to overcome this fear of high expectations/intentions.
Concerning expectations about what may or may not happen, I intended to be on a smoother path, so that challenges wouldn't be so ridiculous. It took more than a few existential crisis - sometimes lasting days - to get here, and I think I'd rather not do that again. Granted, handling it would be totally different now. Otherwise, carefully considering what an indivisible, all-pervasive foundation to existence means has been best for me.
Are you saying that if someone does not perceive any reason for the intention to not be able to fulfilled, then it will be fulfilled. In a "vacuum", an intention is sufficient.
Yes. Regardless of what is done, it would all be intention, just with different restrictions or rules in place, such as the visualization method. Conditioned intention and not acknowledging who is intending (of which conditioned intentions come from, so who is the most important aspect) make all the difference in the world.
Did you have certain experiences that made the foundation an indisputable premise?
Working through why it would exist and how it relates completely to me several times over the course of a year or longer helped. Putting the knowledge to action can have interesting results. Because your comprehension of who is intending is crucial, what happens or doesn't happen all comes from that, that includes things that happen in your world even if you aren't actively intending.
and/or resources that helped. I'm kind of on a similar path :)
While considered extreme by a good chunk of who I've talked to, and who deviates from the general narrative of LoA communities, John Paolucci is my all-time recommendation. Serious study of the material is enough to get someone to self-sufficiency in manifestation knowledge and application.
I'm sorry, I don't think I understand what this means in the context of fear of high expectations/intentions. Do you mind clarifying?
To circumvent dealing with having high expectations or that manifestation was a "too-big-to-fail" thing which may end badly for me, I intended to have a smooth progression so that I could move around any fears or doubts and smoothly integrate into a new awareness. An exercise you can employ when a thought or belief reveals itself that you deem yourself a victim to, you can recall that your stance has an affect on whether you are a victim of not.
a.) Can/does this person exist?
The foundation of existence itself being completeness means every possible variation is available. If they don't exist in reality-as-it-is-now, there's nothing besides your intention that would say it isn't possible.
b.) Am I good enough for him if he does
Total completeness in the foundation of existence means yes, no, and everything in between and beyond.
how can someone intend a smooth progression for that? It's just this big block you have to reason with
If the bottom-line of your knowledge is that you are an isolated human in a cold world, it'd be a challenge.
This is where I can't seem to escape having high hopes and simultaneously not wanting them (because I don't want to have them crushed), thus creating a block.
That is a quandary. What I would do is not entertain the block. It isn't what you want for your return, so it is irrelevant, even if you can't seem to shake what's going on. This advice could be a slippery slope depending on your personality, or the personality of whoever may be reading this, so caution can be useful. How you perceive blocks and what they mean all comes down to your foundational knowledge of "how the universe works".
How could someone intend the perfect person when it's not really manifestation you can get in "installments", like wealth or height.
For the record, height and money don't need to come in installments. I personally experienced this with height. A common thing in LoA practice, even among those who have been doing it for a decade or longer, is to hang on the what of the manifestation (the object of intention) vs the Who that is intending. Everything in LoA, and life, all comes back to the Who that is doing it. I would recommend being concerned about the development of your self-image. Not in a standard "motivational" sense, but the culmination of who you view yourself to be in relation to the rest of existence. If you look to "when will it be here" you'll be creating strain and unfavorable condition. If you concern yourself with the Who, everything will take care of itself, as it's a reflection of you.
"am I being delusional?"
True. This is something that will continue to happen until you solidify the knowledge in yourself. That includes manifesting the definitive answer(s) that confirm beyond any doubt. When looking to confirm it, a big jump people find themselves eventually at the point of making is that there's a point where you have to come to terms that the ultimate confirmation is beyond perception and experience.
I can't fathom this being a fundamental model of the universe and that it could be this...easy?
A phrase I've seen recently is that this stuff is "too good to be true, yet is (true)". The funny part is that you use this "too good to be true but is true" thing to manifest all the proof you could ever want that it isn't.
If you have any reasoning that helped you with this, I would love to hear it.
Now to take a big jump. I recommend /r/UniversalLine.
Do you mean, if they don't exist it's because you're intention, or your perceived blocks, would be to blame in this model of the universe?
If something doesn't seem immediately evident in perception, it's only because of how you've structured your life up until now. It's also your intention that stops or prolongs this narrative.
If you know way to circumvent this anxiety, I would love to know.
It comes down to how thoroughly you understand information that says "this is possible" and how far you're willing to go to be happy, at least that's how I reasoned it at the time.
"how far you're willing to go to be happy" is just another narrative, one I wouldn't necessarily recommend. Ultimately, doubts and fears are linked to your self-image. You could intend for an answer that satisfies you as well. Manifesting knowledge is a fun way to learn things.
Like an example of where you employed this?
When I intended it, I meant it for life overall. After the intention, things took a theme of being more "easy-going", such that consistent challenge wasn't the flavor of that time. An intention many have as a result of looking to how-the-world-is is that struggle is necessary, and that you have to go through hardship to appreciate/get to better things. It's a lesser truth.
I just noticed each one made its way to me when I stopped thinking about the intention.
Even that event is still something you're secretly the author of. As such, the reason why could be anything.
Have you experienced this or know what might be happening?
I've experienced it. And for the second question, the simplicity in only looking to yourself for any and every cause or event in manifestation is that solving it is no longer an external event. The only thing you have to go to for making the solution is yourself.
I realize this is where the "letting go" adage comes from in LOA
In the world as it is now, we're so concerned with doing something to accomplish something else. It goes against common knowledge that doing nothing would be the thing to do. Letting go is appropriate because you've already made your intention, that's all you have to do.
So I think it's this part I don't understand. I'm sorry, but do you mind clarifying?
The narrative that's going on is prolonged by your active participation (or lack of knowing you can stop it, as is the case most of the time). Surrendering to the current condition is also an intention of "I want to keep being in this".
Is that correct?
Yes. The fundamental source of nearly all doubts being "I'm a lesser being".
what was the exact intention that helped you progress to this more easy-going life?
It's a subtle sense of desire. Felt-sense in the closest word I've seen to describe it. It wasn't a word, image or even an emotion, I'd say. It's very similar to intending to reach for an object. You may not think of the object, make a visual image or feel some sort of vivid emotion concerning it, you just pick it up. The same intention can be applied to manifesting, and vivid emotion or a vivid visual image isn't necessary, although that's the common technique in manifestation communities.
How does that work with other people being part of the same universe who might be supposedly creating with you?
What I did was experiment and went off of those results. While going that way could be backwards, I did that before I was aware of the possibility. After many experiences contradicting free-will and other "laws" that you "can't override or interfere with", it was clear that either I'm all alone, or everyone gets their own personal universe, as these experiences became too commonplace to be coincidence. At that point, you choose whatever is most comfortable.
Me, personally, I go with whatever makes my life more worth living. There's the possibility of the outside world disagreeing with me choosing a premise that makes me happy, but everything's been smooth sailing so far :)
I'm assuming you used and executed this model to get results that made this model reasonable-beyond-doubt?
Yes. Before this, I was into /r/DimensionalJumping and /r/Oneirosophy and I had already experienced things beyond the norm. One thing I did through working with UL materials is curing my life-long skin condition. That one was long-awaited. There was also a time where I woke up in excruciating pain, enough that I was seriously considering going to the hospital. I remembered the materials, and within a minute it was gone. There's other ones I consider impressive, but I've decided I want to not talk about it. I do mention it in posts ~2 years old, if you feel like looking.
I'm not sure just reading the material would be enough to drop my conditioning.
I've been keeping up with the materials for 2 years, there's a lot of layers. I'll reply to your linked posts in the edits.
but the question I wrote upstream which was "can this person exist?"...which, in it's own way, is an intention as well.
Yes.
But to make that leap to believing oneness and to believe yourself as a one-all being is the ultimate raising of hopes.
Perhaps I just look at it in a matter-of-factly manner. An indivisible oneness can't break itself off as a "isolated being", only in perception. Oneness is a common belief in new-age circles, they just don't carefully consider what "indivisible" and "all-pervasive" means. Starting with why two or more things have one thing in common is a fun way to break down how everything is one-thing.
one that makes me feel like I'm on the cusp of being delusional for entertaining it.
Nothing wrong with entertaining outlandish ideas. There's always ample time to back out. If you do back out, you'll gain a stronger sense of self: "Whew, my marbles are still intact seeing as I didn't fall for that".
Even to build a smaller victories (while not mentally based on the idea Oneness), I have to raise hopes
This is an intention; a command. "build" "small" "victories"
What do you suggest?
When I am overwhelmed, I remain how I am and let my being-how-I-am clean up the mess. You could also go for "However I am now" to simplify your progression. There's no "If I'm not this thing, then what if nothing happens?" or anything else at that point. Even if you aren't a one all-person, mentally spinning like that still is a command. The return could come as a piece of knowledge that, whether you entertain UL material or not, will aid your progression. It could be a sudden "weight lifted off of my shoulders".
This might be likened to what I did before, intending for a smooth progression such that a massive leap of faith wasn't apparent.
But you have mentioned that personal experiences and testing has helped direct you in this journey (unless I remember incorrectly).
No, you're correct. That was in reference to before discovering (or rather, before getting better at utilizing) UL materials. Also includes the first ~6 months or so of UL study.
In something like curing your lifelong skin condition, how did you circumvent high expectations (people usually would be emotionally attached to something like this, bringing about doubts/CEDs). Did you choose to try the UL model of being and thus succeed.
This was done post-UL materials, roughly 6 months ago.
And if you didn't try, but purely intend as WHO, what changed to make you try it now and succeed compared to before?
I would say it came down to my understanding of putting Who first. I said this in the post linked above:
A phrase I love to use is "knowledge has organizing power". Simply knowing better is enough to attract better situations without effort. The more you know and understand certain things the better your manifestations are and life in general.
Since I think you mentioned LOA being first in line of things you explored, did you ever trying using LOA logic?
My first manifestation success was through conventional LOA methods. I tried it for the skin condition several times, but any results were temporary.
If so, what made thinking from WHO work as opposed to your use of LOA principles? Did CEDs pop up incessantly because the logic is less stable so to speak.
CEDs popped up, but "dealing" with them got easier. LOA (the standard LOA methodology, specifically) puts emphasis on having to fight and conquer them, which is fine if you prefer putting demands on yourself and getting through the struggle as a virtue.
Do mean being how-I-am and/or "However I am now is fine" and wait for the dust to settle instead of letting the struggle spin your head? To just accept all self-inflicted blocks and to maybe just intend a clear direction to progression?
No resistance or trying to change what is happening, letting acting on principle clear it up. Don't need to wait for it to clear because your manifestation, and you intending and acting on whatever knowledge you choose to act on, can happen regardless of what is going on.
I'm sorry you have to dumb down your explanations for me!
I don't see it as dumbing down. Incompatibilities in understanding could mean both people think and express themselves in different, yet unique, ways.
I guess, I'm wondering if you meant "this thing" meant "one-all being" in this sentence: "If I'm not this thing, then what if nothing happens?"
Yes, that's what I meant. No expectations placed, just the intention itself. It is literally do nothing at that point.
I promise I nearing the end of my questions, please let me know if I'm asking too many.
It's fine, I have several conversations on here that are more than a couple months old.
Ah, so I was wondering that, if those victories helped, wouldn't it be useful for me? Or are you saying that since I know of UL now, I should allow my WHOness to manifest a more natural understanding than to more seek proof?
To stick with a UL perspective, whatever choice you make is the right one. It comes down to how much boundaries you're willing to accept.
So instead of fighting/conquering them, you deal with them by saying that no matter what doubts/CEDs pop up, your intention will go through regardless because they have nothing to do with your intention?
Yes. Even fighting doubts/fears/CEDs is an intention.
Are you saying that I should set an intention to have this concept click and then just go on my merry way (as opposed to constantly trying to figure it out by spinning in my head), and see what happens? Therefore I am not resisting or trying to change anything?
To:
Do mean being how-I-am and/or "However I am now is fine" and wait for the dust to settle instead of letting the struggle spin your head? To just accept all self-inflicted blocks and to maybe just intend a clear direction to progression?
I say that you should not look to "head spinning" "struggle" or anything else when you're doing whatever manifestation procedure you're doing. It's beside the point of what you want to accomplish. You remain however you are to clean it up. LOA philosophies center around having to fight boundaries, so this advice would not be apt in that system. A key difference in UL materials that makes treating boundaries/doubts/fears/CEDs as a non-issue is the new additions of the FL spin on things. LOA/new age circles often have those who look to "source" as "the base of existence". Yet they don't take it far enough. UL material takes it more seriously. Instead of grappling with any number of boundaries that could come up, you recognize the aspect of infinite intelligence, that FL perfectly holds your intention and your being your FL state perfectly, and then simply be that to fix everything.
Let me know if this explanation is better.
How does one deal with things not going the way of their intention? How do you deal with that?
Starting off by recognize Who is behind "things not going my way" places your attention back where it is important. Even if you are a isolated being and external happenings have nothing to do with you personally, putting the control back to where it is important, you, is helpful regardless. What you do at this point is up to you and what fulfills you. John recommends handling it in the way that is available to you based on available resources (I.E. If your car acts up, take it to a mechanic). Others may not want to do that, they may want to test themselves in the midst of the event. If the car acts up, manifest something that will help out with/fix the event.
what do you personally do - or what can others do - to set course once they realize where the storyline is contradicting them...or if they can't find anything storyline mucking things up?
Putting your focus back on first cause-substance (you) is a good start. Again, whatever you do after that comes down to where you are on your path of self-knowledge/what fulfills you. I'd recommend remaining however you are and letting that fix the issue.
X doesn't come to be. You notice. Self-introspection is in order.
This is a delicate point that upsets many people, but results or no results, the source is still You. If something goes right, wrong, horrible, beyond all expectations and everything inbetween.
What can a person do, or what would you do, to set the course back to a successful return?
If doubt of the premise is happening, whatever the system may be (even conventional materialism) looking back at the foundation of whatever the system is is what I would do. In UL materials, that means looking at how everything is One-thing, and how I am One-thing.
Also, I have anxiety (CED) of time passing and my intentions have a bit of a desperation to them. Trying to use the framework of the FL doesn't seem to quell the anxiety. It's a vicious circle I don't know my way out of.
Whenever doubts come up for me, it's useful to consider that my backing isn't simply me-as-/u/OmegaAces. My backing/who I fundamentally am, is FL/Krishna/"I AM"/UL/Brahman, the first cause-substance. That includes anxiety, fear, depression, and any other issue that seems to hinder manifestation/self-work. The doubts/fears are just a result/manifestation of Who I know myself to be. Because infinite intelligence is what it is, I can remain in the middle of these things and let it be taken care of, rather than going through the endless systemic paths associated with these things.
do you, at this point, ever doubt the UL or One-thing system or even the manifesting-as-real view of the world?
Yes, but not manifesting-as-real.
I mean, has any lack of a result or other experience since going through the year of grappling with existential questions, made you doubt what you concluded to be true?
Yes. At this point though, the outside being an effect of the inside (the cause) is sufficient feedback for me. It's been a consistent enough basis for self-work that I'm comfortable with it. Like I said previously, if it were not to be true, it's consistent and 'solid' enough that I'd opt for that for the sake of my personal integrity.
Essentially, has a result (or lack there-of) or an experience made you pause after settling on the UL system/manifestation view of the universe?
Yes. What happens not long after experiencing these moments is I discover a new piece of information (often times internally, a sudden realization or thought) that clears everything up. It brings my baseline of knowing higher.
POST: Can someone explain how reality is a dream and I'm a God because I'm made of source energy. (/r/lawofattraction/)
One total thing never stops being one total thing, even when it becomes individual variations.
When Source/One-thing/Brahman/God (although, God is a being comprised of change-based aspects, so it's not quite the same thing as Source or One-thing, which are comprised of non-change aspects. I just put it there because it's also a common term) becomes everything else in existence, everything is always that thing because it's the fundamental backing to all of reality. If it wasn't there, reality wouldn't exist. Everything must be underlined and be that.
Thus, everything is that.
A big jump in defining source is defining it as a who, and not a what. When it's defined as a what (A fabric of existence that's just there) rather than a who (That fabric of existence is personal, rather than just being "that which you came from"), there is limitation. It goes over a lot of heads, but Neville defines the source ("I AM") as a who. Furthermore, it is indivisible and all-pervasive. It is always one-thing, even in a separated world, everything is that. There is no "this isn't source, it's some 2nd thing". There is no spoon [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAXtO5dMqEI&feature=youtu.be]. Since it is indivisible, you are that, completely.
The idea comes with a lot of implications, a handful of which are uncomfortable. It's like taking responsibility, moving out, and paying your own bills, but on a more fundamental level. Just like LOA teaches you responsibility in watching who you are, this does as well. Here's an image that goes into some of the dynamics of the implications [missing]. The image is from John Paolucci.
POST: Dimensional Jumping techniques are not working so far!!! (/r/DimensionJumping/)
who over what. The who doing the technique is what matters. You could eat a pizza as a technique. It's about the who. Who is who you perceive yourself to be in relation to the rest of existence. This also includes what boundaries (perceived rules/limitations) you act on. Knowledge has organizing power, and everyone acts on what they know. If you're getting no results, "no knowledge" is what's going on inside of you.
I recommend reading through the stickied posts in r/DimensionalJumping, the links linked in those stickied posts, and the top posts of that subreddit. The knowledge behind the action is more important than the action itself.

Cured myself of chronic fatigue (r/NevilleGoddard)
Hey all,
I'm very pleased to read all of the success stories that have been posted here lately so I figured I would share a recent one of my own. I'm an otherwise healthy and fit young male, but had suffered from pretty terrible chronic fatigue for a couple of years. I would sleep 10 hours a night and still wake up tired and drag throughout the day. Even coffee would knock me out and put me to sleep. It was really affecting my ability to work, to have a social life, and to just enjoy myself. As a side note I've also been into Neville and LOA for maybe 6 months and have experienced various successes. Anyway, one day I came home from work and was just feeling burned out and tired and needing a nap, per usual. I finally said enough with this. I laid down on my bed like I was going to take a nap, but instead really concentrated on this problem being over. I focused on having tons of energy, and repeat all of this to myself in my mind. I don't think I had any visuals. After what must have been about 15 minutes I literally just got up and had energy again out of nowhere. This energy lasted through the remainder of the day. The same thing happened again where I came home from work exhausted and lacking energy. I remembered how successful it had been last time, so I repeated my previous process. I'm extremely happy to say that my problem is solved. I do not have the fatigue issues anymore.
I'm loaded with energy all of the time. I'm easily waking up at 6am, I'm high energy all day at work, and I can keep it up well into the night. Nothing seems to drag me down. I went out all of yesterday and last night, drank what would seem to be an absurd amount of alcohol for anyone else, then walked around the city beaming and full of energy. Honestly all I did was change what I was telling myself. My "internal dialogue went from I am exhausted, to I have tons of energy, and then so did my experience. This all happened in a very short time period. It took maybe a week to notice the full effect.
Trust that this is real and it works.
Manifested my college friends (r/NevilleGoddard)
I was a bit bored earlier in the day and began thinking of my college roommates from senior year and how nice it would be to see them. We used to hangout quite a bit, but it has decreased over the years. It has been months since I have seen or talked to them.
Out of nowhere I get text tonight from one of the roommates directed at the entire group from that apartment, and everyone responded within minutes. I had already forgotten I had even thought about them. Manifested the conversation in the same day, with really no effort other than pondering them for a minute or two and thinking we should see each other. I actually do this quite a bit. Almost any time I think I would like to see or talk to someone I know they reach out to me, sometimes within minutes, but usually within a day. Even if it is uncharacteristic for them to do so
Owls (r/DimensionJumping)
I did the Owls of Eternity exercise about a year ago. After roughly a week a saw my first owl, steadily increasing for about two weeks after that until they sort of stopped appearing.
Now it’s one year later approximately and I’m seeing more owls than I ever did back then. I must have seen 15 owls today. The kicker is I didn’t even do the owl exercise again. However I have been thinking about DJ, and asserting a few other facts. I guess I really associate all of this with owls.

Went to the ALCS on Sunday night. Attempted to manifest a grand slam for JBJ, he didn’t hit one. Was watching the game at home on Tuesday, guess who hits a grand slam.... (r/DimensionalShifting)
Update: JBJ won the ALCS MVP. I have to believe I shifted to this reality where he is now a clutch hitter, this certainly was not the case before.
Technique: literally just decided it would happen. I even remarked to my roommate who was watching with me that he would hit a grand slam. If you know baseball you know this guy typically can’t hit at all, so he seemed like the perfect person to try this with.

POST: Who here actually believe the past can be changed? (/r/NevilleGoddard/)
How would you ever know if the past had changed? Can you go there and see? What we are really concerned with is the effect of the pay on the future, and that is what Neville discusses IMO
Honestly, why should any of things be any more difficult than healing an injury or manifesting an owl for instance, other than the fact that you think it’s more difficult. If imagination is God as Neville says, and you can imagine it, then why couldn’t it be done?
POST: All External Things (Such As Semen Retention, Celibacy, Astrology, Veganism, etc) Are A Trick Of The Mind To Get You Into The Feeling Of The Wish Fulfilled (/r/NevilleGoddard/)
Everyone and everything is you pushed out. That would include an “animal holocaust”. You don’t change the world by going out and protesting or something like that. You change the world by changing your consciousness. Update the facts with your imagination. If you spend all of your time focusing on an “animal holocaust” or in fighting one, you can bet there is going to be one in your experience. I wouldn’t worry about changing a physical diet so much as a mental diet
POST: Time - past, present, future how do I think about the scene after it’s been accomplished (/r/NevilleGoddard/)
Honestly I don’t believe this is that important.
I know I WILL go to work Monday. I don’t need to think of it in the present tense for it to happen. I know I WILL drive home tonight, but I’m not driving home now. These things might seem mundane, but they’re no different from anything else that might be manifested. I wouldn’t worry too much about tense. The things I’ve intentionally manifested I saw them all in the future coming to me. I didn’t think I already had any of them, but I did think it was guaranteed to happen Think of it like slides on a projector. You’ve already loaded the slide for your chosen event. You’re going to encounter it
Really? I thought this was the reason why I’m at a plateau but maybe I just have to wait it out some more.
Yea, it’s all just a way of getting yourself to believe it, or “feel its real”. The most important thing is why it anything works at all, because you are the operant power.
POST: What are your thoughts on sports team's performance? If they aren't performing well, is it because I am Imagining it? (/r/NevilleGoddard/)
Yes, speaking from experience. I changed my beliefs about certain players and saw drastic changes in their performance. I even do it during games
POST: They should teach Neville in school (/r/NevilleGoddard/)
WHO is stopping them from teaching it in schools other than your imagination?
POST: Playing with imagination? (/r/NevilleGoddard/)
My experience is that all my imagination activity has become real in some way, good or bad, wanted or unwanted. The lecture Mental Diets covers this well
POST: What other teachers do you like? (/r/NevilleGoddard/)
I have changed events that were happening to go the way I wanted them to by using JPs techniques. I am very successful with this, to the point that I can call out what will happen out loud to friends by deciding on the spot what I want to happen
POST: How long have you been manifesting? (/r/NevilleGoddard/)
You can only manifest. Everything is a manifestation

When everything is bad, you are in the "lion's den." So you can do what Neville taught. It is hard, but not impossible. I have done it. The results will transform your life:
"The story of Daniel is the story of every man. It is recorded that Daniel, while locked in the lions’ den, turned his back upon the hungry beasts; and with his vision turned toward the light coining from above he prayed to the one and only God. The lions who were purposely starved for the feast remained powerless to hurt the prophet. Daniel’s faith in God was so great that it finally brought about his freedom and his appointment to a high office in the government of his country. This story was written for you to instruct you in the art of freeing yourself from any problem or prison in the world.
"Most of us on finding ourselves in the lions’ den would be concerned only with the lions, we would not be thinking of any other problem in the whole wide world but that of lions; yet we are told that Daniel turned his back upon them and looked toward the light that was God. If we could follow the example of Daniel while threatened with any dire disaster such as lions, poverty or sickness, if, like Daniel, we could remove our attention to the light that is God, our solutions would be similarly simple.
"For example, if you were imprisoned, no man would need to tell you that what you should desire is freedom. Freedom or rather the desire to be free would be automatic. The same would be true if you found yourself sick or in debt or in any other predicament. Lions represent seemingly unsoluble situations of a threatening nature. Every problem automatically produces its solution in the form of a desire to be free from the problem. Therefore, turn your back upon your problem and focus your attention upon the desired solution by already feeling yourself to be that which you desire. Continue in this belief, and you will find that your prison wall will disappear as you begin to express that which you have become conscious of being.
"I have seen people, apparently hopelessly in debt, apply this principle, and in but a very short time debts that were mountainous were removed. I have also seen those whom doctors had given up as incurable apply this principle and in an incredibly short time their so-called incurable disease vanished and left no scar.
"Look upon your desires as the spoken words of God and every word of prophecy of that which you are capable of being. Do not question whether you are worthy or unworthy to realize these desires. Accept them as they come to you. Give thanks for them as though they were gifts. Feel happy and grateful for having received such wonderful gifts. Then go your way in peace.
"Such simple acceptance of your desires is like the dropping of fertile seed into an ever-prepared soil. When you drop your desire in consciousness as a seed, confident that it shall appear in its full-blown potential, you have done all that is expected of you. To be worried or concerned about the manner of their unfoldment is to hold these fertile seeds in a mental grasp and, therefore, to prevent them from really maturing to full harvest.
"Don’t be anxious or concerned as to results. Results will follow just as surely as day follows night. Have faith in this planting until the evidence is manifest to you that it is so. Your confidence in this procedure will pay great rewards. You wait but a little while in the consciousness of the thing desired; then suddenly, and when you least expect it, the thing felt be- comes your expression. Life is no respecter of persons and destroys nothing; it continues to keep alive that which man is conscious of being. Things will disappear only as man changes his consciousness. Deny it if you will, it still remains a fact that consciousness is the only reality and things but mirror that which you are conscious of being. The heavenly state you seek will be found only in consciousness for the Kingdom of Heaven is within you.
"Your consciousness is the only living reality, the eternal head of creation. That which you are conscious of being is the temporal body that you wear. To turn your attention from that which you are aware of being is to decap- itate that body; but, just as a chicken or snake continues to jump and throb for a while after its head has been removed, likewise qualities and conditions appear to live for a while after your attention has been taken from them.
"Man, not knowing this law of consciousness, constantly gives thought to his previous habitual conditions and, through being attentive to them, places upon these dead bodies the eternal head of creation; thereby he reanimates and reresurrects them. You must leave these dead bodies alone and let the dead bury the dead. Man, having put his hand to the plough (that is, after assuming the consciousness of the quality desired) , by looking back can only defeat his fitness for the Kingdom of Heaven.
"As the will of heaven is ever done on earth, you are today in the heaven that you have established within yourself, for here on this very earth your heaven reveals itself. The Kingdom of Heaven really is at hand. Now is the accepted time. So create a new heaven, enter into a new state of consciousness and a new earth will appear."
