This is a treatise on coaxing your T cells into resetting your epigenetic code
-
First, here is the previous list of cocktails that were known to do this in human and mouse models, but they were not tested in living creatures at the point of publication. I know at this point that thousands of people (and some animals) have been served by my alternative choice of molecules. But unlike these -

and here is a quick list of their components

nothing we will be using is restricted, you can get them pretty easily and cheaply too.
What are Yamanaka Factor Genes?
Oct4
Sox2
Klf4
Myc-c (alternatively refered to as c-Myc)
The reason you stopped hearing about stem cells from aborted fetuses over a decade ago was because these factors were discovered.
If you turn all 4 of them on, you get a pluripotent stem cell.
What is a pluripotent stem cell?
It's a cell that has had all of it's epigenetic information removed, which tells the cell what kind of cell it is (hair, heart, lung) and where it is in development. It can then become any cell you may want to turn it into, but it will have the same genetic code. In that link above, it has been shown that by activating O, S, and K you can partially reprogram a cell back to a previous age safely, and that by doing this you also repair tissue and restore function to areas of the body that have been damaged. You can think of this as a kind of cellular debug for the code that tells your body how to interpret your DNA.
What I have discovered, is a reliable method for activating O,S, while modulating M safely as an immune reaction that will target and downregulate the myc-c gene and induce apoptosis in cells such as cancer and senescent cells that are too far gone to reprogram altogether. It also does this without reprogramming the entire body to the same degree at once as seen with the original methods that have been tried as the immune cells are dynamically interacting with cell conditions while fed this nutritional complex. This is actually done by allot of people all the time and exists in the background noise of the human diet, but with the molecule alone the process will only get so far.
Apigenin is what we are going to be using to activate (or upregulate) these Yamanaka Factor genes, as opposed to using primarily Forskolin and RepSox, which is what they used in the resource at the top.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27449921/
Along with a few other things we will get into that are necessary.
But why use Apigenin instead? The simple answer (although there is allot more about it to think about) is that there isn't anything else you can find out there that is produced in plants/vegetables or available at all that will activate multiple Yamanaka Factor Genes, AND it's only shown to be safe. Even in the high dosages we will be taking it.
And Apigenin does this activation via the immune system.

Here is a compiled analysis of many small molecules for their use in cellular reprogramming
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8751603/
Some will bring up Apigenin's availability in various forms like tea etc, but its never available in the concentrations we need to actually do it.
"Dried parsley has been reported to have the maximum quantity of apigenin, at 45,035 μg/g. Additional sources of apigenin are dried flower of chamomile, containing 3,000 to 5,000 μg/g; celery seeds, containing 786.5 μg/g; and vine spinach and Chinese celery, containing 622 μg/g and 240.2 μg/g."
Its also found in honey at trace amounts.
But definitively in the background radiation of the human diet. Just not brought to the front and properly fortified.
You can buy Forskolin over the counter, but RepSox is still classified as a research chem. These molecules also run into other issues and requirements we will also get into.
But before I figured out you could reprogramm cells with Apigenin as well, it was also a beloved supplement, although rarely taken at dosages we will be using you can get it at lots of places. At the time all this first started I had been using it along with NAD/NMN for its synergistic effects with it, as were others, with little safety concerns. I myself have used these two on the regular for about two years. Some form of NAD or NMN for about 4.
NMN/NAD synergy with Apigenin

https://journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/jvi.00225-23
But these two molecules alone are not really enough to functionally do this. Before me nobody seemed to be trying to do this with Apigenin at all, it just needed a little bit more biomechanical assistance at the dosages I was taking.
The following outlines the minimal requirements for a combination of chemicals to work.
"Functional analysis of SMs and their targets revealed that they are distributed between three major categories: epigenetics, intra- and inter-cellular signaling, and metabolic “switchers”. All these categories appear to be mandatorily presented in each SM cocktail to induce cell reprogramming. Specifically, it seems that sufficient components for a “minimal reprogramming” cocktail have to include an inhibitor of HDAC (e.g. VPA or NaB), an inhibitor of TGFβ signaling (e.g. RepSox), and GSK3-inhibiting SMs (e.g. CHIR99021 or LiCl). This assumption was further confirmed by the KEGG pathways enrichment analysis. The unusually significant enrichment of epigenetic and signaling pathways highlights their importance in chemical iP. Remarkably, many enriched pathways were related to aging, longevity and age-related diseases, thus presumably connecting them with the processes of cell reprogramming. "
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8751603/
So that's the inhibition of three things
TGFβ
GSK3
HDAC
And incidentally, Apigenin does at least a little of all three. The HDAC inhibition is done by conditioning the gut over time to increase levels of Butyrate. Butyrate is listed in the compiled analysis as a inducer of reprogramming. Apigenin is labeled as a enhancer. However when in concert with several other compounds, the breakthrough I am presenting is in the acknowledgement of Apigenin as a master director of cellular activity in relation to human health when it is properly assisted. The underlying being that what we call aging and the inability to rejuvenate our bodies naturally has always been a consequence of malnutrition from a lack of fortified Apigenin.
In my experience with taking Apigenin in combo with NAD/NMN/NR there was always an upper limit to the benefits it gave me. This is because there is additional effort needed specifically to unpackage your DNA from your histones. That's the HDAC inhibition. Once additional Butyrate was added I was able to properly access my record and have my cells begin to transcribe my previous epigenetic code.
HDACi - Histone Deacetylase Inhibitors
https://youtu.be/J9jhg90A7Lw
https://youtu.be/9heRdhW6PNw
If you look at the article at the very top involving Sinclair's cocktails they observe that a much higher concentration of the HDACi is required compared to the primary activators (Repsox/Forskolin). This is because (and in Apigenin's case specifically with NFATc1) the reprogramming takes its own course and will target different regions of the body at different times. The unwinding of the DNA has to have already occured and be able to provide that physical access to your code prior to transcription. Which is also something the approaches with RepSox and Forskolin are NOT doing in their tests with single shots in mice.
Butyrate seems to do the job of an HDACi very well, and is available to us without a prescription, which one may argue is also a very good indicator of its safety. Valporic Acid is used alternatively in some of their cocktails but is a restricted substance. Butyrate is a class 1 HDACi and not dependent on NAD, which while not a crucial component is definitely assisting the reaction. Tributyrin is what I have used myself because its just butyrate that's made to be more easily absorbed into the gut.
It would seem that the unpacking of your DNA leads your cells into wanting to try and repair themselves alone without additional prompting.
https://www.nature.com/articles/s41368-019-0053-2#Sec11
Theory
Apigenin overall is being used to activate a immune response involved in repair and has the ability to pop the hood on epigenetic code/cell identity and can be further augmented by supplementation and augmentation of the processes involved to deliver results beyond what have been previously documented. This would result in the slow restoration of epigenetic code from the immune system out to every cell that can be reached. The body will require time to catch up with the reprogramming, and there may be relative limits to how much reprogramming you can effectively do in a certain amount of time. I have experienced ongoing regenerative effects from using this combination, even after months of cessation, from fixing a ringing ear, my lungs, joint pain, I don't get cross eyed after working hard anymore, I had damage to my cardiovascular system due to COVID that's now gone, and smoother skin.
Why was it missed by other teams? I can tell you that I was of the mind to figure out how to reprogram my own cells no matter what, and wasn't afraid of self-experimentation. If I could have gotten my hands on RepSox I would have tried it. Nobody else but me was looking at how to leverage Apigenin's properties in this way yet. Let alone trying it out on themselves. I was also enjoying Apigenin for it's reputation known outside of Yamanaka Factors for several years and so felt more comfortable with taking it at these dosages.
Additional Components
B12 is required to avoid encoding logarithmic scale errors.
https://www.nature.com/articles/s42255-023-00916-6
Make sure you use Methycobalamin, and I would recommend using it sublingually.
We will want to have a handle on the inflammation/GSK3 inhibition outside of what Apigenin is trying to do like CHIR990021 is, although it should be noted CHIR990021 inhibits both the alpha and beta sub pathways of GSK3 and nothing listed here inhibits GSK3a.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18720192/
Curcumin has a very big reputation with reducing inflammation. It's recommended you take it as Curcumin Phytosome. I have not felt the need to take it 1:1 with Apigenin like you will see in Sinclair's cocktails listed at that link at the very top with 1:1 RepSox/CHIR990021.
Lithium has been brought up as an alternative GSK3 inhibitor but it would be the only item on this list that would have any known toxicity issues in humans.
Genistein would be something people looking to experiment and report on alternatives could try. Very likely it has some unique synergetic impacts of it's own that might make it better instead of or perhaps mixed with a lower dose of the curcumin.

Calcium is involved with the transcription pathway but adding has not been helpful for those who have added it in. Calcium intake should definitely increase further down the line for those regenerating body parts.
/Putting it all together/
I think of it more like a reaction occurring between the Apigenin and heightened butyrate levels and everything else is about maintaining smooth operation under the best conditions.
I haven't felt the need to use more than 500mg of Curcumin a day to get the effect I want.
Ill start off with the 500mg curcumin and at least 550mg Tributyrin about an hour beforehand.
Be sure you have plenty of B12 and take a good multivitamin you feel comfortable with for your bodytype/physical characteristics etc.
Then in packaged dosages, not needing this more than twice in a day in order to get the process going. But I have taken more than this with no regrets.
300mg of liposomal Apigenin, a half gram of the NAD/NMN/NR complex, and then another half a gram of the Tributyrin.
And I have particularly enjoyed animal organ extracts.
After the second shot I'm well enough for a nap. I repeat it again with maybe another packaged dose or two when I wake up even if its the same day, but take breaks when you feel you have had enough. Again, I've been happy taking even more than that in a day but that's still plenty. It's also a bit of an ordeal and take no issue with going ham with the b12 and keep your levels up as the reaction will deplete them.
I also had damage to my lungs due to a bad smoking habit that was specifically aided by adding NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) during this. It created amazing conditions in my lungs for reprogramming.
5ft11.5inches
I'd guess I'm about 200 lbs.
No notable change in body weight in my case.
This works for animals also, their immune systems are similar enough. More data is needed to determine dosing for any specific one though. It's been given to horses, dogs, cats, birds and reptiles without incident.
Because of optics and being the Chicago Pile - Body of One, I do not feel comfortable yet with recommending specific vendors for products. I have some immediate concerns that when demand skyrockets these natural components you can already buy without limit are made fairly and cheaply accessible to everyone, and I believe it is incumbent on everyone that at least basic knowledge about this be delivered to those that may need it the most by some kind of honor system we can all agree on. I have been told it has successfully treated some cancers and Sinclair's latest work on OSK will confirm what I've had confirmed by multiple individuals.
This is the first human technology capable of regrowing missing body parts
Yamanaka Factors were found to be critical in the regrowth of other species that grow limbs.
"Newts express three of the four Yamanaka factors used to induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) (klf4, sox2, c-myc) (Maki et al., 2009) while axolotls limb blastema cells only express two of them (klf4 and c-myc), nevertheless further investigation is required to understand the dynamic of this factors in salamanders (Knapp et al., 2013)."
I have been shown pictures that although could have been doctored, did show a mouse regrowing a limb. In these cases, you can imagine the remaining cell tissue that was damaged and scarred having methylation markers that terminate the instructions for additional cell growth. An epigenetic reset in these cases would be stimulating that tissue for regrowth with proper access to cell data to regrow that limb.
The mechanisms involved are based on core immunological functions the body already has. This is not a genetic modification that you would have typically heard about. The transcription machinery involved is already inside you, this is an immunological function your body does when given proper Apigenic Nutrition.
There is no reason it should have taken this long to get this to people, which is why I put it on everyone reading this to investigate it to the full capacity you have as a human being.
I submit it to the world for everyone's empowerment and greater fulfillment in their life.
It has come out via my description of my dosage I could have only gotten the Apigenin and NAD/NMN/NR complex from a company called 'Renue by Science', which I will confirm.
Anyone reading this is reading was at the front of human experimentation in early 2024 (and it is a fair number of people who knew) but at this point there really should have been disclosure of this by the US government. I can confirm I have been in communication with them at varying levels and the conversation generally revolves around whatever is the most convenient excuse to do nothing. This appears to me as a pretty simple case of free speech and empowering people to make informed choices regarding their health.
personal experience
The first time I did it it was for almost two weeks straight (along with Ca-AKG and Forskolin, which to me felt like an augmention of the process) and I regrettably did not have enough B12 which caused tons of problems. I am now a year since starting this process and my body is still catching up.
I started using the added butyrate around the end of October 2023. The paper regarding B12 wasn't out till weeks later. I wasn't using it till the beginning of December and shortly thereafter I added a dedicated GSK3 inhibitor, Curcumim. Both of these additions were made as timely as they were because of help I got from individuals I shared my experience with online. For that I am incredibly grateful.
The reprogramming is being done by your immune system, the overall health you come into this with will also be a factor. I have had years to be sure about my vendor for Liposomal Apigenin and NAD/NMN but was able to try multiple vendors for both Tributyrin and Apigenin and they all seemed to work equally as well no matter where I got it from. Your results may differ from mine, for one because we have figured out so much more than where I started thanks to the improvements made along the way.
In theory you should still be able to do this with regular Apigenin and Sodium Butyrate (although I never tried) but will need higher dosages than I listed because your body will not as easily absorb those molecules without those tweaks (also one reason explaining why none of this was discovered by accident thousands of years ago. You would never get this sequence of molecules together at these dosages for extended periods of time by accident.)
Exactly how much deaging for how much time you do this is up for grabs. I didn't have multiple decades to shave off, I can say that even when done improperly the first two weeks of this were the most noticeably impactful. My body has not felt like this since I was in my early 20s (I'm chronologically 33) and I have tried to push things further but definitely am not feeling extreme changes while taking it like I did at the beginning.
A commonly described feeling after your body has digested enough fortified Apigenin has been refereed to as "chlorine eyes", given it's a similar sensation, although it would be incorrect to describe it as anything painful. It's just as striking but overall, soothing. For me this started roughly 2-3 months in. This is from dramatically increased blood-flow to the region, and over the course of several months will result in one of the first visual indications that your body is changing back, an obvious smoothing of the eyelids and tightening of that skin. Even a year in (even after I stopped taking it) you will feel the skin on your face continue to tighten up. This appears to me as another indication that we are looking at an undiscovered nutritional pathway, not some chemistry to keep the body lasting longer.
OSK activation is thought to take you back to around your mid 20s in theory, but recent experiments with actual mice have reportedly not been able to reprogram cells past an initial push that gives subjects an additional 20% of life expectancy (and will also smoothen skin). It's painfully obvious that fortified Apigenin is doing more than that. There is a failure to repeatedly reprogram your state in recent experiments with mice when using Repsox and Forskolin to activate OSK that you do not experience when using fortified Apigenin in humans.
I wouldn't expect your hairline to come back immediately given it is on a cycle that takes months to years. Your skin takes 30 days to regrow. Shoot for one week on one week off to avoid Immune system exhaustion and listen to your body, it will do the best it can. My DHT flashes stopped immediately after I started and recently have felt I believe the start of new roots coming in at some places a year in.

I have tested the safety parameters of this concept in multiple ways and am still very much alive. I am only grateful to be able to be useful in the ways I have been.

I am the first human on record to reprogram their cells and perfected the experience before making this, I put together this treatise to record and deciminate what I was able to figure out and am the one delivering notices about it across the Denver area because I believe this deserves to be spoken about openly for everyone's benefit.

Telomeres
Telomeres come up in conversation allot, but are better to be thought of as biomarkers or clockhands rather than the gears driving aging. None of the data held in your telomeres is ever permanently lost. Apigenin is documented here to be able to modulate transcriptional telomerase when interacting with cancer.

From the way I look at it, this is exactly what Apigenin was made to do. It's a generalist and a specialist.
We need to situate the body for, and ultimately activate Yamanaka factors - CHECK
Inflammation/GSK3 inhibition (to its own small degree it can manage) - CHECK
Increase HDAC inhibition via butyrate - CHECK
Remember, Apigenin can make pluripotent stem cells retain their pluripotency, unaided when in cell cultures. But with all the other work it's doing in a live human body to create those conditions it needs this additional assistance.
So we add Butyrate to ensure we have a separate chemical pathway unfurling your DNA from your histones for easier access, and it's synergistically amplified by the Apigenin, and we add the curcumin which has it's own synergistic HDAC inhibition with the Butyrate AND it helps handle the inflammation. From my personal experience with reprogramming my body without the curcumin, I am led to believe that the reaction between the Apigenin and heightened butyrate levels nets an increase in inflammation, possibly due to the cell wall activity. Similar to what Apigenin is doing to condition tissue for transcription, there is a fair number of additional molecules that are being used to accomplish this in the first 6 cocktails for OSK that were presented that do the same. That I believe is why this method excels the way it does, the core of the issue is ultimately nutritional. The body wants to live, it wants to re-transcribe epigenetic code to it's cells when and where it can. "Immortality" as it were, and the ability to regrow body parts and give the body a chance to run a cellular autocorrect, was always this simple. We just needed all these years of human civilization to have finally noticed. I have spoken with people with both Parkinsons and Endometriosis who have been greatly helped. It is extremely likely that any epigeneticaly linked disease would be assisted by taking this.
Several people with diabetes (1&2) have also reached out to me to advise that they are seeing their body is able to regulate glucose more properly.
Humor?
I'm imagining a holiday where people put up a double helix structure like you do a chirstmas tree and remove methylation markers from it when you take your fortified Apigenin. The process can make some people sleepy, maybe bundle it in with the rest of the winter holidays?

Accountability for the governments silence might be the biggest reason they won't disclose this to the public. It isn't that hard for them to continue with excuses. I have received additional confirmation from a source that reached out in Spring 2024, my Methylation test was compromised and at that time my Methylation levels of my blood were around what would be expected for someone around 22 but was misreported to me as being 28 by the testing agency. This was in step with efforts made at multiple levels of influence to censor any knowledge or conversation about this. My body is still catching up to its new state to this day, and feels fantastic. We are still waiting for the ongoing means of overt censorship to end, and a situation to be allowed where people can speak openly.
This is a newly discovered nutritional pathway that when properly fortified will keep your overall cellular state sustained against the somatic wear we accumulate over time that we call "aging", as well as initiating regrowth/rejuvenation of missing limbs/teeth. It has also been reported to me that this has been used to treat multiple epigenetic illnesses/diseases as well as reprogram cancer cells to a healthy state in some instances.
It works on both humans and animals.

Revised some notes, I will say again I have yet to have been formally approached by the local police for having left thousands of notices about this across my city. I am treated as something best left ignored, and all correspondence I have mentioned with any Federal or State officials was always made with plausible deniability in their favor (not to mention I am frequently lied to). If I was causing a problem that could even be admitted at this stage, I would have had police show up at my door by now.

Since my last update there has been a woman who has told me her clitoral hood has started to regrow, and several others have told me their hymens are as well.
My next question is who feels so safe enough in their stance against this to name themselves as an impedance to others being informed. It is only fair to the remaining that would and should have already been informed about their health that these bad actors are brought to the public and identified.
