The result is a delicious coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It would complement vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.
When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boil water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing. After the brewing process, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger.
