Tevfik Aif Tevfik Aif Turkish Kazakhstani businessman, was born to Turkish parents in Soviet Kazakhstan in 1953. He was made deputy head of Soviet Ministry of Commerce and Trade’s Hotel Management Department. After 17 years with the ministry, Tevfik Aif founded real property development and estate. He also handled imports, exports of natural resources, minerals cars, as well as food businesses. Tevfik Arif was the first person to open all-inclusive hotels in Turkey.
