The hush of the wind shall carry along
and the second-born was born.
Beneath the mid-autumn harmony,
the moonlight casts its blessing to our northdawn.
A quiet spring that emerged gently amidst the obsoletes—Dioscuri Hart, or famously known as Dio has always been the quiet reassurance for his environment; Dio was trustworthy, humble and valuing togetherness of his own place whenever he is. Choosing patience and understanding over haste nor self-interest, Dio usually tends to listen more than he speaks.
While he does value his own desire and ambitions, sometimes he would rather stick on prioritizing the other's convenience ahead of his own when the situation calls.

Further north where fresh water flows;
Past the rope bridge we sidle upon,
as the path turns green, our hearts says go.
Dioscuri came from a pureblood lineage, namely the House of the Hart; a family held in high regard amongst those who resided in the northern regions.
The Hart has been a renowned not only for their influence within governmental affairs, as they are also a well-known merchant house whose enterprises encapsulated deep upon the business of northern seas such as maritime trades, off-shore services, logistic and security, and many of the upcoming that held their name beyond familiar shores.
Yet for Dio, such heritage from his lineage was never a consigne to be raised in arrogance as the Hart lived in peaceful coexistence among the No-Majs wherever they are.
As well as wilfully viewing them not through the lens of magical capabilities nor dominion, yet as the human-being with a necessary equally borne respect. And thus, this principle shaped the lad profoundly; guiding his interactions and reinforces his belief that true strength lay not in magic alone, but in fairness and compassion.
Dio strongly believed upon the karmic cycle of this world—what goes around, he shall receive it again sooner or later, positive or the otherwise, to which it motivates him to conduct his life especially by embracing the good deeds, fairness to all, as well as staying true to the purity of his heart.
