The trailer for the first teaser trailer of Matt Reeves' The Batman highlighted Paul Dano as the iconic villain in a fresh costume that opted out of the campy looks found in previous films as well as comics.

For those who wanted to show off the showmanship that the Riddler is known for, this costume is an excellent option. Jim Carrey's rendition of Batman's villain in Batman Forever is a fun, over-the-top version. There are a lot of questions and a cane that is his signature.
While Paul Dano's costume for The Batman doesn't play as well as the showmanship of the Riddler, he came up with a nice style for the iconic villain. The eyeglasses that were transparent added an interesting touch, since they were a reference to the Gotham brand, while also reference to Carrey's appearance.
Use a pair of clear glasses to create a compass-like pattern. Draw vertical lines on the northern and southern compass points. Then, cross each line with two smaller perpendicular ones. This will resemble the appearance of the glasses in The Batman.

Paul Dano's Riddler from The Batman (2022) is distinct from the previous versions of the character, with a darker look and less cartoonish vibe. Some people aren't thrilled with this style, however others say it's appropriate for a villain who feels like that he's fighting against Gotham's corruption.
Instead of the traditional green suit, this version of the Riddler wears a military jacket, American trousers, and black boots. This look gives the impression of a brutal criminal ready to do whatever it is necessary to achieve his goals.
For this style, match a green sweatshirt with cargo pants made of black in military style and black workboots. Put on transparent glasses as well as a pair of black leather gloves. Draw a question mark that is the size of a hand on the front. You can draw it using pencils or white fabric paint.
