hello. our collective names vary between our "singlet" name jeremy, and our collective name winter. we primarily use they/them, but if you're familiar with us he/him is fairly common due to presentation.
we're a diagnosed polyfragmented DID system. the details of our diagnosis aren't any of your business, and neither is our history of trauma. we have comorbid audhd and bpd, alongside other unlisted diagnoses which are unimportant in comparison.
we've been diagnosed since we were seventeen, and are what one would consider "introject heavy". we don't care for online discourse, and you won't find us on any social media besides select few that are mostly used for communication with friends.
just because we're polyfragmented doesn't mean we have a high alter count. our polyfragmentation is due to a high fragment count, alongside other complexities surrounding the way our systemhood helped us survive when we were younger.
we often use i/me in most situations, and only ever use we/us in relation to us as a whole. we don't switch often, as we are high-functioning and constantly improving. you're not owed alters' presence, we can't switch on a whim and i ask you to respect that.
our pronouns.cc holds information about a few of our frequent fronters. the person writing this is dirk, as i've mostly been our go-to for a while.
we have a partner system, whom i'm romantically involved with. he's always our top priority, not just as our favorite person, but also as our partner. all i ask is you maintain boundaries surrounding this.
all of this is general information, and if you have any questions about our collective boundaries, just ask us. i'll tell you if we're close, but otherwise you won't need anything more than this if you're a distant stranger.
