I really like Fugazi this url was fairly traded some time ago and I am very Grateful! Don't expect this to be Traded or Sold....Ever. Okay? I am not their #1 fan of cours... but I am very passionate about them. I don't Play. I like In on the Kill Taker best. From 1993. Their 4th studio Album. After 13 songs in 1989, Then repeater in 1990, Then Steady diet of nothing in 1991. My favourite songs off of it are Great Cop, Walken's Syndrome, Public Witness Program, Sweet and Low, Well the whole album is fugging awesome... (q-β-)βͺ But generally my favourite songs are ,like i said, great cop and walken's syndrome, Margin Walker, Glue Man (The song that was performed when guy Jumped through the basketball hoop, Awesome,), Argument, Swingset, Guilford Fall, Break-In and I guess that's it. I don't have any cd or vinyl yet and it's sad Ok... I do plan on burning some cds Cause music shops here have it out of stock. Whatever. I'm pretty sure by Now, I've listened to every song in their discography too. Awesome. Fugazi is a very awesome Band, In every way i think, I think the lyrics are very Great, The messages they spread too. They had a whole album like an anti-war manifesto, Argument from 2001. that was their last album. The production is also amazing, as well as the melodies, They would sell cds at a Very Very cheap price, and concert tickets were about 5 bucks. Super cheap. They didn,'t sell merchandise either. I'm pretty sure most of their performances were at Places for like, Humanitarian aid? Idk how to explain it. My english is really bad. And I'm scared i spread misinfo Oh my gawd bruh But I hope the point is clear , it was all for a Good cause. They'd also do some super crazy cool shit on stage too. Like jumping around with the guitars and Guy dancing it 's all just so AWESOME. Or like I said, in 1988 when Guy jumped through a basketball hoop, hanging upside down, and he sang glue man, from 13 songs. Yeah that was fucking awesome. They're an awesome band. Ian Mackaye singer and guitarist of it was also in Minor Threat, hardcore punk band, and also Embrace, Guy Picciotto he was in Rites of Spring "Original emo band" as some say! Also one last wish after that i think, And happy go licky with drummer brendan canty. Joe lally is the bassist. He is really cool. He sang Recap Modotti on End Hits (1998) and a part of Oh on Argument (2001) he has a nice voice. But yeah, I think all of that is pretty cool. Guy turned 60 like 2 days ago. Happy Birthday my goat. Ian's birthday is in April. Sorry if this was an awkward read. But if you read it all thank you. Shoutout post hardcore music and shoutout their record label Dischord, Shoutout Ian Mackaye and Guy Picciotto, And brendan Canty, Also joe lally. Love you all. I really cant even begin to describe how happy this Band Makes me. It'd be gay of me to say they changed me as a person and opened my eyes a bit more, But they really did, and I am happy that I got to listen to them, I am not a long-time fan, As the first time I listened to them was 27th May of this year, the first song I listened to was Burning on 13 songs (1989) and it was my favourite song,,,, ever. But yeah. Fugazi is an awesome fucking Band, Maybe the best in the world but really that's subjective. To Me they are though. Forever and Ever In my heart:-) Bless you all
October 16 A few days after anniversary of 13 songs which i Burned on cd...Yesss... Anyways My love for this band increases ecery day MORE AND MKRE AND MORE im getting fugazi withdrawals very oftwn bro no joke I cried like a few times when I couldnt listen to them and I explained all about it to my frkends and my OWN PARENTS Oh my god bruh but like whatever ill keep this as a journal fkr eveyrthing fugazi #lol i watched them live in hamburg in 1999 last night I really like that version of and the same and like Last chance for a slow dance. another win for IOTKT nation. its their best album with argument. its a really amazing one idk if i mentioned it here honestly idc if its way different from what they used to make it has a beautiful message beautiful production and like incorporation of lots of new things and i likw when joe is singing on the kill + backing vocals on Oh like wow thegre so cute. Your secretss ouuttt. i dont like lifr and limb or cashoutbthat much but i can listen to that one. i think my fav songs changed. honestly idk i think walkens syndrome is my all time faviurite like the best EVRR but all of their songs are so so beautiful Wow except life and limb, fell destroyed and me and thumbelina idc if its a joke song or watever I dont like. as for instrument which is where its ffom YES im going kmfdm fan mkde (which I do like too!) and will bitch about people only listening to one singular song kf theirs: IM SO TIRED. yes its very amazing and very sad of course but its funny when people listen to more of it thinking its a sad """slowcore""" band ajd ive seen people like that!!! but if u like their regular sound GOOD FOR U! on instrument i like: slo crostic, h.b., lusty scripps, trio's, and yeah those r my favs off of it. the arpegiator demo is nice but i prefer the og which is on end hits and its a MASTERPIECE! mosr of their songs are criticizing xenophobia and talking about "illegal" imigration which is good how they spread awareness and how its so ahead of its time i think but they wouldnt write songs ab issues that didnt exist back then but like now its way worse as you can see:( i think thats all i have to say for today and i am listening to them again so have a nice day and aorry for the typos my hands are soooo cold
