A Devon nudist beach has been named among the best in the world.
A new list, compiled by travel website Globehunters, compares some of the most popular nudist beaches across the globe.
It looks at factors such as safety, temperature and sunshine, LGBTQ friendliness and affordability to come up with its own ranking system.
And one Devon beach performs particularly well.
Wild Pear Beach near Ilfracombe on the North Devon coast is ranked as 36th in the world, according to the list.
It is the third highest ranked UK nudist beach, beaten by Brighton Naturist Beach and Shell Bay in Studland, Bournemouth.

The title for the world's best nudist beach goes to Playa de Bolonia in Spain, with Punta KriΕΎ in Croatia and Ilha Deserta in Portugal coming in second and third respectively.
Devon is home to several nudist beaches on both the north and south coasts.

The Crown Prosecution Service says naturists shouldn't be prosecuted unless they are involved in an offence other than public nudity.

The advice states: "In the absence of any sexual context and in relation to nudity where the person has no intention to cause alarm or distress it will normally be appropriate to take no action unless members of the public were actually caused harassment, alarm or distress.
"In this case such conduct should be regarded as at most amounting to an offence under section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986
