Short History:

1789 — Founded by six influential East Coast families.

1848 — After California was transferred to US the school started to become the University it is today. It rapidly expanded and grew.

1861 — Temporarily converted into a military hospital during the Civil War.

1927 — Construction of Blackthorne Library. In 2015 the library was moved to a new modern and sleek building that's much bigger than the old one.

1958 — Women admitted to the university.

1984 — The Aurelius Scholarship Program established.

2003 — The Midnight Club first appears in campus records.

Present Day — St. Aurelius stands as one of America's most prestigious institutions, where old money,

ambition, and opportunity coexist beneath California's endless sunshine.
