Characters / My Girlfriend's A Cannibal? — carrion flowers
carrion flowers
The eponymous cannibal, carrion flowers (or Carrie, as she's better known) is a young lesbian that just so happens to have a taste for human flesh.
- Berserk Button: Too many of them. Don't call her "Wednesday", say your hair is better than hers, be wrong about cannibalism-related prion disease in front of her, or make fun of her height.
- Blatant Lies: Prone to start telling ridiculous stories with a straight face, for seemingly no reason.
- Crazy in the Head, Crazy in the Bed: Laments her status as this since she's contributing to a Goth stereotype.
- Consuming Passion: Yes. From her point of view, arousal is just hunger felt in a different organ. She often feels love so extreme that holding someone to her isn't enough, they have to be inside her forever—she wants to eat them.
- Creepy Loner Girl: Downplayed. While she certainly has a social life, she's a Goth who has strange/obscure/obsessive interests, and doesn't easily make friends.
- Creepy Shadowed Undereyes: Frequently gets poor sleep and wakes up with these.
- Deadpan Snarker: Not necessarily deadpan, but she loves making witty or sarcastic remarks.
- Ethical Slut
- Face of an Angel, Mind of a Demon: At least without the makeup, you'd never guess that behind those big brown boba eyes is a gorebunny freak.
- The Fashionista: She's got a new Gothed-out appearance every day, complete with painstakingly right-angled makeup and handpainted custom jacket.
- Freaky is Cool: Loves weirdness. Her friends must be this by default.
- Gayngst: Known to fall in love with straight women and mope about it when they don't return her (cannibalistic) affections.
- Girls Love Stuffed Animals: While she may not be a typical cute pink girly girl, she definitely has an extensive collection of plushies, though they do tend to be of demons, plague doctors, and vultures.
- Girly Bruiser: Ruffles and bows and twirly skirts and cute blouses! Also, violence.
- Gorn: Has a gore album on her phone and scrolls through it for comfort.
- I'm A Humanitarian
- In Love With Your Carnage: Finds most violence attractive.
- Killer Rabbit: Literally!
- Kubrick Stare: Most pictures of her feature this expression.
- Lesbian Vampire: In this case, a cannibal.
- Lipstick Lesbian: Self-identified femme, loves fashion and jewelry.
- Monster Fangirl: It's no secret that she finds most female monsters in fiction very attractive.
- Nightmare Fetishist: Fond of dissection, vivisection, gore, cannibalism, dismemberment, disembowelment, et cetera. In some part, Justified by the fact that she's into biology and as such is a lot closer to some of these topics than the average person.
- Of Corsets Sexy: Wears quite a few of them in her gothic outfits.
- The Ophelia: Lampshaded in that she calls herself an "Opheliac" and reclaims the "female hysteria" diagnosis of Victorian times.
- Perky Goth: While she wears mostly long black dresses, jewelry themed around gore, and listens to depressing moody music, she's committed to the bit and loves to crack jokes.
- Playboy Bunny: Her association with bunnies and her casualness around sex lend themselves well to this trope. She's often seen wearing this suit in sexy scenes.
- Psycho Lesbian: Downplayed. She's a lesbian that expresses love by talking about murdering and cannibalizing the women she finds attractive. Nevertheless, she ends up coming across as generally harmless.
- Red and Black and Evil All Over: Her favorite color scheme.
- Uncanny Valley Girl: It can be disconcerting how casual she is regarding gore.
- Zettai Ryouiki: Obsessed with becoming an anime girl and constantly searching for higher socks and shorter skirts. Way too excited to recieve socks as gifts.
