general
i am allowed to deny service, regardless of who you are, what you wish to pay, etc.
my safety and comfort is priority, i do block without guilt.
business is business and personal is personal, that being said, i will act professionally as best i can, but everyone has a limit, so behave.

what i need
if you want a specific theme, tell me, i am not a mindreader.
i at minimum need at least one character/main piece of art, i can do the rest — for graphic.
any information i ask for to put in the layout, or that you want in the layout besides the basics.

IMPORTANT
once i sent the first bit of the progress (general idea of spacing), i will need a screenshot from your device to ensure the spacing is correct for you, it is not being made for me so i do not wish to give you a rentry with shotty spacing.. though i will attempt to make it good on every device.
