Who are T1 ?

T1 ( aka SK Telecom , formerly known as SKT) are a South Korean league of legends pro-play team. The current roster consists of top laner Zeus, jungler Oner, mid laner Faker, adc Gumayusi and support Keria. Their head coach is Kim "KkOma" Jeong-gyun. The team was originally created in 2019 with Joe Marsh as the CEO, though now Faker himself partly owns the company.

Zeus, real name Choi Woo-je (최우제) is the current top laner for T1. Born January 31, 2004, Zeus attended T1 Academy in 2019 and T1 Rookies in October 2020, making his debut with T1 in November 2020. The titles he holds include Worlds x1 (2023), LCK x1 (Spring 2022), Esports World Cup x1 (2024), Asian Games 2022 Gold Medal, Worlds Finals MVP x1 (2023), LCK Top laner of the Year x2 (2022, 2023), LCK 1st All-Pro Team x3 (Spring 2022, Summer 2022, Spring 2023), LCK 2nd All-Pro Team x1 (Spring 2024), LCK 3rd All-Pro Team x1 (Summer 2023)

His mother recommended him the nickname "Zeus", because the transcription of his nickname is similar to his name. His favourite champions are Kennen and Jayce. His role model is Nuguri. He is a fan of Zika's IGN because they both use the latin alphabet 'Z' as the first letter of their name. He had 3 Challenger accounts at the age of 15. In the start of his career, considered Kuri his older brother.

T1 Oner
Oner, real name Mun Hyeon-jun (문현준) is the current jungler for T1. Born December 24, 2002, Oner attended T1 Academy in March 2020, T1 Rookies in October 2020, making his debut with T1 in December 2020. He has an older sister. He revealed on one of the stream highlights that Clozer recommended him to join T1 Academy before getting called to be a part of the main roster. Faker, real name Lee Sang-hyeok (이상혁) is the current mid laner and part owner for T1. He was originally a member of SK Telecom T1 2 in 2013 and has remained a member of T1's roster ever since. He is the most well known proplayer in league of legends and is widely considered the best player of all time. His favorite member is Seulgi (Kang Seul-gi) and his favorite song of theirs is Red Flavor. Faker likes penguins, changing his Twitter profile picture for the first time since 2013 to a picture of himself visiting penguins at an ocean park in Shanghai in December 2019. Is highly regarded for his LeBlanc play during an OGN Spring match against MVP Blue; he went 10-0-1 by 18 minutes and made MVP Blue surrender at 20 minutes. Solo-killed Ambition's Kha'Zix during his debut in OGN. At the time Ambition was considered as one of the best mid laners in Korea.
