Umika Valentine TL

Valentines is also a festival!
U: It's valentine's day Sensei!
S: I-it sure is!
U: Valentines is a day that, if you think about it, can call a festival for giving chocolates!
S: I guess you can say that...
U: My heart was pounding as I made the chocolates.
U: On the day of the event, the streets will be overflowing with happy people with cute chocolates...
U: I think the sight of that would be utterly wonderful.
U: Hey, why don't we set off some chocolate fireworks to make it a real festival!?
S: Chocolate... fireworks!?
U: Yes!
U: We'll set off fireworks filled with chocolate, raining chocolate all over the place!
U: Wouldn't it be nice to hold chocolate covered fireworks so you can enjoy the scent of both chocolate and firework!?
S: T-that's certainly an idea!
U: Hmm...
U: I guess today is just an exciting day even without festivals.
U: Besides...
U: I...
U: Even I don't always talk about festivals y'know?
U: Hyakkiyako has prepared some special products for valentines day.
U: We're selling Japanese sweets and Chocolate as a set. It's quite popular.
U: It works as both a limited edition product and a reminder for people who forgot about valentines day.
S: Hyakkiyako really is good at business.
U: Hahaha... well, it was the president's idea!
U: The credit doesn't really go to me...
S: You're still a first year./Your time will come!
U: That's right! I'll become a good manager like the president one day...
U: Gather everyone in Kivotos...
U: And hold an absolutely incredible-
U: Festival!
S: I'll support you with all my heart!/But keep the fireworks to a minimum!
U: Thank you very much!
U: For the sake of that goal, I want to live each day to the fullest!
U: ...and
U: And also...
U: To Sensei whose always supported me...
U: I want to properly...
U: ...
U: I want to pay him back!
U: It's not much compared to what you do for us daily, but...
U: I just wanted to say thank you!
U: Please accept it!
S: This is... a chocolate shrine?
U: Hehe... did you notice?
U: When you think of a festival, the Mikoshi(portable shrine lifted by people) comes to mind!
U: Since I had time, I decided to make one purely out of chocolate!
U: You can even open the roof!
S: That's quite a bit of detail...!
U: And inside the mikoshi...
U: I put some...
U: Special chocolate in it.
U: Sensei, did you know?
U: It is said that a Mikoshi is a vehicle for deities.
U: As the festival's tension reaches it's peak...
U: The gods visit the people through the shrine...
U: and watch over us.
U: Normally, a sacred object is placed in the Mikoshi...
U: But the reason why I didn't put one in this chocolate one is because...
U: The thought of a benevolent deity reminded me of you.
S: Me?
U: Y-yes.
U: Sensei is always watching over us.
U: So a chocolate imbued with my feelings...
U: is in itself the sacred object.
U: Since you're here...
U: How about you open the roof of the shrine
U: And have some of this divine chocolate?
U: Maybe the order doesn't matter too much...
U: But...
S: Thank you./It's a bit embarrassing, but I'll gladly have it.
U: Of course!
U: I-i'll bring you some tea to go along with it!
U: Please enjoy the meal!
U: E-excuse me!

I stared at Umika's back as she walks into the kitchen with a red face.
I slowly picked up the sacred chocolate that was imbued with Umika's feelings.
