Premise
During what only can be described as a chaotic storm, the local multiverse experienced a convergence that caused several outsider elements to change places. While most planes of existence are extensively shielded from such cosmic events, this one is not - it's deities are either dead or imprisoned, and the world is ruled by would-be usurper, also from a world beyond this place. The world of Outer Reincarnation, where metaphysics of the narrative build the foundations of this world.
You, alongside other people, end up here, alien but determined to make the most out of it. Live out your days here, create a kingdom or an empire, fight against deities and ills of the world - the only requirement is to make your journey entertaining.
Your build's origins are completely up to you. They can be a fantasy monarch or a sci-fi soldier, an otherwordly creature or a powerful wizard, or a plain denizen from Earth getting hit by Truck-kun. You're also allowed to use your builds from other MPs, as long as you can somewhat recreate them within the CYOA.

You get 20 points in total without drawbacks, and shave off 1 point.
You may not purchase Protections. Builds with resurrection/immortality powers can be killed with right powers or by bypassing their immortality but it'll take effort.
You may reflavour any of your powers into practically whatever you want, as long as the mechanical function is roughly the same (ie. A Kryptonian power becomes a blessing from the gods turning you into an angel, Space Marine is just a guy high on steroids, etc). Fantasy reflavours are recommended but aren't necessary.
Your powers may grow in their tier through training, adventuring, combat and all other activities if there's room for it (like the power having explicitly high potential or addons of higher tier). Expect it to take a long while, and becoming a Supreme tier to be one of the ultimate goals of your build. Remember that powers can synergize to greater heights.
By default, all builds get a single year of blindspot to avoid getting spotted by 0^0. She won't find out unless provoked, and once she does, she won't go for the kill immediately, assuming everyone to be part of the glitchy Reincarnation system. Her aggressiveness and agitation are directly proportional to how much builds fuck with the world order or her specifically, and she'll respond accordingly. She counts as if having a single Supreme power, allowing her to easily smite any cocky build but still losing out to a group with good teamwork, or strategy. Her death will lead to fracturing of her empire, Catholicos of the Ecumene, and return of the old gods, which opens a whole other can of worms.
If your build manages to seduce 0^0 and make her give up on her old ways, they'll get +5 points. The whole thread must agree that they have rizz, or it won't count.
