Bio

A Pacifista model based on a Cipher Pol agent with a particular affinity for the Color of Observation was made to push that talent even further. Unfortunately, the great resentment and lust for freedom that the genetic donor quietly harbored began to manifest in her less reserved copy, overriding the programmed obedience in favor of pursuing said freedom. She utterly loathes that she can still be commanded by those with proper authority, but she's come to the conclusion that the dead can have no power over the living. Thus, becoming a pirate and opposing the World Government.

Although she is not the captain of her crew, you wouldn't know from the way she acts. She likens herself to a god and claims to be omniscient while also issuing orders like a slave driver. Because of how certain she is that she knows best, she can't fathom why anyone wouldn't listen to her, and is quick to chide whenever ignoring her unsolicited advice ends poorly. Her lack of respect for others' privacy can make this especially grating, but at least her heart seems to be in the right place.

She also very blatantly looks down on humans with less than three eyes, often referring to them as moles or gophers. If they prove to have exceptional vision or particularly beautiful eyes, the exact criteria for which are unclear, in spite of this horrible defect, they might still earn her approval. If forced to cite a reason for her distaste, she'll say that they "lack vision." Not just in the literal sense, but in that she believes they behave like beasts, only capable of thinking about the next meal. It's not totally malicious, but she doesn't see them any better than the average person sees a pet.

Technically, she is quite young, so there's a chance that C-Eagle will grow out of her more childish behaviors, eventually. One thing she's unlikely to ever leave behind is a tendency to launch into tirades about carving her own future and the subsequent string of nonsensical actions she takes to prove she isn't bound to a rigid fate.

Combat unsurprisingly sees reliance on her perceptive abilities. If possible, she prefers to avoid fights so as not to waste her own time, which she considers to be very precious. When a distressing encounter appears unavoidable, she is generally able to leverage her abilities to strike before her would-be attackers are even aware she's noticed them, not hesitating to start firing shots because she merely feels certain that someone is a threat. Despite her protests, her itchy trigger finger can and likely will be a problem, and a wise captain would discourage this behavior lest she try to preemptively gun people down based on bad vibes without warning.

While she prefers to keep her distance while picking off targets, she's more than capable of dealing with opponents capable of closing the distance. Her affinity allows her to weave through attacks as she primarily uses her legs to send out potent strikes of her own, so that she can continue to fire, though her heavy handguns can make for decent bludgeons. Her most impressive ability, however, is being able to imbue her bullets with the Color of Observation. This causes them to go beyond precise aim to take on tacking quality as they anticipate their target's actions and correct to ruthlessly hunt them down.
