一、我们收集的信息 / Information we collect

中文： 本应用为纯本地的私密短语音笔记工具，帮助您快速捕捉灵感、心情与片段想法。原则如下：

不收集姓名、手机号、邮箱等可识别个人身份的信息。
不要求注册或登录，无账号体系。
不收集用于跟踪的设备标识（如 IDFA / IDFV）。
不接入第三方统计、广告或数据分析 SDK。
不进行任何主动网络请求，不访问远程服务器或云存储。
不接入 iCloud，不进行任何云端同步或备份。

您在本应用中产生的全部数据，包括录音音频文件、标题、心情、标签、备注、收藏状态及应用设置（录音质量、冷却时间、主题等），仅保存在您的设备本地，通过 UserDefaults 与设备 Documents 目录持久化。

English: The App is a fully local private short voice-memo tool for capturing ideas, moods, and passing thoughts. In principle:

We do not collect personally identifiable information (name, phone, email, etc.).
We do not require sign-up or sign-in; there is no account system.
We do not collect device identifiers for tracking (e.g. IDFA / IDFV).
We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or data SDKs.
We do not perform any active network requests and do not access remote servers or cloud storage.
We do not integrate iCloud and perform no cloud sync or backup of any kind.

All data you create — audio recordings, titles, moods, tags, notes, favorites, and app settings — is stored only on your device, persisted via UserDefaults and the app's Documents directory.

二、数据存储与传输 / Storage and transmission

中文：

数据仅保存在本机，不会上传至开发者或任何第三方的服务器。
若您使用「导出所有录音」，文件通过系统分享面板由您自行保存或发送，该过程完全由您主动发起，开发者不参与数据传输。
卸载本应用后，本机数据将随应用删除（除非设备 iCloud 备份中仍保留副本）。

English:

Data is stored only on your device and is not uploaded to the developer or any third-party servers.
If you use "Export All Recordings", files are shared via the iOS system share sheet at your own initiative; the developer does not participate in data transmission.
Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data (except any copies retained in your iCloud device backup).

三、权限 / Permissions

中文： 本应用申请的唯一系统权限为：

麦克风：仅用于您主动点击录音按钮后发起的录音，不会在后台自动录音，不会将音频上传至任何服务器。

本应用不申请相机、相册、定位、通讯录、健康、跟踪、通知等与核心功能无关的权限。

English: The only system permission the App requests is:

Microphone: used solely for recordings you initiate by tapping the record button. The App does not record in the background and does not upload audio to any server.

The App does not request camera, photo library, location, contacts, health, tracking, notifications, or any other permissions unrelated to its core function.

四、未成年人 / Minors
