hey! im nick,, ive owned this url since april 17th, 2026.
here's some of the payton-related graphics i made. scroll for the important stuff. oh i also made those dividers but thats not as cool these WERE on my tumblr (@camnis_ i think) but i literally hate using tumblr so i abandoned it. i promise thats me though i dont think anyone would lie about being this big of a loser

the mcchicken one is because of that free food scam he did. sorry if thats a stretch its an inside joke with me and my friend. ill make some cooler ones soon ive gotten better at this since i made these.. they suck but i hope you like them.

in the future, this will be an infopost of sorts, connected to my main rentry (subject to change). i've found that the wikipedia article and the payton rentry are just not comprehensive enough for my liking lmao (not that its a 'problem', it just gave me a reason to start making this. if u own that url hmu tho).
im autistic (clearly) and this case has been my special interest for nearly 3 years. i regularly comb court dockets as they come out, and i'm always looking for new info (even if it doesn't come often). so, those are my qualifications, i guess.
i believe that once it's finished, you will absolutely walk away knowing something you hadn't known before. i wouldn't say it's a bad thing, but a lot of people don't get to know this case nearly as intimately as they should. not that they should dedicate days of their life to it, but i do think there's more than what comes out on the surface. i'm a little biased, though.

here's something i find particularly interesting, that i don't see people discuss often; hopefully it'll sustain your hunger for knowledge.
+ a little anecdote
(sorry for low-res. go look for yourself if you give a shit. or open in a new tab. dont mind the file name.)

source: docket #501, united states v. gendron, 1:22-cr-00109
alt text: Screenshot of a body-worn camera transcript excerpt, showing an exchange between Buffalo Police officers and Payton Gendron directly after his arrest; remaining content on the page is redacted.
text:
As recorded by body worn camera, at approximately 2:36 p.m. on May 14, 2022, in the
parking lot of Tops Market, the following exchange occurred between Buffalo Police Officers
(PJM and DKD) and Payton Gendron (PG) while he was in their custody:PJM: Is there anything in your pant legs?
PG: There’s a multitool.
PG: You can just take it.
PJM: Huh?
PG: You can just take it.
PJM: Yeah, you got anything else on you?
[Crosstalk]
PG: I can’t tell if I--
DKD: He’s probably got shit hidden. Let’s get everything. What’s in your boots? Anything?
DKD: You alone?
PG: Yeah, I’m alone.
DKD: You got anything else hidden on you?
PG: I don’t know what you're talking about.
this is a real transcript from the arrest footage of payton gendron. of course, bodycam is not foia/foil-eligible, due to the ongoing federal trial. but it does exist. this is the only un-redacted part of it.
-> uninteresting and irrelevant detail BUT i was about to request before i found a wpd post from a guy who did the same thing... they said no for aforementioned reasons. once that trials over ill be in heaven.... on my entire life.......

also i AM the reason payton's last name is public. Its me. Im the reason. i dont use wpd anymore and IF i go on it, it's to grab something payton-related, but i am the SOLE reason. trust. again, open it in a new tab if you care. sorry mobile users.

More specifically, Payton Spencer Gendron was born on June 20, 2003
hey this is a pretty old reply but i was wondering where you got his middle name from? i wasn't able to find it anywhere—when you quote search "spencer" with his name, all you get are tumblr posts, and some guy who photographed him a few times. i know they usually shorten it to 'S.' though. thanks
e: quote@Rainbowriver
Hey, sorry for such the late response. Been busy with life. I believe I found it on the ATF form he used to buy the Bushmaster. I found said form in a state court filing from the lawsuit that the surviving victims filed to social media companies.@syoptics
that's really interesting! i never thought to look at anything like that. thank you for getting back. i appreciate it man
basically this guy was correcting an infopost (that sucked btw), and mentioned that payton's middle name was spencer. back before it was on the wikipedia article, this was something that pressed my mind often. so i asked. unfortunately(?), i wasn't in as deep as i am now, so it never crossed my mind to look at the ATF filings. later, someone (unsure if it was the same person) posted these documents... basically, you're welcome...
im mostly joking if thats not obvious
ill put the documents here later i promise. theyre not hard to find though
